I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Best Choice Products when I tried to return a damaged chair.
When I unboxed the chair, I found two damaged parts that made it impossible to assemble. I contacted customer support and asked for replacement parts. They sent me an entirely new chair, so I now had two chairs and many unused parts.
I boxed up the remaining parts and asked Best Choice Products to collect the damaged chair. They refused several times, and even told me to just throw the chair away. The chair weighs over 100 pounds, and they said I would have to pay for the shipping to return it.
I sent several emails to customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this situation.
I would advise anyone considering purchasing a chair from Best Choice Products to be aware of their customer service policies. They may not be willing to help you if you have a problem with your product.
