As a parent of a toddler I am very upset. We attempted to purchase a replacement charger and remote control. Since we were gifted the assembled item we have no information. No matter how we asked this company refused to sell these parts to us. We now have a very very sad 2 year old on our hands. Best Choice Products YOU CAN DO BETTER! #buyersbeware
Tip for consumers: It is really ridiculous that #BestChoiceProducts would GiVE us these parts but would not SELL them to us.
Sadly it was a gift from a family who moved away and we have no contact info for them.
Shame on you #BestChoiceProducts! Things are lost misplaced and broken… you should allow people to purchase replacements
