No matter what you are looking for if nobody else have it, Best Buy will. And the prices are very competitive. I love the fact that they price match and their employees have excellent knowledge of the products that they sell.

So Best Buy has been the leading name in electronics for a long time now, but they could feel that name was being taken away from them by Amazon. You see, what people would do is, try the product out at Best Buy, return the item, and them buy it off of Amazon at a lower price. What did Best Buy do to counter this, did they crack down on their return policy and make even their loyal customers suffer? No! They instead decided to CREATE value by adding their credit card which allows you to buy something in the store and pay it off over a 18-month period with NO INTEREST! That's just GOOD BUSINESS!

I truly enjoy shopping at Best Buy for my electronics and video connections. With their ample selection, usually, it's a one-stop deal. But, another courtesy that I really appreciate is their willingness to steer you to competitors and other outlets that might be able to satisfy my needs. These are the 2 main factors that persuade me to start my searches at Best Buy.

Consistently Good

I've purchased a lot from Best Buy and anytime there's been an issue they've taken care of it. I recommend spending a few bucks on their extended warranties on big ticket items. They have paid for themselves in the past and I've not had an issue with BB honoring them. My only qualm with BB is recently buying cell phones from them and having them goods over details like amonthly fee and being double charged. It was a big headache going back and forth between Sprint and BB to get it sorted. It took hours as they passed me back and forth.

Mixed feelings

I have shopped at Best Buy for over 15 years and have always counted on them as a local place to get my electronics. I don't even mind paying a little more to support a local store instead of buying from Amazon. But the level of service I receive is as consistent as a politician's responses. One day I'll walk in and feel like I have to beg for help while the employees look at me like I interrupted their good time chatting it up with each other. The next time I'll receive service well above and beyond by a friendly and enthusiastic employee.

Two of the Best
With the Friendliest staff year after year
How they do it is beyond me, but these two stores Rock as far as I'm concerned.
I always get in & out on 14th street.
The parking in pentagon city is Bad you have to pay to get out of the Garage,, it's not cheap either well 6$

I bought a samsung galaxy note 5 last year. The first phone i had, i had to return in within their 12 or 14 day policy due to phone issues already... they sent me to another location to get the same phone (inconvenience yes) and have had issues with it non stop... best buy wont take responsibility and replace the phone... they sent me to samsung... samsung didnt do squat... spoke to ATT several times where i was told that i CAN go back to best buy and have the phone replaced... it was back and forth non stop... seriously, DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY BECAUSE IT WILL BE THE WORST BUY AND PURCHASE EVER! NOW I AM STUCK PAYING FOR A BRAND NEW PHONE THAT DROPS CALLS AND PEOPLE SEVERAL TIME SAY THEY CANT HEAR ME ON MY END, BUT I CAN HEAR THEM... ITS ENOUGH TO GET YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE THROUGH THE ROOF... JUST ASK ATT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THE BEST THEY COULD DO IS SEND ME REFURBISHED CRAP. SORRY I AM PAYING FOR A BRAND NEW PHONE THAT WORKS LIKE CRAP... JUST A HINT TO CONSUMERS, BEST BUYS AND WALMARTS ONLY SELL REFURBISHED NOT BRAND NEW! STAY AWAY! THEY WONT HELP YOU AFTER YOUR 2 WEEK POLICY OF RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM IS UP... OH, HOW CONVENIENT TO GIVE US 14 DAYS TO SEE IF THE ITEM WORKS OR DOESNT WORK! SCAMMED AND WONT DO BUSINESS AT BEST BUY AGAIN!
