I recently went to Best Buy to purchase an Epson Workforce 3640 printer. My primary interest was to be able to print color photos and to replace a very frustrating to use HP Envy 5660 printer. The store rep that assisted me told me that the 3640 was not what I would want for photos and recommended the Epson XP-830 Expression Premium printer.

I really need to thank that gentleman as this is the best printer I have ever had for photo printing and it is very good for some document printing and coping as well, so long as you do not print or copy large multipage documents. This printer does everything I wanted and delivers exceptional quality photos and crisp documents. It is also very easy to use and user friendly.

I have gone to Best buy for mt truck and car stereo insallation and they always do a great job. Also have bought several lap tops for a great price. Just watch for the sale ads.

I wonder about negative reviews. Why? Yeah it costs much. I got lot of things when was living in US. Delivery is great, product quality is not bad! But not that perfect. You go into deal and you understand what you get, overall happy with their service! Thanks!

Best Buy has really high prices. I can find their stuff in other places for much better prices. I gave it 3 stars, because sometimes you can find things you won't find in any other place. So if your looking for something electronic you can't find in the other places you usually buy, go to Best Buy. Their return policy (unless they've changed it) is %15 or so of the purchase. Their Customer service are friendly and helpful.

I will never buy from them again. One store in my area is the worst and should be closed down. Examples:

1. I was conned into getting service with Verizon which doesn't even work in my area. The liar told me I only had three days to return it. Not noticing right away it didn't work in the entire city, I figured I was stuck with it. I found out from Verizon that wasn't true and I had 2 weeks to return it and cancel the contract. I was stuck with a $150 a month contract for a piece of crap that didn't work.

2. An old computer was unloaded onto me for over $1,000. I wasn't told the computer was more than three years old. I discovered this when trying to update the drivers and all of them were three or more years.

3. The printer for the computer I bought a week later was also old. The drivers were about three years old.

4. A vacuum cleaner broke a couple of months after I purchased it. When I returned it, and I had their worthless GeekSquad warranty, those liars gave me a bunch of crap that the warranty didn't cover it. After raising a big and loud enough fuss, they eventually gave in and I got a new one.

5. The same thing with a TV that was returned. They tried to give me a cheaper TV and not the equivalent price of the one I purchased. The salesperson wouldn't let me pick one out. He went back to get one which was smaller and cheaper. I told him to shove it and I was picking out my own.

My advice: Check out products in the store first then check online to see how old it is before purchasing. I didn't do this and should have. I shouldn't have to since products on the shelf should be no older than one year.
