AWFUL! ZERO STARS! I placed an order for Mother's Day. I received an email, NOT a phone call, letting me know that they were "sorry" that they couldn't deliver my gift until 3 DAYS later. This they let me know at 6 pm the DAY IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED! Oh, but they will refund the delivery charge, oh really? They can take that delivery charge and shove it up their $#*!. What any reputable company would have done, they would have called me on the phone, apologized and sent the whole order for free. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, there are PLENTY of OTHER COMPANIES THAT WOULDS BE HAPPY to have your business. This company couldn't careless. ANY GOOD REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY THE OWNERS!
I ordered some items for MOther's Day - paying OVER THE TOP for delivery. The website didn't seem to process the order, so I called a customer service rep. She assured me the order had gone through. I checked the next day to track the order and GUESS WHAT?! The order DIDN/'T go through and now it is TOO LATE to get them to my daughter. What a horrible experience. No matter how good Shari's Berri's products are they are a complete " RIP OFF" company when it comes to the shipping fees! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Not only do they have a super high shipping fee they also have a weekend fee, a rural fee, basicly an up your $#*! fee!
Save your money and buy from a locally owned business in your area or the area you are sending the gift!
Order for my co workers for Valentine's Day when it arrive I was disappointed paid to separate shipping for two boxes of strawberries going to the same place what a rip off when I opened the box wasn't impressed at all nothing like the pictures they were average size berries covered with chocolate that's all you could get 3times that amt if you purchase from a supermarket and drizzle chocolate on it for way less spen 80bucks not worth that at all maybe $20 please save your money
I ordered flowers and strawberries from them. I just googled it and they popped up. However, I realized that the address I got was off by one number and it was incorrect house. I emailed them right away to fix it, they respond with what I posted below. WHAT the HECK... so just send it to the wrong house it's not a problem, we already have your money so sucks for you is what they're saying. MIND you, the date for delivery was two days out. Their policy states they can't do anything if it's delivered or shipped... it was neither... it was barely processed.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. After 6 hours i called. They told me they coyldnt deliver today so i asked for a refund. 5 minutes later i get a text message the order was delivered. So i called again. That person told me it was delivered and my refund was still getting processed because of the trouble. 2 hours later the person that was suppose to receive the flower told me she didnt get anything. So i called again. After 30 minutes the person told me it was delivered to the adress. I told him to call the flower show. Which was closed by that time. Next day i call again. Same answer and i had to request 3 times to call the shop which never picked up the phone. Over an hour later i still have a email aboit the cancelation or do i know where the flowers are at. And they said the day before after 24 hours i receice a email. So at this point i have no flowers and no money.
I have sent Shei's berries as a gift. Being routed through the Philippines for purchase and shipping ALMOST made me hang up. No one can be THAT ignorant.
Being a recipient, the berries were broken, FAR from ripe/green and tart flavor.
Embarrassing since I have sent these as a gift.
Incredible Edibles does a MUCH better job, more reliable, AND you can understand customer service!

Ordered Dozen Gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries on 11 Feb. Paid $9.99 for GUARANTEED 14 February, Valentine's Day delivery. Paid $14.99 for Early Morning delivery. The items won't be delivered until 15 February. I was told the issue was UPS which, as a customer, is not my issue. My issue is I paid for GUARANTEED delivery date and time. I was offered refund of the GUARANTEED delivery fees. In my opinion, I should have been offered a full refund with the item still to be delivered.
The main objective to my order wasn't WHAT I ordered, it was the day it was to be delivered... Valentine's Day.
I will not be ordering from Shari's Berries again. They did not fulfill their GUARANTEE (that is on their web page) to make it right.
I ordered two dozen strawberries to be delivered on Christmas Eve they charged me three times I had to cancel on my orders restart over and then the lady on the phone couldn't hardly talk English I would not recommend these people to anybody do not order from these people horrible
Got them for mother's day they look like they were in a fight. I didn't want to give them to her and she love them. Called and couldn't get with anyone.

This company is a big ripoff, I paid $57.00 for 6 strawberries and a small bear for Valentine's day, when the I opened the box I was so disappointed with size of the strawberries they were half of the size of what was advertised, they were so small it only filled half of the hole of the tray it came in, plus in the add it shows it would come with a dish to them in, I was so embarrassed to give the to my girl friend that I went out and spent more money to buy her roses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Here's an update: I was supposed to receive a replacement order and full refund (according to the customer service rep) for the incorrect order that was sent on Valentine's Day for my boyfriend, but the order couldn't be shipped for two weeks - set to deliver on February 26th. Fine. So what happens? I receive a HALF refund and the order never came. Today, March 1st, I call to see where the replacement order is and it was NEVER PROCESSED. WHAT A JOKE.
I ordered the Sweet Surprise gift box for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day - it is full of fruity candies which is great because he doesn't like chocolate - BUT they sent the wrong order and it was ALL CHOCOLATE. I called the next day to have the order corrected and they said they wouldn't be able to ship a replacement for 11 days. 11 days? Really? After pushing further, I found out that it was only going to take that long because there were so many people calling in with complaints of incorrect orders. Don't waste your time with this one! The picture on the left is what I got, and the picture on the right is what I ordered. Not even close!
