Order on Thursday for delivery on Saturday April 1 charge extra for Saturday delivery + shipping and Nope did not show up, they we sent FedEx at Fed-ex Saturday Tracking says they will get delivered net business day so I am sure that is going to be Monday, what a waste of time and money so 5 days later I am sure they will be Ripe.
I ordered 2 weeks ago for the delivery to be on the 13th ended up getting it on the 14th and when I open the Box the strawberries look nothing like in the picture They are all disassembled and in disarray inside the Box. The flowers look like they've been sitting for over a week Do not waste your time or money on this company Be a sure that the picture then I put up is not how I receive them I organized it
My husband bought two dozen strawberries for Mother's Day, one for me and one for his mother. Mine arrived on time, and in decent condition (though the berries were partially frozen, which is odd.) The white chocolate tasted weird, but I've never liked white chocolate, so I gave that a pass.
My mother-in-law didn't get hers in time for Mother's Day, even though he paid extra shipping to ensure they would be. Instead of Saturday, they arrived Monday, and the strawberries looked awful and mangled. One was exposed enough to see mold growing on the strawberry.
I called customer service, and the agent had a thick accent, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't communicate. He offered to send a replacement box free of charge, and refund our shipping costs. My husband had to call back for the full refund though, because my name wasn't on the order, so he could only give a partial refund for me. He says it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund.
I probably wouldn't order from here again, even if the second box comes through without any problems.
My mother says, "this is the best gift I have ever received!" I have read several reviews giving sherries berries poor marks. To be quite honest, I think these people are off their rocker. I have been ordering sherries berries for several years now. My wife, my mother, and now my daughter who has a newborn baby I'll receive sherries berries. They have never come in anyway except for excellent quality. The styrofoam box that's they have come in have preserved both the berries and the chocolate perfectly. The Barry's have always been fresh and the chocolate has maintained its excellent consistency. This year my dad and I went together to again purchase sherries berries for my mother for Mother's Day. My mother has said, that this is the best gift that she has ever received. This is much to the chagrin of my younger brother, who has failed to send sherries berries to anyone. I have sent them before, and I will send them again. The quality has always been excellent. And believe me I am a consumer that demands excellence if I could give 10 stars I would!
Your company is the absolute worst. I placed an order on 2/4 for a 2/14 delivery and it is now 2/18 and it is STILL not delivered and i cant get a human being from the United States on the phone as everytime i call, i get a loud call center in India that is ZERO help at all.

I AM AT WORK TRYING TO TALK TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND SEND 4 EMAILS AND THEY JUST SEND BACK ANOTHER COUPON. IT IS MADDENING. ALSO THE STRAWBERRIES I SENT FOR HOLIDAYS WERENT THAT GOOD SO I AM TRYING THIS ITALIAN BASKET. Purchase these before was very good. Received my box of chocolate strawberries today. Was very disappointed. They were soggy, very small in size, busted up. Will not purchase again.

It was totally delectable, strawberries were fresh & sweet. I received it on yesterday from a friend due to the passing of my sister. It was a pleasant surprise.
I ordered for Valentines Day, was told guaranteed Feb 14 delivery date. Then I checked on Feb 14 evening because nothing arrived and the delivery date changed online to Feb 16 without being given any notification. Called in and was told I would get a full refund next time I called. Called 2 days later and was told that the shipping fee was waived (they still delivered the product) but if I insist, they will refund. DAMN RIGHT I INSIST! They refunded and the product arrived looking like dookie :) Order from $#*!ties Berries at your own risk.
Really, I paid for express delivery for Rice Krispie Birthday pops for our granddaughter. Never delivered. Almost a week and a half now they "may" be delivered. Worst company EVER! Don't use them!
My family has ordered from Shari's Berries for years with just a couple hiccups here and there. This Christmas, I ordered strawberries to be sent to my parents and brother as a gift. While they were received on time, they were not in any condition to eat. The package was taken in and opened immediately as they are alwaysexcited to receive the berries. The cold pack was warm and the berries were smashed. The minute they told me, I was on the phone. The company refused to send out a replacement. When I asked why, she mumbled something I didn't quite understand. She offered a full refund so I took it but let her know my disappointment in the ruined gift. Later that day, I received an "OOPS" email offering 15% off my next order. That was insulting since anyone can get that deal on the Internet frequently. So I emailed Shari's Berries to let them know how I felt about the transaction (no cussing or rudeness, I promise). I receive a second email with a 25% discount on my next purchase. Since that still didn't fix the bad gift experience, I was very tempted to tell them to stick their "discount off next purchase" so called deal up their booty. Being Christmas, I refrained :) During my transactions my parents sent me strawberries, which were fine and delicious, but they sent a seperate package of cherries to my son. One of the boxes of cherries has some that were smashed! What the heck is going on, Shari'S Berries? I sent a nice package of David & Harry to my family instead.
Don't order from Shari's Berries unless you want a TON of SPAM emails. A friend used my paypal account to order his wife some high price strawberrys and now I get a lot of BS emails from Shari's Berries. I have filed a complaint with Paypal who is also investigating. Because of their practice, I have personally stop 14 orders going to Sharri's Berries and will continue to spend the word to everyone that they send unsolicited SPAM emails. Please spread the word and don't ever order from Shari's Berries!
THEY HAD A PROMOTION OF 12 BERRIES FOR 19.99 AND GET A SECOND DOZEN FOR $9.99. I ONLY GOT $12 BERRIES AND THEY TOLD ME THE PROMOTION WAS FOR 6 FOR 19.99. WHO WOULD ORDER 6 STRAWBERRIES FOR 19.99 AND PAY A SHIPPING FEE OFF $14+. TRY TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE PEOPLE THE 4 TIMES I CALLED
I received a box for Valentines day, and I was so elated, until I bit in one of them the chocolate is the worst I have ever tasted and the strawberry was rotten so I tried another and the same thind all rotten strawberries and terrible chocolate please don't waste all your money on this junk go to eatables
Found the box by front door. Must have been there a couple days as everything was warm, sticky and ruined. No door bell was rung, no phone call, no knock. A waste

Package was to be delivered on Valentine's Day which never arrived and still has NOT arrived. I was refunded my money but was told my package would still be received. But never showed up still! I will NEVER order from this company EVER AGAIN!
When ordering 2 dozen dipped berries I was ask to edit my delivery date ( I had ask for a Saturday 24th since this was the birthday party day) I clicked on edit and now my option is Friday 23rd, unbelievable but they was out of stock the following day Saturday24th). Needless to say I selected Friday, My mom was in the hospital and decided to have a small party in her room on Saturday, I have ordered the berries for her before and she loved them so I was thinking this would cheer her up... what a let down. The berries showed up Monday morning 26th Sharri berries let us down... very disappointed. I would not depend on them to come through on a special occasion. They have offered to replace the order for free but for what the birthday is past.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
