I don't even have the words for how mad I am. I feel like someone just stole from me!
Just read all of the bad reviews and believe every single word.

They hide the shipping charges...
$15 guaranteed shipping day (?)
$15 guaranteed shipping before 12:30
$ 9.99 standard shipping charge (?)
$29 twelve berries

5/12/2017 - The order allegedly arrived at my wife's work at 4:30. She had already left work by 1:30... she never got her berries.

Customer service was an absolute nightmare. The woman that I "spoke" with could not repeat my order number back to me. After many, many, many tries, I asked to speak to a supervisor or another rep and was completely ignored and eventually disconnected.

TERRIBLE!

Pictures are misleading! If I could send pics of what my wife received I would. NOTHING like the pictures they list on their website. The package was $50, delivery and other charges were $40. Absurd! DONT waste your money.

Terrible online experience. They do not honor what they advertise even with discounts codes from radio station promo, and the website is very hard to use without ending up with a sale whether con firmed or not. Never again.
I immediately called after placing my order and cancelled it, if they cannot even honestly apply their offers then wonder if the food is SAFE?
This almost smells of purposeful scam... wonder how many people let them get away with it.

I received two dozen chocolate covered berries for Mother's Day. They were delicious but the whole experience absolutely broke my heart when I saw how much non-eco-friendly packaging was surrounding the dessert. I understand why each piece of foam, plastic, ice pack, styrofoam, drip catcher material, and foil bag is used, but GOSH. This is unacceptable. Much non-recyclable materials and creating so much trash for 24 pieces of sweets. Do you have plans to improve this situation?

My family loved the "old" Shari's Berries. I'm sure they've been sold, because they suck now. They advertised a couple of choices for 2 dozen berries, but when you try and order them, they are not available. So, I called, and they told me they can only deliver two separate dozen at two delivery fees. That's ridiculous. I will not be ordering again from this company that clearly cares nothing about customer service!

Ordered a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Nothing was delivered. Contacted them requesting a full refund, which they gave me. However, nothing else. Most places with good customer service would have refunded the money as well as shipping out the order again. Instead I get an email offering me 25% off if I spend another $30. What a joke! Won't order from them or their other companies (proflowers.com, gifts.com, etc) ever again.

I am really disappointed how far this company has fallen in 5 years. Then, I was totally satisfied with the service and product, now, I can't even place an order. No one speaks English, they put me on extend ended hold and when I called back the supervisor hung up on me. Too bad for them, Harry and David is glad to get my six figure, every holiday for all extended family business. Die on the the vine Sharis berries, sorry I every gave you a dime and never will again. Kick rocks and die

Never again

I ha e ordered from Shari's Berries several times over a few years and was always satisfied or they immediately sent a fresh order. Today my mother got hot, sour strawberries. They say they guarantee 100% satisfaction but they will only refund 1/2 of my money - that's less than the berries alone without the expensive shipping, etc. Never again!

Never again! This was such a waste of time and money! What is the point of picking a delivery date if they're not even going to deliver on time. Couple days have passed and still no order. So much for a fresh gift! Wish I could rate it ZERO STARS!

Disappointed
February 6, 2024

I have sent Shari's Berries chocolate-covered strawberries to my son and daughter for Valentine's Day for a few years now. My daughter didn't want to hurt my feeling but this year finally asked me not to send any more... she says they are always on their way to rotten and taste fermented. I wish I'd known a few years ago, but at least now I know to avoid this site. Very disappointed, especially for the exorbitant price I've been paying.

Very small strawberries, only one type of chocolate used with no design as their pictures shows, chocolate is cracked on some. Tried to add a pic but this website isn't working. Not worth a dollar. A HUGE rip off.

Absolutely terrible

I honestly could've made these at home either the same way or better. They are super sloppy and messy. No care or thought put into them. No cleanliness and absolutely nothing like the pictures they display ALL over their website. Honestly been thinking about writing up something or suing for falsa advertisement (with their pictures) absolutely not worth the price. I could literally go to the supermarket spend half the price and wait and they would still look better. However the Chocolate is okay, not too terrible tasting. This company needs to be shut down because it's obviously very unprofessional or lower their prices and take down this website. I wish I took a picture when I opened it but I was already so appalled I wanted to try one just to see if they were even good enough

WOW! After a failed attempt at ordering my friend an edible arrangement, I decided to go with Shari's Berries. It was less expensive with a bigger variety which I loved. Unfortunately, the ordered arrived melted. Our weather has been in the 60's but naturally the day it was delivered we a 90 degree day. I emailed customer support to let them know and they responded INSTANTLY giving me the option of a full refund or new order. Extraordinary customer service. My friend popped the cookies into the fridge for a few hours before taking a bite and she said they were still absolutely delicious! Would order again regardless of the outcome from this order because the customer support was that amazing.

It would be great if you could call your 800 number and speak with someone that spoke English. Your care for the customer is the worst I have ever experienced. No one really cares. Bad service, I spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get a problem worked out with no results. I will never order from your company again.

Heard countless radio ads offering special pricing. Figured I'd give them a try. Ordered 10 chocolate covered cherries and 3 3 inch cheese cakes. The total came to 44 dollars. Not bad. These people charged me a total of 50 dollars to ship. They advertise heavily for Valentine's day delivery. Well, the standard delivery is 17 bucks. If you want your $#*! delivered on Valentine's day, it's an extra 10 bucks. But wait, there's more. If you want your berries delivered during the day, and not at 8 o'clock at night, that'll be an extra 15 bucks. Get the $#*! out of here with that $#*!. Doesn't matter what the berries taste like, I'll never order from that place again!

Extremely high shipping fees, $12.99, plus an additional $9.99 for Valentine's day delivery, plus $3.99 for a rural delivery fee and that's to State College, Pa area! That's $26.97 in fees! So the 20% off special they are running, they gain it all back at the end right before you pay! Beware! Customer service was not helpful at all, waste of time contacting them. Never purchase from them again!

Horrible in every way

Y'all. Do not buy from this company. I ordered in January for Valentine's Day. I didn't receive my 2-14 delivery until 2-16. I spent hours on the phone with their horrible customer service being switched back and forth to very little English speaking representatives. When my package arrived, it was the wrong order. Therefore, customer service is horrible, shipping is horrible, their pickers are horrible, I don't know about the product because they sent me dark chocolate and we only eat white chocolate. Going in the trash. I have many pics of proof!

I was a little upset who forgets Valentine's Day right?! It's on February 14th every year. So I'm like ok maybe he forgot. Nope ordered these berries in head of time and they still came late. The berries don't look like the pictures. Berries all different sizes. They just don't look professional at all. Me and my niece make better ones! Thanks babe for the thought, but please don't waste your money. Happy Not Belated Valentine's.

No need to repeat what everyone else has said. Do not order from this place. Delivery is not happening today even though I placed the order 10 days ago and paid extra to have it delivered before noon. I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Sent them an email, but have not heard anything back.
