Neither the romper or the sandals I ordered fit. The sandals were disfigured because of the poor packing. The romper zipper which is the only way to put the outfit on was so scratchy it scraped my skin. They smelled like awful chemicals. I received them weeks after I was supposed to. The tracking number never worked. There's no returns. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 5 items from this site and all the items that I received were way to small and/or not as pictured. I ordered 2 dresses, one was a "small" but fit like a large/xlarge. The other dress was completely see thru! The 3 bathing suits I ordered were so small a small child could wear them, and they were made out of cheap material! After emailing the company they asked me to send pictures of myself in the items which I refused (what kind of company asks for that)! They offered me a 10% discount on further purchases (which I told them that I would NEVER be ordering from them again). I told them I wanted a refund and I would send the items back and they refused to let me do that and again offered me 10% of my order total which would have been 6 dollars of a 68 dollar purchase! I threatened to contact the BBB and file a complaint and they still didn't care. This company is fraud, has false advertisement and pretty much NO customer service. I would highly advise to NOT EVER buy from here unless you want to waste your money and be completely unsatisfied! Their products are cheaply made, sized wrong and just plain crap!
No refound and they say my address was wrong but it wasn't true! They want i pay 5 euros more for having my order!

This is the worst place to order I order a cute top I thought and got some old thing cheap very wide ugly shirt that would not compare to what I ordered. People do not waist you're money it is a total rip off.
This is THE WORST online company I have ever bought from! I ordered a shirt and when I received the shirt, there was an obvious misprint. I contacted customer service and their response was, "Sorry, we recommend you keep it." What?! They are not accepting my return buy keep offering me 10% off my next purchase, which I think is crazy, because I'm never ordering from them again. They say their products are guaranteed, but they're really just looking to take your money.

So it was my first time ordering from here. When I placed my order I did not put the wrong address but did end up changing it. They emailed me stating they have changed my address and it was processing to be shipped. Well I did this last week and it's still being "processed" I kept asking when they were going to ship my things and I was told that they were not in stock. I emailed back stating I was not dealing with it anymore and to give me a refund, after doing that all of a sudden my things were in stock. I leave for vacation Wednesday July 3 and even paid the extra $10 for express shipping and guess what, it's STILL processing! Be careful
Horrible! They took my $ right away, I haven't received an email confirming my order on 1 order and my other 2 orders have been shipping for 2 weeks with no way to track them! I believe I got scammed! I've emailed them and not getting anything done about it.
Sandals I ordered arrived and were made cheaply, felt terrible, and didn't fit. The only way I could find to possibly return them was an email, so I emailed saying that I would like to return the shoes and never heard back. Lack of quality both in their goods and service ensures that I'll never be shopping with them again.

Worst experience ever with this company. I order a bathing suit, don't see it after a month so I email they said "there was a problem and it was shipped back to the seller" so I said I'd still like it they tell me they'd have to charge me to ship it again. So I said screw that id like a refund then they tell me that's fine but they have to subtract the shipping fee off my purchase EVEN THOUGH I PAID THE SHIPPING like that makes no sense. Will NEVER purchase from this place again. It's been 3 months and I have no seen my package and probably never will.

I wonder if it's even legal for a business or company to ask for the customer to pose for a picture in the item/clothing they're trying to return as proof it doesn't actually fit? For example: Imagine trying to return a swimsuit or bikini to Target or Walmart and they say "ok, I want to see you in it to prove it really doesn't fit in order to give you a refund?" My first call after walking out would be to an attorney. I purchased clothing from all these websites and would never do it again. Quality is garbage, takes way too long to get your purchase, and nothing is ever the size you ordered.

I ordered some clothes from them which were not of perfect size, so I had to return it back. I was waiting for my refund but couldn't contact them, but finally I found their number and called them. They took about 2 hours to refund the money but finally I got my money back within 2 working days.

I was SO excited to get my products and when it came I couldn't wait to open it! When I took the dress out of the package I knew it was cheap material that won't breathe. I opened the tank top, same thing. I was optimistic, thinking they couldn't mess up a cotton T-shirt? W r o n g. Same material. And they're all too small, even though I ordered a size up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service is absolutely terrible. I never even received my item. They put the wrong address on the package and then would not rectify the situation unless I paid an additional fee. Their customer service team barely speaks English and was slow to respond and very rude each time. I've never had such bad service.

Customer service sucks $#*!! For one, They take FOREVER to respond! I have had issues with my order ever since I purchased, I have sent emails numerous of times to not get a response until like 5 days later or not at all. It takes months for them to even come, two came at once and the other came at a different time. The sizes aren't even all the same either I am usually a small but got mediums for All three bathing suits and they all fit differently. Top was too big on the one but the bottoms fit ok, the second bathing suit the top in a Medium fit great but the bottoms felt like they were an XXS and it was a M! Oh not to mention that they sent me the wrong order on my third bathing suit as well( they sent me a baby blue top when it was supposed to be green and it didn't even match the bottoms) no one is getting back to me about doing an exchange and I am just so not happy with this company and my purchase. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Terrible terrible horrible customer service I bought items from them spent a lot of money cannot wear any of the items I measured myself ordered the right sizes for sandals and shirts they came and are all wrong shirts are either too big or way too small they do not look anything like they do on the website false advertising I'm still missing a pair of shoes that have not arrived, I asked to return the products for a refund but they kept saying it would cost more money to ship it back and refuse to refund my account and take back their product if you buy from here their policy is no returns no refunds, FYI no it won't cost more money to ship it back I looked into it, they only tell you this to keep your money so you are left with their very very cheap product, any real retail store would stand by their product and take it back to make their customers happy, I'm going to file a major complaint with the BBB so others are aware that this online store is a scam. I would never shop with this company again. I ordered a bathing suit, the bottoms were way too small. I emailed them to get an exchange, they took days to respond every time.
