I have been having an issue with this company for weeks! My advice... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! As soon as I finally received my product I opened it and saw that NOTHING was like their website pictures and what the website had said. One of the shirts looked like I just hot ironed words on myself it was so much thinner than the picture, and it was like a dress! So long for a small! Another item was extremely long and thin nothing like the size guide or picture. My last item was a sweater dress it was completely see thru! And it was falling off it was the smallest size and I never have a problem with clothes fitting at that size. So I emailed them right away packaged everything up nicely and emailed them on how I would be shipping it back. Their response? "Well it would cost too much to ship back so we suggest keeping it mabe giving it to a friend or family member" so I just spent 70 dollars on clothes that I can not send back which is not what the return policy says mind you I also paid thru PayPal which they usually have free refunds. (That's what it said before I ordered it I purposefully ordered thru them) then they said " you should mabe give it to a friend or family member" what?! I just paid all of this money for clothes for myself to give them away?! Not only that but the clothes are so cheap and crappy no one would want them! I have gotten way better clothes from Forever 21 and their clothes were cheaper than belilly! I told them absolutely not that's outrageous to offer something like that so then they offer me 15 percent back and to keep the clothes! They don't understand I can't wear these otherwise we wouldn't be here right now! Now I never ever write reviews but I have been dealing with them for so long now that I do not want anyone else buying their material or having an experience like I am. I am not rich I spend money when I can when I have extra from paying bills so when I do I expect it to be on good stuff or things I will use. These things I received neither of those so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

They refuse to return my purchases or give a refund. They withhold their return address. They keep stating that the return shipping cost is too high. They keep asking for me to keep the items and receive 20% off or coupon!?! Terrible customer service! Took almost a month to get items. Clothing and accessories/shoes are so cheaply made, does not look like the products in their advertising pictures. I have thrown over $119 in the toilet! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My wife purchased three tops from bellelily.com, arrived in good time even though they arrived from China. Tops were poor quality and nothing like what was advertised on their website, I have been emailing them back and forth now for 4 weeks, they are not for offering me a full refund but are offering a substantial discount on future order or a 30% refund! Disgusting company **ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK**

The majority of the clothes were not the right size. A few tank tops were but I contacted them about returning the others, as per their policy. Months of debate over e-mails happened. Kept offering a percentage refund... of goods that I have no use for. Eventually they gave me a return address, which I used. According to the postal service, it doesn't exist. They kept telling me to resend it, I asked them to contact the postal company. They haven't and won't. Wasted money on returning now also. Now they have gone back to offering me a percentage. Don't know how they are still running as a business. Frustrating. Fairly sure it's a scam. DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 5 items from belle lily. Two of the items were satisfactory and the other three were completely see through/didn't fit. When I reached out to customer service it took a total of 6 emails and two months just to get a response. When I did get one they said it was going to cost me a lot of money to send the items back and I should just give them away. When I told them I wanted my money back they again told me it was going to cost me more money than I paid to send them back. I insisted that I wanted my money back and to return the items and they've stopped responding to my emails. This was 6 months ago... please save your money and don't order from this site, it's a scam

Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased items as gifts, the items are nowhere near as described in the ad and are seriously defected upon arrival. There "customer service team" or so they call it, is a poorly computer generated response, it is clear they do not care about the quality of there products and are just a huge scam, they refuse to refund for the products bought. If I could give no stars as a review I would, because it was money wasted for "gifts" that they say are fit for anniversary's, when they are fit for the trash can. Do not buy from this company.

I seen a few pair of cute shoes that I liked from another website(at a ridiculous price). Taking the brand name of the shoes and doing a quick search I found this online market at a more reasonable price for the same shoes, supposedly the same brand and all! I was stoked that I would save about 20.00 after this purchase. The purchase that I made came in today and I was excited. Well, until I took them out of the shipping bag (of note, bag was from somewhere overseas, then with another label on it NOT FROM THIS SITE). Needless to say, the shoes were HOT GARBAGE, VERY CHEAPLY MADE AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. The return policy is trash as well, TO BOOT, I PAID AN INSURANCE FEE?
I made a substantial purchase through this site and I have to pay for return S/H. NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I made an order for 68 off the $1.99 clearance hats. The website showed they were in stock. Bellelily emailed me to tell me they only have 7 in stocks and that I need to pick other merchandise to get the amount of money I paid. I emailed them and told them to just sent what they have and refund the rest. They emailed me back telling me to pick other merchandise. Um, no. If I am not getting what I paid for, then I should get a refund. So now I have to dispute the charges. Don't waste your time.

This is my online shopping store because it has so many varieties of items that anyone needs, from clothing and accessories to bags and shoes. I really love the quality of all the items I've received, and the staff is very professional when it comes to solving any issues. I used to have trouble transporting items I bought online at other stores, but with these girls, I never had a problem getting the things I bought. I love this store! I highly recommend it :)

I ordered 2 shirts and 2 pairs of earrings. One of the shirts has a noticeable hole on the left chest/shoulder when wearing it. Customer service literally suggested "Could you please fix it at your local place? For the inconvenience, we can refund 10% as compensation of the item for you." I replied with no you can't sew a hole as there is no fabric to sew it with because it's a HOLE. And that it would cost more than a 10% refund to get it fixed. After reading reviews here, I doubt I'll get it exchanged.
