I ordered my shirt on August 6. Got shipping info 3 days later. It is not September 27 and I have not even received my package yet. I have contacted the company TWICE Zane have gotten zero information from them. I just want my shirt!
I ordered 3 swim suits. I measured for each swim suit and checked to make sure I was getting the correct size. It took weeks for them to arrive and none of them fit. They wanted photos of me in the suits to prove they don't fit. They refuse to let me return them and are only offering 10% off my next order.

The quality of everything I ordered was absolutely horrible. They use pictures of other companies to advertise their products, but they look nothing like that when you see them in person.
When I emailed the company about this, they did nothing about it. They just disappeared like the scam artists they are.

Great dealing and awesome quality. I am simply in love with their wonderful service, The best thing is they are online retailers and sells products in whole sell. Oh and I find that they are having sales on some items I bought! :( I am gonna keep my eyes on their sales update.
The product I ordered was supposed to be an off the shoulder sweatshirt. It's an absolute polyester nightmare! It's not a sweatshirt and it doesn't even come close to being off the shoulder! What total garbage and I'm sure it would cost more to send it back so I'll just pitch it! Lesson learned!

The piece oif material I received had a waist band 20cm wider than advertised. They look like primary schoolers first attempt at sewing with ugly wide crooked stitch.

I order from them 12/02. They took the money from my account immediately. I never received my order. I sent an email twice requesting where my order was. They never sent a tracking number. They told me my order had been delivered but nothing else. You can't talk to anyone have to send message through website. I learned my lesson and will never order online without checking reviews.

I knew I shouldn't order from this Chinese site but the shorts just looked so cute in the picture. What I got was NOTHING like the picture. They were so incredibly cheap and smelled terrible. I didn't even bother to try them on, just threw them away bc I know these websites make returns impossible.
Don't buy from belle lily, quality is not good, sizing is off, and products don't look or fit like the pictures displayed on the website!
Complete rip off. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped as they kept emailing me telling me items I picked were out of stock. When I tried to cancel the order they all of sudden stated they had all of what I ordered in stock and wouldn't give me a refund as my package had already been shipped! Please save your money and don't buy from here!
I ordered 9 women's tops. All but 3 fit great. Out of the 3:1 was too tight, 1was too tight with short sleeves and length, and 1 wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I've been in communication with them for 2 months or more. They told me that either they will only give me 25% of my money back or I can pay the foreign shipping fees to send the items back to them. They are thieves with false advertising. I used their size charts for each item. They should have a better system to fix their own problems on their website or in manufacturing so that they are not stealing people's money. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and will never order from them again.

Purchased 2 shirts in August. It's a week away from December and still haven't received them. Costumer service will not respond to you. I finally after making multiple attempts at getting a response and trying to warn others on their social media platforms, they blocked me. I opened a claim through pay pal which I luckily used to purchase and they responded with "were sorry your order didnt get to you, please send us your order and we will get back to you." I sent them the information and never heard from them again. It's been a month. Pay pal just refunded my money. Please save yourself the time and money and do not purchase from this scam.

I got a few items that were too large and wanted to send them back for a smaller size but they gave me the run around back and forth with their emails. Then they tried to tell me that the shipping fee is too expensive and, "it costs to much to send them back." They told me to "give them to your friends and family member who fit them."
This company is a scam I reported them to the federal trade commission. They asked to see pictures of my in their clothes and asked for my bust size! I want a return. I reported it to PayPal as well and will be reporting them on Facebook and Instagram
Ordered clothing and shoes. When they arrived... no return labels, or addresses. Had a link on paper enclosed for return instructions. Followed instructions and they emailed us back with in a few days
Answer: It takes about a month, or it doesn't show up at all.
Answer: Don't order at all. Company is a SCAM! Be happy you didn't decide on size yet! Go elsewhere!
