Why all these negative reviews? All packages were delivered on time without any problems. And the fabrics is what I have expected for the price

I am not satisfied the clothes are too small for their sizes and i got a no return answer after days

I ordered a cute summer dress, probably would wear as a bathing suit coverup. The measurements were off a lot., tight across the chest, the neck was really high and small. The fabric is see through and is that cheap polyester. The pictures online were super cute... Just not right for me... can't get in touch with anyone and can't return. I'm only out $20 but at the same time this sort of thing is happening a lot, buyer beware.

Materiel wise, the bikinis are average bikini that you can buy anywhere. But the price is super great! And I love that they have many bikinis for my age, which many online retailers dont have

My experience with purchasing items from Bellelily has been amazing! I ordered 3 dresses and they are flattering to my body but is also comfortable. My clothes came rather quickly which I really enjoyed and I hope to purchase more in the future! Very affordable and durable clothing!

I brought my wife a bunch of clothes from Bellelily for her birthday becasue I heard her mentioning this site. I was pretty worried becasue of some bad reviews, but thankfully every item arrived in good condition and tru to size! My wife love them!

Return policy is terrible. They do not return things easily. Their products are cheaply made, and they won't return them.

Because xl is huge, and misshapen, lucky I'm good at clothing alterations, hopefully I can fix. But material is not as valuable as the dollar they ask, not even discount stores quality, so buyer beware. If you are a small, I thing item might look like photo, if your shape is of that equal. Just saying.

I finally receivd my package after 3 weeks wait! I did send them an email asking for a update and they told me that they had too many packages to deal with recently. Hence the delay than usual. I ordered 2 swimsuits, and they were both in good condiion, sizing is correct and they both had padding, which I found really great. Overall worth the wait

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. They use pictures of other companies clothing items and send you cheap versions of that item. They also won't refund you. I got offered a 10% refund for a $27 dress. You can't contact them by phone either. Only by email and Facebook messenger. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them!

Ordered a pair of white canvas shoes, very cute on web site, but not what I received. They fit really big and aren't the quality that shows on their site. First photo is what I received 2nd is what I ordered. I Sent them an email and they kindly told me they would take 10% off my next order!

I ordered two beautiful items... when I received them, they were not what I ordered. The material was not what was expected and the sizing was way off. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they are in CHINA so sending it back would cost ME more money. They would only refund me 30%. This is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

ORDERED OVER 170$ WORTH OF STUFF AND TRIED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. ASKED TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND THEY SAID I COULD GET 10% OF MY ORDER BACK. I HAD ASKED FOR THE RETURN LABEL AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD SPEND MORE MONEY ON RETURNING THEM AND IT WOULDNT BE WORTH IT. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH 20 EMAILS THEY WILL ONLY REFUND ME 35% OF MY MONEY BACK. THE ITEMS I HAD PURCHASED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS AND WERE FAKE LOOKING AND FEELING LIKE THEY USED SUPER CHEAP MATERIALS.
OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE STAFF FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK WHEN RETURNING THE ITEMS.

Yes, the dressed were super cute and the material was of good quality. However, the sizes were INACCURATE. I measured my BWH before ordering to verify what size I should order and proceeded in thinking I would be getting a cute dress for my vacation. WRONG. The dress was past my knees after being shown midthigh on the model, and two sizes too large overall. This was the case for all three of the dresses I ordered. I tried to reach out to customer service, their solution was at first that I give my dresses away to friends or family, then it went to refunding me 10% of my subtotal. All I want is for them to put an accurate size measurement on their dresses so nobody else has to go through what I'm going through.

I ordered a sweatshirt. It took several weeks to arrive. It was too small and the material was inferior. I emailed them twice per instructions, but they did not respond. I finally wrapped it up and mailed it to the address on the label. It was returned several weeks later with "fraudulent address " written by the postal carrier. I asked Pay Pal to get a refund. The clothing company said I could get a refund if I send it to a China address which would cost more than the sweatshirt. I'm giving it away and accepting the loss.

I love buying lingerie from BELLELILY, I can try different styles on a budget. The quality is decent for what you pay for, but my lingerie is not meant to stay on so it doesn't really matter too much. TIP: use their youtube review discount code.

If I asked to give rating to them I would prefer 7-8 out of 10. Let's check it out their fashionable accessories again, as my first Order got in 7 days. Anyway thank you for the best product.
