I ordered a dress from belllily that i love, but it was a size too big. I sent an email asking to exchange for a smaller size, and they asked me to send them photos of the issue (the dress), then even more weird they asked for my measurements... after i submitted the info they emailed back asking if i could just keep it and place a second order to pay for and that it would cost me too much to ship it back and offered a discount. Im so pissed! Not ordering from them again.
UPDATE: they tried offering me a 50% refund to delete my bad review. Not happening. Then they say "we can understand your mood, we can give you a full refund, but the refund will go to your return shipment fee."

People need to read the website really carefully before ordering. Shipping to Canada says right there in black 10-20 BUISNESS DAYS. That means Monday to Friday excluding holidays.My order shipped 3 days after I ordered it. Received my email confirmation that order had been shipped. When reading over email to track package, it states again in black if you used FREE shipping you CAN NOT track package. Order was shipped Aug 30,2018 received Sep 24,2018. My 20 business days was Sep 27. T-Shirts fit great. I usually wear mens small so I ordered ladies medium and they are the same size. I am well endowed in the chest area. Quality of shirts are great as well. I would order from this site again. This is not Amazon people you will not get your order in a few days.
I ordered 3 pairs, of socks at the beginning of December and I have only received one pair which finally showed up at the end of January. Still waiting for the other 2 pairs. Have emailed them several times and have been promised that they will arrive. They will not give me a refund. They do not provide a phone number. They do not have a tracking system for their orders. Am so disgusted with them and of course have lost money. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! They illegitimate. See other reviews. Same problem
They say they have a return polo on their website but I bought several items and didn't like a few I contacted them as their Wes directed and I was told to give them to someone I know. I asked for a refund again and they told me it would be expensive to send back so basically I am stuck with items I don't like. The quality of the clothes isn't great and o won't ever buy from this site again.

Ordered 10 items at the end of November 2017. Still have not received 5 items. The other 5 items i did receive did not look like the pictures. I ordered a fluffy long gray sweater. It came in with holes that you can see right through. The sleeves were short, half length and in the picture it was suppose to be down to the fingers. The quality of this site really is awful! I will never buy from here ever again. I really think they steal pictures and try to make items look some what like the item. The sweater was definitely the worse. Not fluffy at all. I could make the sweater myself better than what i received. The tank tops that i ordered... not the same. The dress that i ordered. Not the same. Sizes don't match up either. If your a small, you might as well get a extra large but i would highly recommend no one ever buy from here. You could get better at goodwill and i don't shop at goodwill. No stars from me but i had to put in 1 to submit!

I ordered over a month ago, and the shipping said 5-12 business days. I didn't get to wear it to the event I had planned, and honestly don't think I'll ever see the shirt! If I knew how to report this company and get them shut down I would! Such a rip off!

The quality is horrible. Sizes rum really small and fabric is cheap. I ordered seven shirts and can't wear any of them because they are to small. I also ordered a pair of boots and I tried them on they run really small and the whole bottom of the boot came off. As I was trying to get it off. I mean the entire bottom of the boot cane off.
This is exactly what they emailed me regarding my items I wanted to return.
We apologize that the item you got can't meet your expectation.
The postage of the return would be on your side if you insist on returning and we can only do the refund when the items are all back.
The shiping fee is a little high and we sincerely not suggest you to return.

More or less they will not refund you the full amount you paid for the items and the shirts are not as described in the pictures. The sizes run at least 2 sizes different then they say. Do not buy from this company. Scam.
I ordered about 100 dollars worth of stuff. I also ordered from wish at the same time. My stuff from wish got here first and the belle lily way after. It was crap quality and took forever to get. Awful business. It implied shipping took 2 weeks. It meant they have 2 weeks to ship and a month or more to get here.

Every item in my order is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied. I had a good experience :)
Basically if you are buying from this company be prepared to receive good quality clothes and best customer service. You will get a refund if clothes don't fit you. My advice is to get from them they literally have just provided great service.
Looked really nice online, what I got was cheap material that was shiny and it was all false advertising. It didn't even fit right much less look like what i was expecting. I asked for my money back and they are not complying

I ordered $80 of clothing from Bellelily. After a week of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I received an e-mail, stating that one of the items was out of stock. I requested they ship the in-stock items and refund the out of stock item. They did not. They just kept sending the same e-mail. So, I chose another item. After waiting a couple days, they again sent me a e-mail. It said that the alternate item was out of stock. Long story short, this went on for wks. Nothing shipped, nothing refunded. I finally bought replacements at Frederick's of Hollywood, so I could have them by Christmas. Belle never shipped even one item and refused to refund, my money. PayPal however did make it right. I would never order from this company and feel the need to warn others.
Before you order anything, NOTHING is returnable. You are better off burning your money than spending it here. Everything is thin, cheap material that looks nothing like the photo. I was scammed, period. You
I brought my wife a bunch of clothes from Bellelily for her birthday becasue I heard her mentioning this site. I was pretty worried becasue of some bad reviews, but thankfully every item arrived in good condition and tru to size! My wife love them!
I bought my new dress here, it came so fast and it was the perfect size! The website was very easy to navigate and has many options and styles to choose from. The quality was amazing, I was very happy with my purchase and you definitely get what you paid for. I really felt like a princess and received so many compliments and questions about my dress. I highly recommend them who plan to shop here.
Well what can I say. This is my first and last time I will be ordering anything from this company. The quality of their product is pathetic, their customer service is unbelievably pathetic, you can not reach them in any way, as if they really don't care about your order other than to get you to order from them.
