This company is the WORST! They are SCAMMERS! I do a lot of ordering online and cannot believe the lack of customer service. I followed their size chart and ordered 9 items of which 3 of them did not even come close to fitting. When I contacted them, they asked me for pictures of the items. I sent those and then they wanted pictures of the items on me. When I explained that 2 won't even go on, they asked for pictures anyway. So I'm standing there with my arms above my head with the 2 items on my arms as far as they would go. I ordered in November. It is now March and they still only want to give me $17 back for $50 worth of product. And, they haven't done it yet. I think if I followed their site's directions for ordering then it is a problem with either their website or manufacturing. I should get reimbursed in full for not only 4 months of my time with the back and forth with them and their faulty information/manufacturing. This company is a company of false advertising thieves!
I told them about the button part not having a hole and they say that is normal for pants not to come with a button hole. They told me to use scissors and cut it open? $40 pants have always came with the hole to button them...
Like others have reported... I ordered three pairs of socks from them Dec. 3rd... it's now Feb. 26 and nothing. They refuse to refund the order. The pretend they are shipping from the U.S. (I'm in Canada) and obviously that is an out and out lie. They need to be investigated as it is a scam...
Horrible! They took my $ right away, I haven't received an email confirming my order on 1 order and my other 2 orders have been shipping for 2 weeks with no way to track them! I believe I got scammed! I've emailed them and not getting anything done about it.
I ordered over $300 of clothes, shoes & jewelry. The shoes & shorts were awful quality and when I tried to start my return, they demanded to send a picture of every item. Then told me to wait for one more shirt to arrive that they had previously told me was canceled. I am still waiting to hear how to return the items that are awful in quality and looked nothing like the description on the website. Shop AMYWHERE but here!
I love to shop with them, this is one of the great online stores, I find myself shopping with them all the time, because they are so nice and fast with shipments. Packages arrived on time without any damage. Product details are accurate according to the description.
Ordered my shirt they said it would take 15 to 20 then 60 days later they emailed me and said the shirt was not in stock so they told me to pick another one then still had to wait another month and when I got it it was way to small it could have fit a 9 year old dont waste your time
I ordered a swimming suit and it was nothing like the picture and the colors and patterns were totally off. The bottoms were a g string, nothing like pictures. Also they have a no return policy on swimsuits so beware.
I ordered 4 items of clothing from the site and shipping is good. All the items I chose were supposed to ship out within 24 hours. When I tracked my order, I noticed my order was split into 2 and I received my first 2 clothing items with super fast and not expected which I'm happy about. My second 2 items came after these items. Overall I'm satisfied with my order and the items were good. Will be ordering again soon.
I ordered a shirt on 8/10/18 and it is now 10/3/18 and I still have not recieved my shirt. I have contacted them via email and Facebook 4 or 5 times now and they just keep telling me it takes 10-25 business days to ship out but my order status says shipped since 2 days after I placed my order. I have asked for my money back multiple times. This is bull$#*! and a joke! Please dont waste your time or money on this pathetic company.

I ordered a jumpsuit and went exactly by their size charts. It came in way too small and short. They refused to send me the correct size and the shipping to return was more than I paid for the jumpsuit. They also refused to pay for the shipping to return it. They offered a 20% return and a 10% discount off the size I needed. So now I'm sitting here with a jumpsuit that's too small and they're only giving me 20% of my money back (so they say). Don't buy from this company!
I ordered £120 worth of stuff, then read all these bad reviews and panicked thinking it's a scam and fake company, I was that concerned I was messaging them pretty much everyday questioning everything... I can honestly say I should of ignored these bad reviews and NEVER DOUBTED this company, customer service spot on constantly replying, products all delivered ok 1 day late but came a long way... all tank tops, bikinis and my shoes, in excellent condition and the shoes were better than expected! Only regret I have, is ever doubted this company! Do order them them, you will not regret it!

I order clothes from here and have never had a problem! My parcel always arrives in the stated time and is all neatly packed! Customer service is great and it is not a rip off, clothes are cheap and good quality.
I ordered a plum romper that was advertised all over Facebook. It took about 3 weeks to get it. I am 5'1" 120lbs and ordered a medium. The top part fits okay but the bottom part fits like basketball shorts. Super baggy and goes down to my knees. I left this same comment on their Facebook and they deleted it and I can no longer comment on anything on their page. Do NOT order from them!

I ordered a few dresses and they fit terrible and they refused to give a full refund. They email back and forth and they offer 10% refund then 15%. It's such a hassle. I'd recommend SHEIN easy to return with no hassle
This might be the WORST site and customer service I have EVER had in my entire life. I ordered SOCKS, just SOCKs, at the beginning of December. Guess what. Still have yet to receive them.
When you write them, don't expect a response for two weeks. They confirmed they would send another two weeks ago and notify me once sent... Still have yet to receive tracking.

So far I liked everything I got... shipping was fast for 1/2 around the world to Chicago. The quality was alright but for the prices what do u expect... Everything I received looked just like the pics... Def will order again. I'm a chucky chi town girl and the large fit fine.
Disgusting customer service my item was too big and they have told me that I cannot get a refund nor exchange it because it is too hard for them to ship it back how is that my problem? Then they offer me 15% discount and I have to keep the oversized item and give it away. I have never had the most disgusting experience in my life I would never shop here again
