I'm sorry that I used two words. I am kind of addicted to these rings in candles-type companies, even though I've not been happy with the scents and only received 3/10 decent rings. HOWEVER, I saw a company called Bella Candles that had low prices ($9.99 vs at least $24.99). THANK GOODNESS, I read the reviews (and I also know a person who had the misfortune of buying from this company). PLEASE ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! The people who bought from this company had problems ranging from never getting their candles, to getting broken glass candles, to having this company enroll them in auto-shipping by taking out $49.99 every 1-2 months from their credit cards! The BBB gives Bella an F on it's site. I'm actually surprised that Bella doesn't get rid of all the awful reviews-they probably can't. I WAS going to buy from Bella, but I've learned from bad mistakes in the past to read the reviews, to check Sitejabber and other websites, and to check the BBB ratings.
I have never written a review for any company before but ordering Bella Candles has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. What a complete waste of money! I ordered 4 candles, 2 large and 2 small. I anxiously awaited their arrival and when they did 3 of them were in pieces with glass everywhere. I notified the company and I will admit the customer service was good but these candles are terrible. They smell fine in the jar but when burning you don't smell anything at all. Besides that they don't burn evenly and before you know it it's so uneven it won't burn at all until you cut out the uneven wax. The wicks are so poorly placed that after burning a couple of hours the flame goes out and again, you have to dig around to try to find it and hopefully you can get it to burn again. As for the jewelery. It's a joke. A gimmick to get you to buy the candles. I've ordered many candles in my day. These by far are the worst. If you want a good candle that smells amazing go with Yankee Candle or Bath and Body works. They're the same price and the quality is so much better there's no comparison!
I received an email for a Buy 1 Get 1 Free, which was awesome. Thanks eyes shipped fast and my whole family loved the smell and the two daughters loved getting a new ring!
Got ring from candle and put in code to see value and it said it couldn't be found. So how do I find out?
Believe me, if I could give a zero review, I would. My wife ordered their "free" promotional candle from the website and only paid shipping back on the 2nd of this month. Still have not received anything from them, and now they've charged her $49.99 and $2.99 twice in one week for their "candle of the month club." She did not sign up for this, and never received any information about it.
She contacted the company, got a call back, and was basically told that she would not receive a refund because her candles had shipped. When she asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, or owner, they were all conveniently out of town on business... riiiight.
We've spoken with her bank to reverse these charges, have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and we're currently seeking legal council to file a lawsuit.
So, if you decide to order from this company, be sure to keep an eye on your account.
P.S. - Dont say anything bad about them regarding these matters on their Facebook page, because they'll delete it and block you from commenting there.
What a joke. Ordered 3 different candles. Got the same chessy Dollar store looking earring in each candle. And the candles DONOT burn even. Will not order from them again.
Got the wrong scented candle and it came earrings not a ring, when I contacted customer service I was informed that the scent I ordered was out of stock, so instead of contacting me, they had both my phone number and email, they sent me a scent of their choosing, another representative of the company contacted me telling I was incorrect and what they sent me is what I order, that makes me even angrier that she is trying to lie rather then fix the problem.
Yes Bella candles does too have a subscription service that people were signed up for when they got the 'free candle just pay $4.99 shipping ' deal and NO people ARE NOT confusing them with the MIA BELLA CANDLES company! So people stop trying to say that people are wrong in what they are saying, Cuz it's you that are wrong for thinking they are getting them confused just because Mia Bella Candles also does a subscription service. And for people that ARE interested in BELLA CANDLES they do have a regular candle purchase thing, I believe the only reason people got signed up for the subscription service was due to it being part of the 'get a free candle just pay shipping' deal as it WAS stated in the writing under the order info and if people didn't read it that is their fault, just saying!
I ordered 10 candles for myself and 6 as a gift for my sick sister. We received a boxes of glass shards instead of our orders of usable candles. Niether boxes contained even one piece of packing materials. After contacting the Agent, Sheva, by email numerous times, a box of 7 and a box of 8 candles were sent to the adrress for my sister and none to my address! Once again I emailed Sheva and I was told to call my sick sister & have her mail me 9 of the ones she had recieved and for us to figure out what scent the10th (missing one) I was suppose to get! I then verbally contacted their office on 2 separate occasions and have been promised replacements for my 10 candles for me and STILL HAVE NOT gotten any email confirmation they will be sent! I will no longer order from them.
The three candles I got are for my daughters. They will be given as gifts. I have been satisfied with the process. Would like to get more, but if I could get the next one for 50% I would be happy.
I have purchased 4 candles and 3 of them came broken and the 4th came with earrings instead. I had to give them away because I can't wear earrings! Very disappointed and will never order again!
A lot of people are on here complaining about Mia Bella candles but this is review page for Bellacandles which are two different companies altogether Mia Bella candles charged a monthly membership Bella candles do not there is one price for each product there is not a reoccurring price and Bellacandles is getting a bad rep because of it I hope this helps some people out

I'm glad that I am buying these candles. They make my whole house smell good. I will tell you this that you do need to buy some. Rings are vey nice. The candles make good gifts.
I'm a benifit of the doubt buyer. I've ordered three times from them. First candle I ordered. It was over a week before I finally sent an email/called what number I could find, asking where's my order. Almost 2 weeks before I got it. It was the light pink $19.99 one, it smelled really good and the smell would linger after put out. The ring was cute, bigger size. But my finger turned green after a few hours.
I later ordered the "Tarts" I know I read the details of what they were, but I was under the empress ion they were like wax samples of their snells. When I smelled them they barley had a smell, a few did I will say. I then went to use them in my burner, and I hardly got a smell and they have to be cut out of the plastic containers.
Most recent purchase. I got a $15 dollar off coupon, kinda wanted a new candle and to shoot for a better ring. So I bought the orangeish yellow $19.99, again took two weeks to get here. I had to deal with customer service a few times. The candle smells okay, nothing strong. Finally got the ring out last night, it was cute. It was late so I wore it all night to see, and sure enough my finger was green. I'm assuming your most likely gonna get cheap costume jewelry when you oder these. Maybe if I ordered a more expensive candle Ill have a better chance, but probably won't be ordering again.
Got an email from them about receiving a free candle and pendant; all I had to do was pay $5.99 for shipping. I was so excited! My girlfriend has wanted these type of candles for almost 2 years now and where money is tight right now I finally had a chance to get her one. I put in all my information got a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank account. I thought everything was going good but boy was I wrong. Instead of just paying 5.99 like they said you also pay for a $45 subscription to get a candle every month. I went to their website and asked them to cancle my subscription because I can not afford that with my job sistuation right now. I made sure that the free candle was still coming since I had already paid $5.99 to have it shipped. Turns out NO it will not be getting shipped to me because I cancled the subscription! Nothing but lies saying you get a free candle! Now my girlfriend is devastated and I feel awful for it. Will not ever do business with these people again and I will not recommended to any friends or family members.
I ordered a promotional candle in June, and immediately emailed to cancel any subscription. Fast forward 5 months, and I got charged for a membership and was sent candles. I emailed telling then there was a mistake and that I'd like to be refunded immediately. 'Sheva' said that because I emailed 'Emily', who is evidently not a real person and is automated, and I didn't email support directly, that its my fault and there is nothing they will do. I sent her my original email that said I wanted to cancel, but it was still my fault. She said I could send the package back, but they wouldn't refund the full amount because of a restocking fee. I've asked Sheva MULTIPLE times to talk to a supervisor or manager, but she continues to refuse my request. I am DISGUSTED with this company. They need to go out of business. They make money by ripping people off. The candles are not worth the money! And the rings inside are a joke. Im so mad at how disrespectful this company has been. I'm opening a case with my bank to get my money back. This is ridiculous.

That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
