Wish I could give this company a negative star review. First they offered a pre oreder sale and told everyone it would be a while to ship. Took them nearly 2 months to get the candles too me! This isnt including everyone else who ordered candles. Upon recieving my candles (after waiting 2 months nearly) I only recieved 3 of the 4-----One of which is broke and of course it is the only big candle I bought. The box was medium sized and just had the candle boxes thrown into it----No packing materials what so ever! So I left a comment on their facebook, messaged them and emailed the company. Of course they deleted it! I will never shop this site and plan on letting everyone know how shady they are! I am not the only one who has had issues with this company-they just ignore everyone and have no customer service and delete instead of fixing things. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site and these folks!
Shipping time was excellent. I was disappointed in the candle though. It was much smaller than I thought it would be and had very little scent. The ring is pretty and fits perfectly. I wouldn't buy from them again though.
I received a broken melted scentless candle. I managef to dig through the debris to find the ring and its not sterling silver and its a size 4. Who wears a size 4 ring? Yes thats in U.S. sizes. I have contacted customer service several times and have been told I will get a refund but haven't received one.
When you sign up for the I initial free candle you agree to the monthly fee (in the fine print, read it). But after you recieve your candle, cancel the subscription and you are still able order whenever you want. You cannot pick your ring size on the candles that are cheaper but you can the others. Wish people would read the fine print of things instead of complaining. These candles smell amazing!
I have sooooooooo many candles. My house is full of them and I must say these are in my top 5 candle favorites! I read a bunch of reviews before purchasing these Bella Candles and they were horrible reviews but I have not found anything wrong with mine! I purchased Tequila Sunrise and Virgin Mojito. They are both very frargrant and smell amazing. I don't know why people are saying they have no smell or they all them the same because mine are totally different. Anyways, I give them a thumbs up!
Never been so disappointed! All there jewerly is NOT 925! Received a Barcelona candle. The scent was pleasant but smaller than expected and the wick wasn't in the middle like it should be... I thought well maybe the ring will make my $25 candle worth it. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The ring was too big and is clearly not only boring and small but it wasn't even silver! The ring didn't even have a code for value. I sent customer arrive a picture and they said it was worth $10(not even sure that is possible because it's not silver) and of course the description of the candle said my ring should be a classic ring worth $15-$5000... which even if it was worth $10 it is still less then the candle description stated. Customer service is a joke!
I love all the candals you have. Each one I have enjoyed the smell and the fun of having a ring or earrings is a kind of fun I had as a kid with opening cracker jacks for the great product and the added surprise inside. Thank you for all the excitement you provide with each purchase.
Saw them on Facebook. Free candle for $4.99 shipping? Put you in an automatic monthly shipping club for $49.99 plus shipping, that you can't get out of. You can't get ahold of them by email, or phone to get them to stop, and they keep charging your charge card over and over and over! I've sent back the candles, and it just doesn't matter. I've called my charge card company, and reported them as fraud! It's just horrible!
I couldnt read my code for my ring and i did the live chat, it was my first time having to use live chat. It was so easy, I didnt have to deal with a bunch of emails, which was nice, it was very easy and Jay was very helpful... I love these candles so much, i want them all, it is so much fun waiting to get ur prize and the candles ALL smell really good, I want another one now! I will be getting these for a long time. I love them and ive gave them for gifts and they loved them, everyone loves these candles... THANK YOU
I unfortunately received a damaged candle in the mail. I imediately went to the website to look for help and at the bettom of the page a chat box came up. It was Jay. He instantly replied to my concerns. Told me what to take ppictures of and right then and there began processing a replacement candle! :) he managed to make me feel like continuing their monthly candle club!
I had ordered the Lemon Verbana candle, well I got it, it smelled so nice but our postal service had thrown the box around & the candle was broke so broke that I couldn't burn it. I let Bella candles Company know & sent them pictures of the broken candle. They informed me that they would send me another but were out of the Lemon Verbana so I had asked them to to send me 1 & surprise me, well they surprised me. They sent me a Wildflower candle in place of the Lemon & it is fantastic! Am very please with way they handled the whole process. Will order many more with them. Thank you Bella for your so easy return.
I cancelled a recurring shipment that I had signed up for and since I cancelled too late, I was charged for one more monthly shipment of 2 candles. I contacted customer service to see if I could be refunded. I was advised that the shipment went out and that I would not be able to get a refund. Normally that would be fine, but about a week later I contacted customer service again to see when my shipment was sent, as I hadn't received a shipping email. I was advised that it wasn't sent. At that point I asked for a refund, they said they would process it within 3-10 business days. 10 business days later there is still no pending refund. I contact them again and they state that a refund was already issued. When I informed them that I had not received it, that advised that they would look into it. A week later I contact them again because no one had messaged back. At this point I still have no refund, and the original card is now expired, and a new one has been activated, so no refund will be able to be processed. I explain the situation and ask (since I still haven't received a refund) if I can just have my original shipment so that we can resolve this issue. Customer service states that they have to verify that the refund was not processed. That was in June. I have been trying to contact customer service a few times a month since then and they are not responding. I have still not received a refund or my final shipment. This company is not trustworthy and will take your money!
The candles smelt okay, not the worst smelling, not the best. I ordered two candles. One for my mom one for me. I got one tropical and one sunset. We unboxed them and I was disappointed by the lack of marking on the candle to show us where it was. You could tell on mine since it wasn't all the way covered but we had to guess about where my mom's was. We melted my mom's down first and revealed a lovely looking $25 ring. Then we decided to melt mine down. It only took a couple of hours (and digging the ring out since I'm impatient) to get my ring. I wasn't expecting a super nice expensive ring but what I did get was disappointing to me. The exact same ring as my mom's. I find this very dumb (for lack of a better word) that this would happen. I would be extremely upset if I had ordered two candles for myself and got the exact same ring in both. I will not be returning to Bella Candles if I ever by another one of these type of candles. I'm just glad I ordered them on sale.
I have been waiting for almost two weeks. I want to check where my candle is with my number I was given! But the sight keeps saying wrong email, when its clearly not bc we printed the receipt! These better be the best candle in the world for all the troubles! Its just insane, I have tried to call twice AND just sent an email on there sight to try to figure out what's going on, not ONE phone call back. I believe I even PAID FOR FASTER SHIPMENT bc they were on sale so I said why not. NOW never again unless they reimburse me for the extra I paid. AND I promise I will not order from them again I heard the smell isn't that good now that I bought it. I am telling u if im disappointed after all this. I will never go back and I WANT my money back. I didn't just buy one or to candles. Has anyone else had this issue? They had better get back to me.

This company is a complete ripoff! The costumer service is extremely rude and will only contact you through email. They are out for your money and nothing else. The "free candle" will cost you $50 a month after you sign up for a monthly plan that you had no idea about. They will not refund your money until you eventually receive a candle and you ship it back and at that point they will charge a $15 reshipment fee. They spoke to me as if I am an idiot. I hope this company gets put out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Bella candle don't know how to fix there mistake if they put the wrong candles they should be responsible to correct it but they don't want to pay for the shipping & handling of the candles they knowingly but in my package because they ran out of Paris candle and they did this in two different orders I know I won't be ordering ever again I'm going g to try diamond candle now
Candle arrived poorly packaged and broken. Opted out of the "club", yet charged $50 immediately afterward anyway, even though I emailed, as directed, and called.
Tip: if you're unfortunate enough to buy any discounted "bundle" of candles, make sure to "unsubscribe" IMMEDIATELY after receiving the candles to avoid being automatically charged 50 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH AFTERWARD. This company has proven to be entirely devoid of ethical conduct; they are con-artists preying on consumer ignorance, and even tried to LOG INTO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT (unsuccessfully) after providing my complaint and information to their customer service/support. DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM!
PS: The three rings within the candles that I ended up having to pay close to $100 for were all way too big for female fingers and look cheap.
No code was found when prize was revealed, and numerous broken candles that i burnt anyway. Soooooo embarrassing to give as a gift.
I love these candles. The containers and packaging are beautiful just like the smell. I had a problem with one but they did everything right away to take care of it.

That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
