Love my candle. It smells amazing. Ring was very cute and got great customer service when I encountered a problem. I would recommended this company for your candle needs.
I was ripped off by bella candles. Buyer beware. There's tons of reports of them ripping people off. I bought 2 candles. When I got them, one was totally broken, and glass was everywhere, I cut my fingers real bad when I opened it. After jumping through hoops to get a replacement, they finally said they sent my replacement candle out, via usps. I waited, n waited. Then waited some more. Finally I got on Usps to track the package using the tracking number they provided, and Usps said there is no such package. I tried a couple different places, and contacted both major delivery services. Neither know of this package. Tomorrow is xmas eve, and still no package. So I guess my little sister, who is very sick with cancer mind you, will not be getting her xmas gift from me. So not only did I waste money, but now I have to disappoint a sick child. What a shame. I've tried to fix this issue many times, with no response from the company. Save your money people. If your going to buy one, then do it off eBay or Amazon so at least you will get your money back if (when) there's a problem
They have absolutely no customer service. It's almost like you're constantly talking to a robot or automated service. I was charged with two charges out the blue of 49.99 and 2.99, I never signed up for this and it should not have been charged to my account. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU ALL AGAIN! If you are going to take money from someone's account you need to give them options of said membership and it needs to be straightforward as to what they will be charged. I have absolutely no notification or receipt of anything being taken out of my account, NOT EVEN ON THE ONLINE WEBSITE! I ordered with the impression that I would get a free candle that I had to pay 8.99 for, in which I was fine with AS A ONE TIME THING!
I am telling you to never ever buy from this company as they are CROOKS!

I have a candle burning at all times. It just makes the room smell so good. I know I will continue to order from Bella Candles. The service is great. A Lady named Eva is really sweet and helpful.

We had ordered from your 'free' candle special and paid the $4.99 shipping fee. We got it yesterday, and when I opened it, there was broken glass and wax everywhere. Then, since there was no way I'd be able to burn the candle with the glass broken that much, I had to cut through half the wax with a knife, then try and get the foil out with a spoon. In that process, I'd cut my hand just by trying to hold the candle while digging for some foil. Also, more glass shards started chipping off, and some fell on the floor, then my 5 month old puppy tried eating the glass! My dog could've choked and died because of your broken product! Also, when I finally got the foil out after 15 minutes of hacking away at the candle, there was no code in there because the foil got destroyed by me trying to get it out. So, now I have no idea what this ring is worth. I'm pretty sure I just went through all that hassle just for some worthless costume jewelry. Thank you for re-assuring me to stay as far away from your company as possible.
My candle was to be a ring candle and I got earings! Not only did they take extra money then they send me the wrong thing. Will never buy from this company again. Very disappointed!
Bought a promo candle free, just paying shipping. A few weeks later, another box showed up. I checked my bank and realized I was charged $49.99 + shipping for an order I did not place.
I immediately emailed the company teinh them I didn't want an auto-ship program, and I am returning the box.
I waited and waited for my refund. After numerous emaiis over several weeks, still no REFUND!
I opened a case with the BBB. Their response to the case was they would be mailing me a check today!
Again, I waited and waited. NO CHECK!
I finally emailed "Tradecal" their home company I suppose. That website showed my case "closed". WTF! SO I let them know, it is not resolved.
I again reopened my case with the BBB.
Next I will go to my bank

My husband bought this candle Cherry Paradise for my Birthday and I'll tell you I have bought a lot of candles in my time but BellaCandles have to be the best smelling candles out there, the quality is good, the shipping and packaging is great, customer service could not be better. I will continue buy candles from them and I'll also tell my friends and family Thank you so much BellaCandles.

Do not buy candles from these people they tell you in the ads that every candle comes with a stamped. 925 Sterling silver ring what they don't tell you is that the special edition candles do not come with a code or a Sterling silver ring I bought one and when I got my ring it was not silver and did not come with a code when I contacted them they proceed to tell me that the special candles do not come with a Sterling silver ring or code they told me to take my ring to a jewler to have it appraised when I told them I did and that I found out that this ring was not. 925 Sterling silver then they proceed to tell
Me that the special candles and soaps etc do not have Sterling silver rings this was nothing but a rip off and I have contacted them several times to get a refund and they are giving me the run around they are bull$#*!
I received a broken candle and I got in contact with Bella and they gave me another one for free. They are such nice people to deal with. I'm going to keep buying candles from them.
Back in October I wrote to bella because I did not received my full order, I ordered 3 separate candles and paid for them and only received 2 and they were the same ones... still waiting
I ordered 3 Bella candles online during a special where I got them for 9.99 a piece. I was super excited about finally being able to order some.( my friend told me about them a couple years ago n said they were great. Only took me two years lol). I ordered three different candles. After I ordered them i decided to look up the reviews on this company, because there was really no customer service. I saw all the bad reviews n got worried n wondered if I made a big mistake. Then I finally received my tracking information n spoke to post office to confirm that they were indeed on their way. It only took a couple days n my candles were finally here! I opened the box surprise to find 3 really nice boxes very well packaged and in those 3 boxes were 3 candles not broke not a thing wrong with them. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the candle and boy did they smell great! I started to burn the candles immediately anxious to get to the rings inside. When I finally got to them ( after a little help from me) I got to the rings to find 3 nice, real silver rings. Needless to say I'm 150% satisfied and definitely plan on ordering again.
I placed an order for to ring candles and received one candle that was broken I contacted customer service and actually got someone on the phone who then told me if I sent the pictures of the broken candle they would replace it and send it out with the second handle I had already paid for but did not receive it has been almost two weeks with no reply and no candles I do not recommend this company to anybody if I could I would give them negative stars because I basically threw away money if I would have known ahead of time that it was going to be an issue I would have just stuck with diamond candles they are a much better company and take care of their customers I have never had any issues with them if anybody knows how to contact Bella candles or how to receive your order when an issue like this occurs please email me at *******@aol.Com because I have yet to hear back from this company
I have bought 2 candles and they can in a very timely manner, not broken and with beautiful sterling silver rings! I will be getting these candles as gifts now as well!
This company is the WORST! They shipped my order and was missing a candle, called them and emailed them TWICE, still NO REPLY! And their candles smell like a box of crayons, just wax no sent at all! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS!

Answer: Try facebook. That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
