I just reported this outfit to the BBB in LA/Silicon Valley for false advertising and horrible customer service. I admit, I got had on this company and should have read up on them before I made a purchase. As with all the other reviews on this company, they won't refund my monies, explain the misleading disclaimer on their website and they won't tell me when items will ship. I've attached the thread of correspondence to this review for all to see. Stay away from this company, it's a scam. I recommend all who have been wronged to seek out the BBB in the LA/Silicon Valley area and file a claim.

Please tell me that my items are shipping out today.? The whole intention was to have them arrive before Christmas and I'm starting to believe that they are going to arrive next year or not at all. Once again, when I made the purchase on your website, it stated that if I made the order in the next 60 minutes that the order would ship the following day. When I don't see any movement, on the 11th of December you tell me that your company requires up to 8 business days to process. This is false advertising and misleading to good paying customers. At any rate, if you say BellaCandles requires the 8 business days, I should see something no later than the 18th? Right?

I recently purchased three Bella Candles on three separate orders on 8 December 2015 for Christmas presents and tried to access your website to check on their movement/shipping and my email isn't being recognized (*******@msn.com). Can someone please email me the current status of these orders:

Note: When I made the order online, it stated that the orders would be shipped on the 9th of December. If so, I never received any form of email giving me tracking or status. Your attention in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I would like to give a zero, I have contacted them in reference to my orders that have yet to ship and asked when they would arrive as it states on my order that it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days the candles are not for myself but are Christmas gifts for out of town family members, they could not tell me when they will ship, and when I asked about cancelling the order the representative advised I can not cancel my order, all this from emails as the number provided is a voicemail. I requested a supervisor and of course none are available. This company is very unprofessional and the rep even argued back with me on an email. I read on the website that I could cancel my order for a full refund if the item had not shipped however they are refusing to refund my money... I will never order any products from Bella Candles again and I will tell everyone I can how bad this company is. I am beyond mad.

The problem I have with that response is i went to your website and read that i could cancel my order for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped and after it ships for a refund minus the shipping cost so what is correct i feel like this is poor customer service and i can assure you i will not purchase any items from this company again... if my ordrer has not shipped by friday i will contact someone and escalate the situation up. There is nothing further you can assist me with as you do not know your companys own policies.

I need to know if I should cancel the order at this point I can get candles from Fragrant Jewels in 5 to 7 days with free shipping. They were helpful and responded right away assuring me my order would be here by the 19th your company has not advised me of anything I would appreciate a response with in the next 10 minutes so I can make a choice. I looked at questions on you website and it said you would be able to provide me with information into why the order has not been fulfilled. I need to make a decision... and your company should update the website as it will not arrive in 3-5 days its confusing to customers.
