I've ordered several candles from here and they've all been great! People keep confusing Bellacandles with Mia Bella Candles. Bellacandles does NOT sign you up for a subscription like Mia Bellas, nor does it take months to arrive. All of my candles only took about a week to arrive, and all the jewelry inside was real silver.
I absolutely loved my bella candle. I have given several as gifts with great results. I have both the earrings and the ring. Very satisfied with both. The Mohito was an awesome smelling candle. A very clean smell. Please don't confuse "Bella Candles" with that other one. You will never get signed up for anything with the true bella candle site!
I ordered my candles two weeks ago and still no sign of them. In my account with them it states unfulfilled status. Yet, no answer at the phone # listed on their page. I am reporting them to the BBB and calling my bank and reporting as fraud. Something is fishy!
I received the candle as a present, burned the candle got the ring out but couldn't read the complete code for the spin game. Went to Now Chatting asked what can be done. I wasn't too sure if they were going to do anything but Jessica replied fairly quick. Asked for the last four digits and gave me the missing numbers. Thank you!

I am someone who appreciates good customer service, and Bella Candles have always gone above and beyond in the customer service area. Do not order from this company. Back in October, I order a $1 promotional candle. I recieved it in a few weeks. No biggie. Next thing I knew, my back account had a $49.99 & & $2.99 charge. I called customer support, left a message and some Spanish lady called me back a few days later. She said I subscribed. I argued with this woman for a few minutes and ended the conversation by demanding she send me an email of the terms and conditions and I wanted it circled or highlighted where a cash membership was mentioned. Still no email. That conversation happened the day after Thanksgiving last week. I have since called my bank and filed a fraudulent charge thing. My bank will get money back soon. My card was also canceled and I am waiting on my new one to come in the mail right now. This company needs to go out of business.
I got my candle the other day and it smelled so good. I lit it as soon as i got it out of the box. The silver packet came through today and my daughter could hardly wait to see what was inside. After it burned far enough down to get the package out I got the fork and went fishing. I retrieved the ring which was so pretty had to put it on. I got the code and entered it into the computer. The code could not be found so I contacted the help chat and the person was very helpful in telling me what i was looking for. My ring was one of the $10 rings but it dont matter to me the ring is very pretty. I will have to get it sized down if possible but it will be well worth it. Thank you for the help. Love the ring and the sent of my candle.
I was gifted some soap recently and discovered a ring in my rose soap. The soap is excellent and very aromatic. Unfortunately my ring did not have a paper slip with a code on it to determine it's value. Tish responded quickly to my request and answered my question. She was very professional yet friendly and made my experience stress free.
Have been trying to get ahold of customer service for over 2 weeks and nothing. Candles were supposed to be gifts and the boxes were damaged along with they smell like crap. Or I should say I bought 4 different scents and they literally smell the same and it isn't pleasant-I can go to my dollar store and get better smellin candles. They are just a different color. I you want a refund BellaCandles and you can have your candles back! I didn't touch em! T
Ordered a vanilla candle and they sent me a vanilla protein shake. Then it took a week and multiple emails and would only send me the original candle I ordered not even an apology letter or anything. Not worth the headache.
I love the Paris candle but I burn candles everyday. I burned through it in 2 days. For me it just isn't worth it. I burn candles in every room, sometimes 6 at a time! I cancelled my membership but they keep charging me!
I love candles and always look for good scents and burn time. Though the wic burned lopsided I called the company and they offered a new one for free The jewelry is also very pretty. I would recommend this candle as a gift or a special treat for yourself.
I opened my package at work and the aroma just poured out of the box. My staff immediately wanted the candles, They are beautifully packaged and the candles are just as pretty inside. I really love these candles! The scents are marvelous!
I thought it was a bit strange to recieve an email that i was a weekly winner and got $20 certificate. I have never signed up or ordered from this website, I started to sign up and when it asked for my billing, i never submitted. I am very happy I read the reviews before trying to use the certificate. Seeing others being given the same certificate and then getting charged for the candle anyway. This is a knockoff site of the original Diamond Candles.
I emailed them to see if I could get my ring size and they told me no they only send out advrage ring sizes. My ring is HUGE! It has to be a like a 12. It almost fits my big toe. Why would I want a ring that I can't wear? Never buying again.
Stunning jewelry and ahhmazing scents. I love using the wax as a massage oil and as a moisturizer since you can do that cause the wax is 100% organic soy :) candles burn for a good while and make the room smell very pleasant.
I had ordered a lavender candle and they sent me a vanilla one. No emails to let me know they were out so they sent me what they had. My wife is allergic to vanilla. She smelled it and her throat closed up and her hand broke out in hives thank god my wife had an epi pen otherwise my 5 year old would have wached my wife die while I was out on business
I ordered their "free" candle back in January. Well this is August and I got charged $49.99 and $2.99 and was told I was signed up in their candle of the month club. I never agreed to that. Contacted the company and was told they would cancel the subscription I never signed up for and refund my money in 5-7 business days. It's well past that. Many phone calls, emails produced nothing but a screen shot of the refund amount that doesn't tell me anything. You call the company and they never call back, they don't respond to emails. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They have a negative rating with them and 68 complaints. Now I am on the 2nd hour with my credit card company disputing the charge and will be contacting the Attorney General's office about this. I have half a mind to start a class action lawsuit because of all the time I have wasted trying to get my money back. Do not even attempt to buy from them. They are a total scam.
I have to say, I am just amazed at how quick the email response is with this company. I had a few questioned when I first ordered and was a lil skeptical because there was no phone number to call but after seeing how quick they are with email response and how great and patient they were answering all my very many questions, I highly recommend this company! When I got my order, one of my candles came broken. I was upset, and quickly contacted the company. With in no more than 2mins, I got an email response. After sending a few pictures to prove the candle was in fact busted, they said they would send me a new one of whatever candle i choose. I have never had such great costumer service with any other company o have felt with. Bella candles is amazing and there product is great!

That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
