Have purchased many candles from here, Love the candles themselves, very long lasting aroma but the rings aren't real silver anymore and when you go to the site to enter your code to see if you've won it just keeps saying "site can not be found" very disappointing because that was one of the best parts and now the gift i just gave won't be up to par for what i told her about the candle & ring we gifted her.

Say no to green finger! I've ordered hundreds of candles from multiple companies. This was the best quality to price company. A few of my candles did arrive broken but an email and some photos of the damages and I got replacements very quickly.
I've even taken the ends of multiple candles (I usually get 3 of each scent so it can fill the house) and melted them down and poured them into a new always open candle jar and the scent is still so strong.
For all the ones that can't get a reply from customer service I emailed them a question today and I would say it was less than 30 mins and I got an answer. I don't know how you're going about your problems but I really don't think a company could stay in business if all the bad press was real. Now, if I order a candle and its broke you can bet I will complain but 3 out of 3 so far has been excellent.

After purchasing a lot of Bella Candles I'm done with them. The ring size is always wrong, and the code always comes up "Code Not Found". Too much competition for ring candles to waste my money on these anymore. Big waste of time and money. After reading so many reviews that were like mine, I wish I had read more a long time ago.
First off, I absolutely adore Bella Candles. The scents are not only amazing, they make my entire room smell like whichever one I choose to burn! My most recent experience started with a broken in transit candle. I contacted the support team, and within a matter of 2 hours and a couple of pictures, I had a new candle on the way... and they didn't even ask that I return the broken one! Thank you for all of your help and your courteous customer service representatives!
Have ordered many candles and never had a problem, but now I can't seem to get the code to come up. I contacted the company and was told to send them a picture of the ring. They got back to me with a $10 value. I wonder if this is why the codes won't work because all the the rings are only worth $10. I still have 3 more candles that I was going to give as gifts, but I can't now. Sad
Candle showed up just a few days after ordering, packaged well and smells good! I have yet to get to the actual ring BUT everyone needs to remember you are paying for the candle NOT the ring... it's just a fun added surprise! As for being charged monthly, if you pay attention. When you are ordering say NO I DON'T LIKE saving money/discounts how ever it is worded and you won't get yourself signed up... luckily I read and realized that's what I would be agreeing to if I selected the added deal.
If I could give a 0 I would but unfortunately I cannot! Before I placed my order I contacted and did tons of research and was told that they were the best not only did my candles come in damaged but the rings are junk! To top it off they are rude! And I still only got part of my order! They refuse to give me my money back for the part I didn't get! Worst company ever don't waste your money. One of the candles smells horrible the other barely smells!

Bella candles are great candles the scents are long lasting and smell awesome. Their customer service is also great they reply to emails with 24 hours or 1 business day. I have also loved all the rings that I have received in my candles the only thing that I would like better is if you could pick the size ring you receive because I have large fingers but otherwise they are my favorite jewelry candle company
I cancelled a recurring shipment that I had signed up for and since I cancelled too late, I was charged for one more monthly shipment of 2 candles. I contacted customer service to see if I could be refunded. I was advised that the shipment went out and that I would not be able to get a refund. Normally that would be fine, but about a week later I contacted customer service again to see when my shipment was sent, as I hadn't received a shipping email. I was advised that it wasn't sent. At that point I asked for a refund, they said they would process it within 3-10 business days. 10 business days later there is still no pending refund. I contact them again and they state that a refund was already issued. When I informed them that I had not received it, that advised that they would look into it. A week later I contact them again because no one had messaged back. At this point I still have no refund, and the original card is now expired, and a new one has been activated, so no refund will be able to be processed. I explain the situation and ask (since I still haven't received a refund) if I can just have my original shipment so that we can resolve this issue. Customer service states that they have to verify that the refund was not processed. That was in June. I have been trying to contact customer service a few times a month since then and they are not responding. I have still not received a refund or my final shipment. This company is not trustworthy and will take your money!

I love these candles. The containers and packaging are beautiful just like the smell. I had a problem with one but they did everything right away to take care of it.
In May, 2016, I cancelled my subscription to automatic shipments via online chat with a customer service representative. Unfortunately, she didn't send a confirmation email and I neglected to ask for one. On October 21,2016, I received an automatic shipment and was charged $49.99. When I contacted the company, Jeanette told me my subscription was still active. I was told my only recourse was to "shoulder the cost" of return postage and a $15 restocking fee. Highway robbery!

My girlfriend ordered a candle and was unknowingly signed up into monthly subscription. They take $49.99 monthly and $2.99 at compete random intervals. She has tried multiple times to cancel but on the one occasion out of literally hundreds of phone calls that someone actually answered, she was told they could not find her account. They have no problems taking money from our bank account however. This is beyond ridiculous. We are on the process of taking legal measures to have these random charges stopped.
When you sign up for the I initial free candle you agree to the monthly fee (in the fine print, read it). But after you recieve your candle, cancel the subscription and you are still able order whenever you want. You cannot pick your ring size on the candles that are cheaper but you can the others. Wish people would read the fine print of things instead of complaining. These candles smell amazing!
I am awaiting the return of Bella candles with their NEW SCENTS. I absolutely LOVE these candles. They smell AMAZING and burn what seems like FOREVER! And... You get a piece of jewelry! Cant beat that!
Horrible company to do business with! Products are not up to the standards represented. My order came and the entire bottom of the jar was shattered! Tiny pieces of glass went everywhere when I opened the box. Additionally, they refused to refund my money on the next shipment after I canceled my club membership even though that shipment was listed as unfulfilled. I will be disputing this with my credit card company! Will not order again!
I thought it was a bit strange to recieve an email that i was a weekly winner and got $20 certificate. I have never signed up or ordered from this website, I started to sign up and when it asked for my billing, i never submitted. I am very happy I read the reviews before trying to use the certificate. Seeing others being given the same certificate and then getting charged for the candle anyway. This is a knockoff site of the original Diamond Candles.
This company will rob you blind! Thankfully I checked my bank account this morning because they took 54.00 out of my checking account for an order that I did not place. When I called in to customer service "Tish" told me it was because I had gotten a "free" candle from them. And when I asked for a supervisor she told me one was not available and then went silent. I kept asking her for a supervisor and she would not respond unless I said "Hello" Don't be robbed by this company!
I ordered candles from fragrant jewels and the fragrance was absolutely wonderful, not to mention the excitement of finding a ring in the candle. How awesome is that... If anyone has any second thoughts from buying, please they are worth the money... You will be completely satisfied...
My husband bought this candle Cherry Paradise for my Birthday and I'll tell you I have bought a lot of candles in my time but BellaCandles have to be the best smelling candles out there, the quality is good, the shipping and packaging is great, customer service could not be better. I thought I was just buying a one day sale to get a candle for 4.99 and just pay shipping. I received the candle. Only paperwork with it was shipping info. Two weeks later I have 49.99 deducted from my account. They don't answer phone calls. Only emails. I have read many reviews saying the same thing. They didn't know it signed you up for a month club. There is no info anywhere on their site or internet about what this club really is. Rip off. I wish I would of read reviews first! Very mad and broke!
Do not sign up for the "free" candle where you only pay shipping! Big SCAM. You can't access you're account to cancel from the "club" no one answers phone, email address come back invalid, negative comment ea deleted off Facebook and mess raged them throgh Facebook too. My ability to message or post to them wa blocked. They will not telling me how to cancel! I've spoke to others and they had same problem and are getting $40 charges for monthly candles
I was gifted some soap recently and discovered a ring in my rose soap. The soap is excellent and very aromatic. Unfortunately my ring did not have a paper slip with a code on it to determine it's value. Tish responded quickly to my request and answered my question. She was very professional yet friendly and made my experience stress free.
Saw them on Facebook. Free candle for $4.99 shipping? Put you in an automatic monthly shipping club for $49.99 plus shipping, that you can't get out of. You can't get ahold of them by email, or phone to get them to stop, and they keep charging your charge card over and over and over! I've sent back the candles, and it just doesn't matter. I've called my charge card company, and reported them as fraud! It's just horrible!
