I was very pleased with my mattress and had a very pleasant customer service experience with this company! The mattress is of great quality, very comfortable, the mattresses are for unbeatable prices and delivery was very quick! All in all, great value for money, and I would definitely buy more mattresses from this company in future!
This company threw my mattress over the fence as I was away for a week... it was then Rained on for 6 days ( the 2nd week of August) It then supplied the incorrect shipping details to Paypal.
*****This has now been sorted out. A replacement mattress was delivered and the wet one collected ****
Worst online purchase I ever experienced
Delivery:
I received my matteress after a bit more than 2 weeks after the purchase when it was explicitly mentioned "Next Day Delivery"...
I had to call 7 times to know where was my mattress.
Customer service:
The average time to have someone on the line is between 15 to 30 min on the phone.
Quality:
Really bad quality matteress. Forget the continuous "discount", "foam" bla bla
I highly regret my purshase and I really hope any new customer that will read this will never buy a matteress on this website
I ordered this set from wowcher - it was my first purchase from this site as I was worried it would be complicated but it was very easy to do - beds.co.uk frequently emailed me to let me know where my purchase was - which was very reassuring- a 2 person job to put it together - we are very pleased with our purchase
I ordered my Mattress in June this year! (2020) now it is September 10th 2020. Still no mattress. 7 deliver dates missed. So NOT happy. Have now asked for a full refund. Which includes Extra postage as we were JUST outside the delivery area. Watch this space to see if we get our full refund! (added note: On 20th September I did get a full refund with in the time they said I would get it) But I will not use them again.
We wanted / orders a 6ft king size Cloud Premium Memory Foam Mattress..Never arrive, awaiting refund.
We bought a king sized divan bed from this company in September 2018. I knew from the price that the bed wouldn't be top quality, after all you get what you pay for! However I didn't expect the base to collapse into the drawer within 3 months of purchasing it! The quality of the bed base was very poor indeed. We have since purchased one of better quality from another company as I didn't want a replacement of the same quality, but I emailed Beds.co.uk advising them of the problem so that they have the right of reply before I write this review, but they did not have the decency to respond to me. Would definitely stay clear of this company in future!
Needed a new bed for our guest room and decided to purchase one from Beds.Co.UK. Easy to order and was able to arrange a day for delivery of my choice. When the bed was delivered I could not believe the quality of the product for the price I paid - excellent and easy to put together. Also purchased a mattress as well, again excellent quality for the price. Have now recommended Beds.Co.UK to my sister who needs a new mattress.
Sent wrong mattress.refused to refund after 30 plus phonecalls and emails. Lies and more lies from them. Trustpilot and my bank are now investigating them.disgrace of a company!
I purchased a bed for the spare room, a day bed with mattress plus trundle. I received a message to choose a date of choice as advertised. The bed arrived promptly and the driver was kind enough to bring the goods upstairs. I was missing a screw so i emailed the support team and received my screws within 2 days. The bed was easy to set up and the mattress is idea for the spare room and no complaints for the amount i paid. Great price, Great service and quick delivery. Thanks beds.co.uk
We are so pleased with this bed, the finish of it is really good. The memory form mattress that we bought with it is brilliant, really comfortable. Next day delivery of the bed was amazing, we were kept informed throughout.

This bed was excellent value for money. The bed was delivered within a few days of ordering, which was a great help. I called the office to arrange delivery and the staff were very friendly. The bed has a very strong frame and very comfortable mattress and is great to sleep on. Highly recommended.
Ordered a double for myself flex leather with a memery foam mattress great arrived on time easy to esembule, then ordered two singles for my boys same as the double kids are loving them. The beds do look more expensive than the prices I paid.
Having ordered a bed frame and mattress at the end of march I was given a delivery date of 3/4/18, just the bed frame turned up and a driver who struggled with the English language told me it would be a separate delivery.
I was emailed to say my mattress would be here on the 5/4/18 an hour before the end of the delivery slot I was emailed to say my delivery was cancelled, after speaking with a very stroppy and rude young lady I was told my delivery would be on the 9/4/18, waited in all day and no delivery, after speaking to someone else I was told they would speak to the driver and get back to me, no contact surprise surprise. Phoned the next morning and told I would have to wait until the driver paperwork was processed and they would call back, please don't hold your breath whilst waiting for these cowboys to solve your problem or to even deliver something you have paid for
Ordered sleigh bed with memory foam mattress on Thursday 9pm - arrived Monday 10am (bank holiday- so 3 days for delivery)... bed was excellent quality, all parts present and mattress excellent too. Excellent price and product... would definitely use this company again.
I ordered my mattress direct with the he company and called to arrange delivery. Was delivered on time and driver called to say he was 10 minutes away. Mattress now on bed and a great nights sleep. Thanks guys.
I bought a Chelsea small double bed with mattress and head board delivery slots were fine and delivery was good delivered 01/07/17 Manchester nice and pleasant delivery driver the problem is the workmanship of the bed the frame feels so flimsy and the board over the top wouldn't take much weight for it to go through you only realise once you have set it up then it's finding the holes for the headboard also haven't got a clue how you secure the two halfs of the divan together as there is no instructions but to top it off the mattress hangs over the bottom of the bed frame we have tried to higher the headboard but we car'nt get it higher than the mattress to be pushed back to be honest car'nt see this bed lasting long really regret not reading the reviews

I have had my bed for 4 months and it has broken 3 times, one side panel has broken twice and the other has now broken. All they have done is to re-send a side panel which seems to be all they are offering to do.
