I have purchase a lot of items of Bear Creek never had an issue with customer service, great previous experience. Recently WOW, they do not answer the phone, do not reply to email inquiries, do not reply to internal website emails within the site. Just horrible service, if you forgot to add your 1st responder or Mil/ Veteran discount the response has been about too bad the order is already placed cant help you. Only way for them to make a change to cancel an order is literally to get your credit card or bank to push back on the purchase. Very disappointing been buying from them for years with no problems. I'd say they went from A rating F-.
I ordered a complete AR15 upper in 7.63x39 over the July 4th holiday. I received it on July 8. It was packaged really well and had no damage. I attached this to an Anderson complete lower receiver and broke in the gun as per instructions on their website. I have put about 300 rounds of Tula and Barnaul ammo through the rifle using ASC mags. I have had no failure to feed, no misfires and no failure to extract. After breaking in the barrel, I zeroed a 4-10x40 scope at 25 yards. At 100 yards I still have 1 MOA. This is a great, accurate and reliable firearm. I liked it so much, I ordered another upper in 223 Wylde - side charging. It performs as well as the first upper, with no malfunctions. A+++

I have 2 side charging uppers, a right side and a lefty, and they are both a joy to shoot! I have had others in the past, one was a 7.5 & that thing cycled so well that I put an adjustable gas block on it to shoot suppressed but someone gave me too much money for it at the range one day. I'm about to toss a 450 BM barrel on my right, just to have a thumper. I've ordered BCGs from them & got exactly what I needed, quickly. Recently I had to swap an old 1st gen lefty bcg from BCA into a brand new precision build because the nickel boron bcg I had gotten from another popular lefty provider, and the BCA bcg runs like a dream, I'm currently waiting on the replacement for the other lefty to arrive, so I can see if it will run too...

Ordered 3 days ago and never got the confirmation number or tracking number I was suppose to receive within 48 hours. Kinda weird, emailed BCA and never got a response.

We do not work on weekends and right now, due to limited staffing are responding to emails in 3 business days on average. My order was cancelled and the charge refunded. No explanation or email as to what the issue was. I called and left a message with customer service, but I've heard nothing. I've come to two conclusions - maybe it's a good thing, and they seem to respond to bad reviews... regardless, I sure would like to know what the issue was.

The only time we cancel orders is when we do not hear from the customer for FFL items or if the item ordered was oversold, in this case we offer a sub, the customer has 2 weeks to respond accepting the sub and if we do not hear from them we automatically issue a refund so we are not holding on to people's money when we do not have the product to ship out! Bought a 7 inch and 10.5 inch uppers. Work flawless dialed in at 50 yards with Leopold red dot. Very consistent groups on both. A++++

I purchases a seven inch pistol upper and im having nothing but problems. It won't eject the empty cases. Im not a gun smith and I can only conclude whats wrong. From what I've researched but when buying a product it should be in good condition. Not malfunctioning out of. The box. I need this weapon in good shape because its used for security work and in case of an incident a malfunction could mean life or death for my self or my clients. Hopefully bear creek will resolve fhis. Now I have to pay for return shipping and who knows how long its gonna take to get it back..

Be aware that if you damage your bear creek upper and try to get a part for it not offered on their web site, your S. O. L.! They won't sell it to you so you can use your upper. Their comment is just wait till its posted for sale on the web site and you can get it. 6 months, 1 year, 5 years!? So you have a worthless upper until then. AWESOME!
Hello Joe! Our lifetime warranty covers all of our products for the entirety of their lifetime. The only things that voids our lifetime warranty include; Cutting, modifying, or misuse of a BCA product, Having another manufacturer/gun smith work on a BCA product, Damage caused by using high velocity or high-pressure ammunition, tracer ammunition, or hand-loaded ammunition, or Normal wear and tear. We cannot offer any replacement parts that are not available on the website as all of our stock is listed. I went online to buy a barrel and it was out of stock and back ordered. Shortly after I got an email saying they were in stock, so I ordered the barrel. I ended up getting the barrel shortly after my ordering it. When I opened the box the barrel was damaged, so I emailed them asking how they wanted to handle it. I never recieved a response. A few weeks later I recieved a new barrel that also had a minor defect so I mailed back the original barrel that I was sent and figured that I would live with the new one. A couple of weeks later I get an email saying they repaired the first barrel and were sending it back to me. So, now I have two barrels. I called customer service and they said to send one of the barrels back, but since the order was over 30 days they would have to get a approval from management for a refund. The barrel was sent back and about 2 weeks later I get an email saying that my refund was denied, but they would give me a in store credit. The problem is there is nothing there that I want or need.
I called today and talked to someone in management (April) who was of no use. I was told that I ordered the barrel twice, which I may have on accident. I understand their 30 day rule under most circumstances, but mine was a unique situation.
I would think twice before buying anything from Bear Creek Arsinal.

Well I'm back with an update, bca sided with FedEx and didn't refund my money, it's really funny they saying that FedEx was in my area that day, yes they could have been in my area but they never came to my house, I was in the garage working with my neighbor all day, I'm laid off so I've been home for the last month, anyway I called FedEx and they said last Thursday that they was going to pay the claim 366 dollars, well on Monday I called bca and they told me that FedEx denied my claim again saying that a truck was in my area, listen to me real good if you buy anything from bca you are taking a gamble, they use FedEx who will hire anyone, people with felonies and theft, if you buy something from bca get a signature when they deliver, but you still might have problems because those FedEx people will sign it themselves, so like I said your taking a gamble with bca and FedEx, I'm out 366 got ripped off and neither company had my back, bca used to use ups which is a good company now they start using people who steal and won't do anything to help you, beware y'all.
Hello Keith, Fedex provides both GPS tracking, video surveillance, and weight of the truck to show that packages have been delivered. Unfortunately, if Fedex denies the claim and provides proof of delivery we cannot process a refund. And when I check the local BBB, they had a very sad rating of 1.82, with over 50
Complaints.
If you are looking for a field rifle, go to a supplier whom cares about their customers

Just received my new BCA upper. As i was unboxing it i noticed a scratch on the mlok rail. Packaging was good no damage so it was shipped out of their warehouse in this condition. After contacting them i received a very prompt response that i could return the whole upper that i have been waiting for and they would repair or replace it at their discretion. First i didn't purchase a blemish or defective item, i paid full price and expect a new rail not repaired. Second it would be much easier to send me a new rail and let me send the defective back rather than me being out my upper even longer. I read the reviews of situations such as this but took a chance on the value. Several reviews caution aginst sending items back due to lost items, delay and items being of stock, so you get something back you didnt order and not in your favor. Assembly failed, quality control failed, shipping quality failed and customer service failed. Pay a little more and better service.
I am sorry for the damaged item, we can definitely send a rail for you to install yourself but most customers do not want to install any pieces. If you'd like to send your damaged rail back for a new rail please just let our customer service team know. Typically in this situation we replace the rail on the upper and return the item asap. Please reach out if you'd like to take advantage of this warranty and I am sorry it arrived to you damaged.

Ordered an upper that was "in stock", after a week I got an email stating it was "out of stock" and to reply asap so we can "discuss what to do about the situation". I did and they offered me other uppers they had in stock. I said no thanks but I can wait a couple weeks if the one I ordered will be back in stock soon otherwise I want a refund. I Never heard back after that... 4 days later I call them to see what the deal is. Turned out there is only one person that deals with out of stock orders and she wasn't there. Nor was there any other manager or supervisor available to talk to. All they could do was take down my call back info, to which they never called me back... I Ended up going thru my credit card company and disputed the charge based on the fact that they never sent the items I paid for and were giving me the run around.
After this I looked at their BBB score and I wish I would have seen it sooner because apparently I'm not the only one who's had a similar experience with BCA.
