I own several uppers from BCA and they all shoot as well if not better than some of the so called big name AR's. If I had it to to all over again, it would be BCA all the way...
BCA has got to be one of the best companies I have felt with. Their products are top notch and affordable for the average guy. You can't find this kind of quality at these prices anywhere else. BCA is the absolute best!
OUTSTANDING! I swore after active duty to never have a fixed sight upper, but this CHF 7.62x39 was too good to pass for$219! Tried a couple different optics along with the carryhandle- which was very accurate BTW! Finally settling on a folding rear sight & sig Romeo 4h- set 50yd zero & with the circle plex retical the holds *******@150&300! Perfect for the 7.62x39!with just the red dot shooting 2" *******@100! And with a primary arms 3x full size magnifier- shooting sub inch *******@100yds! Great work BCA- need one just like in 300blk!BCA keeps getting better! CAPT J
My PISTOL upper is a dream. 100rnds and no malfunction! Cleaned and oiled before shooting and cleaned in break in. This is a go to.
Being that I live in Texas, I haven't had the opportunity to physically visit their Bear Creek Arsenal's store. But, I do review their webpage several times a week. I'm a guy who prefers to actually hold the merchandise before buying it. I will soon visit their store.
Ok so I ordered a right side charge upper and bolt carrier group when I received my order 2 weeks later and opened the package and realized I had received a left side charge upper and a right side charge bolt carrier group I tried calling they were closed. So next day I tried calling no luck first try sent email no response for 2 days received a return ticket that I need to print I don't really want to spend $50.00 for ink in a printer that's never used. This isn't my mistake but now I have to deal with there's. I have spent a few $$$$ with bear creek and there service is terrible in the last few years I will be hard pressed to purchase anything else. Cheaper isn't always cheap
The bull$#*! reviews on this site are just that. I ordered my upper on Sunday it's in my hands on Tuesday. Fit and finish are good. I have yet to go to the range but after a check all appears good inside. Company did me right on my purchase. I will use their services again. HOO RAH
I ordered a rifle Nov 10th. Is now Dec 8th.I have not heard a word on my order. I try calling no one answers. I tried emails, I get no response except a computer generated one. Come Dec 10th, I don't have a refund or my rifle, I will be filing with the BBB, my CC company and I will be seeking an attorney to file a lawsuit against this company. And if possible I'll file a complaint with the ATF, on this companies fraudulent sales. I bet I won't get a call nor a response to any of my complaints. Buyers beware. If they read this my order # is *******225...BCA remember that order # as you'll see it in the future for any review I can write I be letting your customer base know your fraudulent sales activities, and poor business practices
Bought an upper and magazines to go with it. Magazines are cheaply made out of tin that is so thin it move allowing rounds to pop out. Upper was not loading rounds properly and pin short striking not even contacting primer. Tried to contact company with no success. They won't answer their phone and send a generic response back to any emails. In all, absolutely no customer service at all. Returning purchase and never doing business with this company again. I would rather pay more for a company that has customer service.
I made my order nearly a month ago still showing processing. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days now no reply via email or phone guess I'm at their mercy will not order again
Customer service is a misnomer. It should be non-customer service because you absolutely cannot talk to anybody on the phone and if you do have a problem impossible to resolve I don't want a guy by the last name of oriole 15 emails yeah I'm creating a label for your missing parts never happened. No spring or buffer plunger in the gun whatsoever and they won't fix it. Best part is I'm a dealer they don't realize how many of their guns I transfer well no more I will refuse their shipments.
Edit: They report they were able to help as an exception, I am happily surprised. Once the refund comes through I'll delete the following.
Their website's cart system on mobile browsers, at least on Brave, is glitched. I ended up with an order lackimg the Item that what literally just added to my cart, but instead with a part I looked at yesterday. Something about its session-handeling is broken.
Worse yet, they are listed as open today; but after 4 hours of calling every 30 minutes, no answer. No Call back to my 2 voicemails. No reponse to my emails.
Basically if you get charged for something erroneously on their website, you're screwed.
I first bought a 308 complete rifle with side charging, first time using that type. Ran over 100 rounds, cheap tula ammo, never had a failure. Was able to get 1.5 inch groups at 100yds, that's good for me. The magazine, 10 round, that I bought separate did have a problem to cycle if fully loaded. Called customer service and was shipped a new one that worked perfectly. I liked the company and product that I bought both my boys there own, 7.62x39 and 223 wylde. Have only shot the 7.62x39 and worked perfect. I would recommend Bear Creek.

In September 2022 I bought a 300 black out upper, came in 2 days. However the great hands at FedEx damaged the product. All was good, BCA sent a return label so I sent it back to them for replacement. They received my upper on 10-5-22 according to the tracking number. So tell me how I can get a new upper in 2 days from ordering but I can not get a replacement item from them and as of today it is 11-2-22. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. When contacting you kinda get a reply through their web site messaging looks automated, however try and call them. There will be no answer and they sure the heck don't call you back after leaving messages. Bear Creek Arsenal you have failed miserably, your customer service is sub par at best! I'm going to tell everyone I know starting here! I really hope your product is actually good when I one day get to lay hands on it. Bear Creek Arsenal please send me my product! I've paid for it! Read the other reviews people, I didn't believe them because there were so many good ones, man I wish I would have known and taken my money elsewhere!

They don't return calls or emails. No-one answers the phone at their phone number on the website. They tell you something is available take your money then tell you the items isn't available at this time. See the hustle? Now I want my money back no answer... beware not a good choice
I have a few BCA uppers and products and they work without failure or problems of any kind! BCA was the first to offer a side charging upper at a very affordable price and they continue to produce quality products at the best price you'll find anywhere!
We have purchased a couple uppers. Process was easy and delivery before expected. I have to say the side charging feature is fantastic. Have both a gen 1 and 2. Didn't realize gen one could get better. Everything worked great out of the box, well after a quick teardow, clean and lube since I do that for anynew firearm. Never had to chamge a thing though. Thanks for making variety an option for the AR platforms.
It's been 15 days since item ordered. Previously purchased items arrived within 5 days of ordering. They were the "Jimmy johns" of firearms... not anymore... I received an email from customer service stating it takes up to 14 days to ship... lol. What happens on the 15th day, nothing... not even an email initiated by them to tell me that they are running late. Why should I have to contact them to get status? Never more... I wish I could cancel...
