George, if you've ordered from BCA and not received your order nor any helpful communication or responses like myself and others, I encourage you to document your correspondence and help us report BCA to the NC Attorney General's office. If enought of us do this, maybe BCA's management will start to notice that this is beyond just bad customer service. More info here: https://ncdoj.gov/file-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/
