They advertise a Baofeng two way radio for % 56.99 ( with no battery charger) I got the exact same thing off Amazon for $ 23.00! I f you see something you like in their catalog, do an internet search before you send this company any money!
Do not notify customer of proper charge for order. Mis-leading customer regarding shipping by not indicating shipping on order. BUYER BEWARE! Then tell customer order can not be cancelled when it did not process for over 24 hours! Poor business and customer practice of misleading customer. Will update pending refusal/return process. I expect item will "not be received on return" per seller.
Quality products. Surprisingly inexpensive. Shipping and handling even over the holiday season was often free or a simple fixed rate. I have made several orders in recent weeks. Courteous customer service. Family loves gifts from ChKadels.

Used this service for awhile with no issues. One order didn't arrived and after patiently waiting, I canceled the order and the payment. CHKADEL lost their mind. They claimed they sent it, took NO responsibility and they couldn't (or wouldn't) check it because--- I had been too patient. They said I could fix the issue if I paid for the product I never received. So, now I'm locked out. I'm still not paying for air like they want What a strange, strange company.
The product was delivered but customer service promised me a refund on the shipping since you have the promo in a much smaller font it's barely noticeable. I saw it after the order was placed and told it would be refunded after i had to call. Then i was told a second time the same thing after calling again a week later still no shipping refund. Not impressed with your integrity and will let those who buy from you know about your customer service.
The items I ordered were on sale with free shipping and they were delivered quickly and as advertised. I was totally happy with this order, a 3-pack of cigarette lighters and three plastic packs of cigarette lighter wicks with flint. The lighters were made in China but look and work like Zippo's at less than half the price of Zippo's. I use them as fire starter survival tools not for cigarettes. Happy trails.
I've been getting emails from CH Kadels about their sales & promos throughout the holiday season. They've had awsome sales all season long, on things that make great gifts! So, I've placed about 5 orders total just for Christmas. Everything was delivered quickly, service was always great, I did contact customer service regarding 1 order I had a question about, & they were easy to understand, spoke clearly, & in English very well, & were able to fully answer my questions. I'll be doing more shopping from Kadels in the future!
One of the things that I purchased was a round stock belt for my 12 Ga. I saw the same thing at Big 5 and it was twice what I paid for it, and\ with no shipping charge that was icing on the cake. I also purchased double aught buck shot that is hard to find.

Prompt, good prices. The plastic GI imitation spoons are a little small and do not appear very sturdy. The metal GI spoons are not military surplus and are not as sturdy as the mil surplus, plus I believe the description said they came with a carabiner to keep them altogether but the carabiner did not arrive with the spoons. Otherwise, I'm happy.

I had laced an order from CH KADELS, they sent me, 3 items that, I did, order but also, sent me six items that, I Did Not Order. When I called to request the Return package, be picked up on my, front porch, I was told that, I would have to to a UPS or Fedex and ship the Return package myself. I explained that I am disabled, and that all other businesses have returned packages on the front porch, that is the decent way to do business. The CH KADELS customer service lady, pretended that she could not hear me, and hung up. Not only is CH KADELS DISHONEST BY SENDING ME MERCHANDISE THAT I DID NOT ORDER BUT, THEY ADD INSULT TO INJURY BY HAVING ME, GO OUT OF MY WAY TO FIND A PLACE TO SHIP THIS UNWANTED MERCHANDISE BACK TO THEM.
