CH Kadels

I've been getting emails from CH Kadels about their sales & promos throughout the holiday season. They've had awsome sales all season long, on things that make great gifts! So, I've placed about 5 orders total just for Christmas. Everything was delivered quickly, service was always great, I did contact customer service regarding 1 order I had a question about, & they were easy to understand, spoke clearly, & in English very well, & were able to fully answer my questions. I'll be doing more shopping from Kadels in the future!

The items I ordered were on sale with free shipping and they were delivered quickly and as advertised. I was totally happy with this order, a 3-pack of cigarette lighters and three plastic packs of cigarette lighter wicks with flint. The lighters were made in China but look and work like Zippo's at less than half the price of Zippo's. I use them as fire starter survival tools not for cigarettes. Happy trails.

Quality products. Surprisingly inexpensive. Shipping and handling even over the holiday season was often free or a simple fixed rate. I have made several orders in recent weeks. Courteous customer service. Family loves gifts from ChKadels.

Do not notify customer of proper charge for order. Mis-leading customer regarding shipping by not indicating shipping on order. BUYER BEWARE! Then tell customer order can not be cancelled when it did not process for over 24 hours! Poor business and customer practice of misleading customer. Will update pending refusal/return process. I expect item will "not be received on return" per seller.

I ordered the basic monthly mystery box and loved everything in it. I will continue my monthly subscription and keep buying through this site.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas, he loves everything survival and was very pleased! Very nice option to getting survival stuff in a backpack!

Ok they are imported versions of the originals and they are stainless steel so I like them anyway and with a BOGO purchase awesome deal thanks.

They send the same items over and over and when you order a mystery bag the items inside are not worth the shipping price.

Knife of the month club. The knife was super arse sharp and with a little WD 40, it opens with ease.

Used this service for awhile with no issues. One order didn't arrived and after patiently waiting, I canceled the order and the payment. CHKADEL lost their mind. They claimed they sent it, took NO responsibility and they couldn't (or wouldn't) check it because--- I had been too patient. They said I could fix the issue if I paid for the product I never received. So, now I'm locked out. I'm still not paying for air like they want What a strange, strange company.

I thought some of the items were cheap and didnt really see the value. But there were some cool things. Not all bad. Im sure I will order other items.

A good item for personal protection plus a powerful flashlight. Easy too order and quick mail service. Arrived in perfect condition.

I made an order on 11/29/2021 and I received an email stating it was shipped but didn't receive my item after waiting a week then I called customer service for a refund and was told that it takes 7-14 business days to receive my item and to call back in a week if I didn't receive it so ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I waited a week and nothing, so I call back and they tell me the post office lost it and they have to file a claim another week goes by and nothing so I call back today 12/27/2021 stating I want a refund and I'm told again the post office lost it and they have to file a claim I told them one was already filed they tell me "oh yes I see one was" then I'm told it won't be resolved until the end of the week which is what I was told on 12/9/2021 so they bull$#*!ted me and now I'm $#*! out of luck CH KADELS SUCKS AND THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS you're crazy if you buy anything from them I don't want to give a star but won't let me submit my review unless I do(asswholes) they know they suck
