I ordered a very specific item -a battery for Bosch drill- I was not receiving the delivery (the watchman didn't notify me) and the customer service made sure I got my parcel at no extra cost. For this efficient customer service I am obliged to recognize their service and customer orientation.
I ordered a battery for my robot vacuum cleaner.
Never arrived. Luckily Paypal returned my money. Stay away from this company. They even send fake UPS data to PAyPal to show that they send the battery.
Poor, infact terrible! Bought a drone battery at the advertised price of $144.20. They took $149.43 from my account. They emailed me telling me that they cannot post Lithium batterys due to safety reasons. They took 3 days to refund me. But the refund was only $140.93 ($9 short) I emailed them and they asked for pictures of my bank statement, which I wasn't prepared to send. They have now had to pass it to their financial department as they dont seem able to do simple maths or use a calculator.

I tried to buy a replacement battery for my Dyson v8 vacuum, twice from BatteryUpgrade.com. The company made almost every mistake imaginaneable. They sent two different batteries, neither fit properly. They had our exact specifications, picture of our old battery, etc. They always had different reps responding, no one took responsibility, etc. The only thing they did well, was return the money paid for the wring battery, twice.
I gave them ample opportunities and suggestions how to improve their service but they did not escalate my case nor respond to any if my suggestions.
This company does not even deserve one star, but apparently that is the lowest score I can give.

I had no problems with the company. I ordered a cell phone battery, and on the 4th day i saw this reviews and i was afraid of loose my money, but in the 5th day it arrived withouth problems on a very nice box. I will give 4 stars. At far as i can tell my experience was good. I am from Portugal by the way...
In my case I use the website www.batteryupgrade.ch that looks like a local website (I'm leaving in Switzerland) and on their website it is not specified that the batteries are send from abroad.
The consequence is that we pay importation taxes that increase the price of the battery of 50%.
Warning for this company. I ordered a battery from battery Upgrade four weeks ago from battery Upgrade and although I have complained about ten times there is no battery delivered. I would therefore not recommend any purchase from this company. After mailing them quite a few times and after three weeks conversation they told me it will be delivered from Hong Kong and that I may have to pay custom duties upon delivery, something they don't inform about on their webside. Please dont buy from them. I have still not received this battery which is 4 weeks from they took money from my credit card.
Ordered a battery for my iphone with free tools for 28 euros. 2 weeks later a received a lesser quality battery and no tools. Looked up the battery on their website and is 7 euros cheaper. Emailed them, and asked for them to send out the right order and a return envelope so i could send this one back. They ignored the issue i had and said that they would send out free tools. Couldn't be arsed to go further with it... 2 weeks and still haven't received the tools. Rubbish company.
Despite they say the average delivery time is 4-5 working days, it took 16 working days but this isn't the worst! The unacceptable is that they do not track the delivery in any way so that you will never know if and when the purchase will arrive! It's a pity because the catalogue is big. Another strange thing is that they are base in Holland but the packege come from Germany!
I ordered a battery but they sent me the wrong reference. They replaced it and it was again the wrong reference. Refund was granted but not the postal costs for return which were very high. Not to be recommended! Cost me more than on other sites.

Ordered a battery and expanded back for my HTC Wildfire S, but found the same deal for $10 less 15 minutes later. Tried to cancel, but BatteryUpgrade said, "Too Late". So I was stuck with the deal. Received the merchandise, and the battery fit, but bulged out, and the expanded battery enclosure didn't fit the phone. Wrote BatteryUpgrade, and got an RMA. You can't return batteries overseas. BatteryUpgrade said, "Too bad". Stuck with junk. Worthless company.

If you urgently need a new battery, you should order it elsewhere. I ordered 3 batteries (1 laptop and 2 different smartphone batteries). The first battery arrived after 2 weeks, the second after 3 weeks, and I'm still awaiting the last one (5 weeks after I placed the order). On the other hand, for the two batteries I *have* received, the quality seems to be equivalent to that of the original batteries, and the price is quite sharp.
No acknowledgement of my order of Friday 5th October 2018. No acknowledgement of my email despite monies deducted from my account. This must be the worst treatment of a customer by any company and the product has not arrived to date.
I order a battery for a cleaning robot. After 2 month nothing happened. Different persons from this company tell me in emails to wait, wait, wait. Tracking number from esti post( estonia) did not exist in system 2 month after payment and "shipment"

First I had to wait for more than seven weeks with no announcement at all. After asking they let me wait for another five weeks until I received the battery. I didn't test it immediately since I allready had been let waiting for a quarter year and therefore used other solutions meanwhile. When I eventually did use it (after about 3month since receiving) it didn't recharge. Is ran once but I couldn't recharge it at all. When I reached out to Battery Upgrade to help me solve my problem... they repeatedly denied my claim for warranty (which should be 12 month as to their policy), saying I should have tested it faster... it‘s three month while a warranty of 12 month but they cowardly count on the fact that it‘s not worth filing a lawsuit... they simply know they‘ll always get away with it. So please don‘t support this dubious „company". It‘s a fraud!
On March 8 2016 I sent an order for a replacement battery for my Garmin Nuvi 255W. My account was charged 27.99 Euro. After that there has been total silence, no confirmation, no delivery, no response from either batteryupgrade.se or braunoni.nl.

I made a battery order for my laptop. Nice to find what you need. But! After the payment progress and since they ever let me know WHEN i ll get my battery, i canceled the order! In site form said "succesfull canceled". After 2-3 hours i got an e-mail saying that they show the order, saw it got succesfull canceled and asking me what was the problem and if they could help me somehow. Next morning i got an other email saying that my order got paid and keep on the shipping progress...! How they get paid and ship a CANCELED order?

Ordered battery for my Harmon Kardon pocket blue tooth speaker 27/08/20 - 3 months later - still not delivered. Emails largely unanswered despite numerous failed delivery dates. Would never use again stay away and save yourself the grief.
Worst online experience I ever had! They sent me a faulty battery with the plug soldered the WRONG way! Can you imagine?! Total waste of time and money! Stay away from these people!
