I agree with all the other Reviews. This Company is a scam. They operate under diffent names with two different Websites in Zwitserland (and others in Germany, also with a. Com Website generally). You have to pay up-front but no battery arrived. After 3 weeks and only excuses in E-mails exchange, they insinuate it's my problem with Swiss customs! I requested proof of sending the battery but they can't give me proof. The Company should be reported to the Police. DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITES.
I will never recommend this website for anyone. It is not a scam site, only bad service, low quality for product(fake). I ordered a MacBook Pro battery from them, and after a week contacted them to see what's going on, as I haven't received any notification saying when it would be most probable to arrive. They responded that it will take around a month - a month and a half, as it was coming from Hong Kong. From that moment I regreted; because as soon as I opened the package(a month and a half was after all) the battery was deformed on a edge, and clearly a lowsy reproduction of an orginal one(slightly different color, texture - of course not the same quality of aluminium as on the Mac products-). In shorter words, I will definetly not recommend them, and will suggest to find battery somewhere else, even if the price is a bit more spicy.
I have read all the review's and can not say the same off the service I got from this company. Since 28 Jan 2018 I'm struggling to get my Battery and with all 8 emails I received from them it was only to tell my sorry we will send it tomorrow. If you ask for tracking info they cannot give that to. I tried to see if there was any good review's from South Africa but could not find any. It is not honest company i ordered for battery for my mobile lg v10 6500 mah they accept my order and ask me to pay when i finish my order waiting for delevry they sent me that the battery i ordered for it's not more and offer for me anther one 2500mah i refused and go back to web site for them i saw the battery still there and marked with green it means that they have stock

This company is just amazing, delivering really works for free. Plus fast, as the company work in all the world. I ordered already like 4times some products, and never had any issues with them. Plus the company itself really cares about opinions of the customers. Giving you some discounts, asking for your opinions. Really recomanding this webside to all people, who wants fast, free delivering, carring about customers, and who wants great products!
The store does not look safe to me. My worries:

After over 25 days of waiting for the charger (a standard asus laptop) to arrive, it survived for 3 days and after that it got so hot that it melted!
After contacting some other serious company for a replacement of the charger, they tell me that Batteryupgrade is a Chinese based site that sells "CHEAPEST OF CHEAP" with the quality being as bad as possible, They are even stealing website layout from other companies... STAY AWAY
BTW i have tried getting a refund but every time i ask them they avoid it
Reading all the reviews here I agree we have all been scammed. There must be a way to take legal action against this "company". They are not delivering and not refunding!

I orderd a batery on 2th february and the money were drawn from my account but the order didn t arrived yet.
I think they are scammers... don t order from them!
They don t have a phone number on their site and they don t respont to my emails.
On December 4 i ordered the battery and had hoped {had purposely bought for my upcoming holiday} to get by the time the Christmas holidays came around. On January 13th, after several emails of complaints, I'm told that they, {poor little things} had nothing to do with the delay, but it was probably the postal system of the country where I reside, and, get this, I was to conduct a research ON MY OWN down the entire postal system to try to figure out where my batteries were. NO TRACKING NUMBER OR SYSTEM PROVIDED, they expected ME to do their dirty work, and why not they had already pocked my money, so why should they give a hoot as to why and had Not received my batteries after six weeks. Disgusting.

Disgraceful service. Sent me the wrong battery and do not answer my messages.
Company should be avoided at all costs.
It is over a month and the product has not arrived.
They were not helpful in providing solutions and had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

When I agreed to pay back, the day after, the money came to my account.
I waited 55 days to buy a product. But I did not.
Life is short, not worth the worry.
The #BatteryUpgrade company kindly sent me a message.
They said they sent the product twice.
If I wanted to, they said they could refund the money.
I accepted the refund offer.
Because, the product did not come for a long time.
(The product still has not reached me.)
There is no registration number or option to follow...

I have ordered an external battery case for a Samsung S5.
10 Days later I have received an external Battery case for an I-Phone 6 but with the label (etiquette) of a Samsung S5...
I had to write several E-mails to the support until they finally understood the problem. (they asked me what was my original battery number... Hello! We are here talking about an external battery case...)
I had then to send back to the Netherlands the received item, open a RMA and paid 6.2 Euros for the packet. The support told me they would give me the money back for the extra costs.
5 weeks later, still not received my order. I write to the support and they answered I should wait a little bit longer.
6 weeks later, still nothing. I write to the support again, and they told me the packet was lost. I had two possibilities, they could send a second packet (but not in Express mail) or I could have my money back.
I decided to have my money back and noticed to the support they had to pay me as well the 6.2 Euros for the mail cost.
Finally I just received the value of my order, but not the 6.2 Euro.
I complained per mail about it, and till today the had not the courtesy to reply me.
When I took a look on aliexpress, the have the same products but 50% cheaper.
Never again battery upgrade.
