I have had an order in for 2-1/2 months for an ACER Laptop battery. Have had 2 replies about the order being shipped and now reshipped and advised I might receive 2 batteries. Every email is from a different "person" but now believe they are just the same person and completely dishonest. I have asked for a tracking number but am told thats impossible for this type of delivery?? etc etc I just want to know are you honest or just a ripoff merchant?
