I order a battery almost a month ago. It still hasn't arrived. I just want my money back. I don't recommend this site to anyone. It's a scam. They don't even have a phone number. And the strange thing is that they post only positive reviews on their website.
This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with, they will take your money alright, but wont deliver your order, they are a stoneage nightmare. Waiting 7 weeks on battery that will never come. Report them to Netherlands police.
Package never arrived and support virtually nonexistent. Money is not being refunded while receiving bot-like non-contextual answers from an (automated?) support.
Unable to provide for proof of shipment, it is very likely that this company never sent the product at all.
Absolute ripoff, avoid at all cost!
I bought a replacement power supply for my laptop. It has worked 3 months and has now failed (the LED showing that it is plugged goes on for 2 sec and then goes off). This is the first time in my life I see some electronics failing so quickly. I contacted the customer service and they ask my if I have rebooted my computer (like it is going to help!). Basically their motto should be low quality at average price ;)
It has been 6 weeks already and still no battery (order 14/8/2013). After exchanging emails batteryupgrade.com come up with a flimsy explanation that de delay is due to the Italy postal service?. WTF? I'm in Portugal not in Italy.In the meantime I ordered a replacement battery from another site, and it arrived within a week. I want to be refunded for this incredibly bad service. Please stay away from this site.

This site has large selection of all types of batteries. I could not find a replacement battery for my power drill anywhere else but here. It's not potentially the cheapest place and delivery took some 3 weeks, but surely my drill works again!
Ordered a battery for a samsung galaxy 10.1 2014. Battery arrived and fitted ok but would not charge. Took measurements of charge voltage and sent 5-6 emails to them but still cant get past the auto email response thing and speak with a real person. 5weeks have passed and no refund. Dont go there
I have been waiting my laptop battery 43 days now. No possibility to follow the purchase. Sent them email couple times and they assure that it has been sent but no result. My intention is now to claim pay back.

Great website. Easy to locate products and order. The battery arrived quickly (without the excessive postage some overseas suppliers charge) and was compatible with my video camera. It came with instructions, and the charger and plug adaptor. Recommended online trader.
I bought a new battery for my tablet. It's working fine and now I can use it again. The customer service helps me to track the order. At the end the problem was the transport agency. The payment is easy using Paypal and the invoice is correct including local TAXes. Just perfect for me.

I ordered a battery for my mio bycicle gps and after 3 weeks nothing arrived. When you mail them it's always a different person who tells the same things that they send it to you, next time they say now we really send it to you and further on. Then the package is stopped at the border its always the same nonsense. My first bad experience with online buying never again BatteryUpgrade.
Took more than 3 weeks to arrive and even though it was ordered on a swiss website and paid in swiss francs it was delivered from Holland and the customs duty hadn't been paid. So for an 80 franc battery I had to pay another 26 francs customs charges and tax. If you are not in the EU don't bother with these people.
They sent a battery that they listed fit my lawn equipment. Got stuck in my blower and would not come out. This company does not know batteries. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I wish I had read their ratings before purchase. Now I have to buy all new lawn equipment. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a battery for my Lenovo laptop, which should be compatible with my laptop. After receiving it my laptop wouldn't accept, whatever I tried. I mailed them and got a new battery without a problem. Unfortunately this one didn't work either. I asked my money back, and they agreed. I've sent the battery back over a month ago. They declare not to have received it (which is a lie) and won't pay me back until they do. Next week I will press charges if they don't fix this issue. I wouldn't recommend using their service for anything.
I ordered a smartphone battery a month ago. After two weeks I contacted them and they assured me that my battery was shipped one day after ordering. A month later they say that my battery was shipped 3 weeks after ordering.
In any case I want my money back. I paid for a battery with a 7-day delivery. I didn't get it. I don't understand why they think I can not cancel my order.
I highly recommend avoiding this website.
Even if you save some money, you will lose a lot of time contacting them again and again, until the product arrive to you!

Very nice website to buy batteries and adapters. I live in Mauritius and it is very difficult to buy spare batteries and adapters of the latest gadgets. So i need friends to look for them when they go abroad on holidays. Since i know batteryupgrade.com, it is easier for me now. I loved the website, there are lots of battery and adapters available. The delivery is quick and easy (delivered to my house, no need to go through customs)

Ordered a battery for an asus laptop 5 weeks ago... Still hasn't arrived, paid for registered shipping and they use the excuse that the postal service in my region doesn't provide that service. Just another way they scam more money from you!
I emailed MIck V repeatedly about the issue and guese what! He then sends me an email for customer feedback. Go figure that one!
I wouldn't give them any stars at all, but had to give them one to leave this review.
