I don't write reviews, I but I dont like other people to be victimized by these company. I believed in the 1 yr warranty they said. My charger started Not to work 6 months after purchased. Then, After 4 months of being bounced around by their customer service to get a refund, or at least send me a new one that worked, I gave up. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. Yes, they sent me another charger, but what will you do with another DEAD CHARGER? I just incurred shipping fee to send the one i bought from them. I was so much stressed dealing with them. So I just end up buying a new one from Apple to be able to use my MacBook Pro.

The only way to get a refund is from your credit card company. The company strings you along with faulty promises and never complies with your request.

Also, file a complaint with the Texas attorney general.

My charger started to smoke while it was charging my computer. Easily could have started a serious fire. They gave me an address to ship the charger back to so they could issue me a refund, but then they closed down all their sites and I can't get a hold of them at all. They owe me $31.09, plus the shipping I paid to send the faulty charger back. This company is trash, spend the $80 on a legit charger. I want my money back, it's been over a month since I filed this complaint to them!:<

Usually I read some reviews before buying online. Unfortunately I guess I skipped that this time but I wish I hadn't. I was sold a faulty Mac charger and have been trying to get a refund to no avail. They don't deserve one star. Do NOT buy from this company.

Change of name

Note they have now rebranded as Batteryfort.com (. co.uk) and are selling the same products. I believe that they are actually based in China using the Texas address as as a front. Orders are sent to America and then resent on from there to make it look more legit.

Scam be aware

This company is a scam and now they closed their website and started a new.

Do not buy anything. Their products give up fast and you can't get refunds or exchange.
I returned my defect charger and they keep asking the same questions like what was the name it was ordered under etc. They also disconnected their old phone number.
Bad scam because they keep selling from the new website.

Just like everyone else, I agree this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BATTERY HOP. Still working on getting a refund for a faulty charge. I'm coming up on 3 months of trying to work with their TERRIBLE customer service, whether through email or phone.

I bought a charger and returned it via tracking back in April. I have contacted them repeatedly to get a refund. I've dealt with April and Patrick. I'm not letting this go. Doesn't matter how much money it was. It's the point. These people are getting rich by screwing their customers. I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. This crap WILL end.

I ordered a battery charger almost 3 months ago. They debited my account the next day. I still do not have the battery charger. It does not matter what I do - write e-mails, call customer service - their people say they will look into it, and I never hear anything back. I have asked for a refund but they will not give it to me. Please, do yourself a favor, don't order anything from this company. They are a nightmare.

Received a faulty charger. Sent it back for a refund. It's been over a month since they received the charger back and still not refund.
I must've emailed and called a dozen times and still nothing.
I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered with them.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I bought a charger from them, broke in less than a month. Tried to get a warranty for the new charger, they kept asking me for the model of my computer to make sure I had the right charger, which I knew I did (Apple even varied it before hand) but they would not talk about the warranty till I sent them the model # of my computer. The warranty that was supposed to be "completely free" they wanted me to ship it back and than pay $15 to ship a new one back to me and a admin fee. When i asked what the admin fee was for and why I have to pay to ship the old charger back to them & for new charger to be shipped to me, they went completely silent. I cannot get a response from them and I've reached out multiple times to get an answer.
This company is a POS and I would not recommend anyone to buy their products!

Been waiting for over a month for a refund. Nothing, so far. Charger was so hot I thought it would explode. They haven't refunded money so far after many, many email exchanges. I even called some woman in India and she assured me this would be taken care of. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

As a follow up, I received an email that the battery charger I had ordered was being shipped AFTER I had already contacted them and told the rep via email to cancel my order and refund my credit card, they went ahead and shipped the charger anyway! I talked to a "Francis" on the phone today and he has to send me a return shipping label, then when they receive the charger they will refund my credit card. What crock of poop! I'm taking it to the BBB, this company needs to close immediately!

This is the "worse" on line vendor I have purchased from! I ordered a battery and a charger in June and about 10 days later the battery shows up, but no charger. I email the company and a rep sends me the tracking number of the package that contained only the battery which I had already received! Stupid! Then I call and a rep tells me it will ship in 3-4 business days and I will receive a shipment confirmation. A week later and nothing! No email, no charger, nothing! But they still charged me the fill amount! I emailed them today to cancel the order on the charger and to refund my credit card and and they want me to return the charger, problem is, I haven't even received it yet! These people are no very intelligent. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable vendor like B&H or Amazon! Also, any reputable company will NEVER charge your credit card until your order has been shipped!
