I brought a charger for tis company for my mac book pro... the charger was working fine but died out 2 month of me having it. Called customer services to get it replace but the rep told me that i would have to come pay out my pocket to send the charger back. I told the rep what the point of have warranty of i to pay to send it back. She said that since its been over 30 they can send a return shipping lable. The worst customer services i have ever had never will they have my business again. I would never buy from them again. Dont $#*! FROM THIS COMPANY..

Do NOT by from the website BatteryHop! I normally don't post stuff like this but I'm super irritated, so I'm posting my first Facebook rant...

I looked at the BatteryHop website and they had great reviews and awesome prices too. So, I bought a MacBook charger in January from them and paid $8 in shipping (so like $5 extra to have it delivered in 2 days). That upgrade was NOT honored and I got the package a week later. I've been messaging customer service back and forth and 4 months later they made a decision to refuse to refund shipping because their company "doesn't refund shipping." Like what company has that rule?! I'm sooooo annoyed and the charger already doesn't work. To send it back I would have to pay shipping and a $15 charge and then I saw this review site below and some people who returned it never got refunded! And people who posted negative reviews on their site say it got removed. So ridiculous. What an inflated and inaccurate view from customers. Also they asked me to review the site 1 second after placing the order, before I even received my package.

Don't get fooled like we did...

Terrible customer service - ordered black fri and april 2 it broke - started flickering on and off and then stopped charging all together. They said since it's out of the "90 day return period" and say i can get a new one it free of charge yet to send it back i have to pay to ship it to TX and then they will send me a replacement free of charge just pay $15 admin fee and shipping to you! So not worth it to do that because it is in the warranty and still defective. After fighting the company they said the best they could do was offer me a 15% off a re order ($3 and change discount) even when i reminded them that their site is currently offering the same exact discount + free ship over $50. This is bs. I wrote a bad review on site and it vanished so there are no negative posts on there! Will never be ordering from here - headed to apple now

I ordered a MacBook Pro Charger and when we received it it was clearly not new due to the appearance of it with scuffs and markings on it and the top of it was loose so it would not hold a charge. We immediately contacted customer service to return the product. They sent us a return label and we returned the charger on March 1st and were waiting for the "automatic email" they said we should receive to inform us that they received the product back. They never emailed so I followed up today and saw that they did receive the charger back on March 7th (using the tracking number) and when I called their customer service he said they had a "glitch" which is why I never received an email and I should be refunded within 3-5 business days. Similar situation to a review I just read unfortunately. I am not counting on receiving that 30$ back, so the least I can do is not recommend them to anyone else doing research before buying!

I ordered a MacBook Pro charger. These are not original Apple products, they're cheap knock-offs. It produced so much electrical interference the Mac's trackpad wasn't usable. I returned for a refund, they acknowledged receiving it, but never refunded my payment. I've been following up for 3 months now and getting nowhere. Basically, they've stolen $30 from me. Buy an original Apple product, expensive but worth it. This company is a fraud.

Battery charger died after 2.5 months using it 1 day per week. When I contacted the customer service for the company because their web site states "Good News! We offer 1 Year Warranty on all of our products, and 30 days return policy. In short, if our product show any manufacturer's defect, except for normal wear and tear, within 1 year, we will replace your item at no cost." They told me that I would not only need to pay to ship it back, but also to pay an additional $15.

I order 2 Mac chargers from these guys. I didn't know there are multiple connectors for a Mac based on the year of your Mac... so that was my mistake. I would personally think they should be careful about sending out items that are easily confused (i. E. they should confirm before they ship). After a month of battling back and forth with them, I finally got the 2 chargers with the right connector... however NEITHER of them work! I've been battling to get a response from them for a month now and they just today asked me for my order number - WTF. Before they said "we already did a return for you." Then they said, order 2 new ones and we'll give you a 15% discount. Suckiest company on planet earth. DO NOT order from these jokers!

Never buy from here! They sent me broken, refabricated, repackaged, and yes, counterfeit product. This is not an Apple charger. Check with BBB. The first charger didn't work at all. Then they gave me all sorts of crap about it. When they "confirmed" I ordered the right equipment, then sent me an "RMA" to get a replacement. They were not nice about it. The "new" charger was also broken. They informed me they only do one replacement. - so much for a 1 year warranty! Total scam. Don't take a chance! Calling CC company to charge back. You've been warned. Scam.

I ordered a charger for my Mac Pro. I had it for a day and when I went to pull the plug out of the wall it literally fell apart. The prongs just fell out. I got a return label (warning they only give you a few days to use the label) and sent the charger back. After waiting weeks and having to send email asking the status of the return I finally got the replacement. I plugged it in and it didn't work right away. I also noticed when I plugged it in each time it would spark. It started working but after a few minutes the charger got really hot and I was afraid it was going to start a fire so Im afraid to even use it now. I think UL needs to launch an investigation since I don't believe these would have passed their testing.

I ordered a charger from this company. I realized I ordered the wrong charger when I received it. So I immediately sent it back for a refund. Going on over 2 months later with numerous phone calls and endless emails to these people, I still have not had my money returned to my account even though each time of contact they say it will be done. This is a horrible way to do business. I'm warning all who read this: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There are no guarantees on product or getting your money back!

Bought a Macbook charger from them. Everything was fine for a short while - about 2 weeks. Charger went totally dead. Mailed it back per their instructions. Included the order number like they said. Then they asked for the tracking number? I checked that it was delivered to them. Anyway, they mailed me a replacement after I sent them the USPS tracking number. The wrong one. So I emailed them. They said mail it back, at YOUR cost, and we'll send you your replacement. I emailed them back and said NO. You send me a correct replacement according to the warranty. I'm not paying for your mistake. You send me a shipping label and I'll return the incorrect charger. Got an email back that, in part, said "Your request has been forwarded to the upper management for review please give us 24- 48 hours to resolve the issue. We will give you an update as soon as possible." So, it's a real good thing that I bought another charger from somewhere else while all this nonsense is going on. Will I get a correct replacement? We'll see. After reading other reviews I doubt that I ever will.
