Locating products is simple, the check out process is straight forward, and delivered in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider that the cost of my filter cartridges are over $100 each if bought at my local Pool Supply store and buying them online, I got all four for a little more than what one would cost me. Granted you have to wait for them but considering the cost difference it's well worth it.

To Anyone thinking of purchasing ANY item from this business Beware. I ordered a Hayward w3h150fdn natural gas heater via Amazon for the cost of $1999 using my Amazon Prime with FREE SHIPPING
I Received a shipping confirmation from Amazon.via email another email to follow on exect date due to the value of the item a signature will be needed.
Approximately 3 days later I received a cancelation on my order from Backyard &Pool Superstore. The reason was NON PAYMENT for freight. I called Amazon they tried several times to resolve the issue but this so called Business would not budge. Lastly I was told by this business they would re-order the heater BUT the price is now $2199. Amazon asked this 3rd party vendor to honor the original price from 3 days prior Amazon could not resolve this issue due to the fact Backyard &Pool Superstore is a 3rd party vendor.
One would say what kind of business is this.

Ordered something from this company and it said it arrived today at 1048am in my mailbox, but per my video surveillance camera it never arrived. They told me that it was my problem to file a police report but the video shows it was not delivered so it is on USPS the shipper they choose to use. They refuse to refund or send me a replacement. There customer service associate was not interested in helping me at all.

These people are crooks. Do not ever buy from them. Purchased a heat pump and description was unclear. Spent $2100. Recieved it and found out it didn't cool. Called and asked to return. Paid $400 to ship it back to them and agreed to a restocking fee where they committed to credit me once the merchandise was recieved. My HVAC company boxed the new merchandise and Estes picked it up and delivered it to the company within 2 days. After no credit in 3 weeks made several calls with promises for a return call (never got one). Filed a BBB complaint and they told BBB equipment was damaged and they would not refund anything (plus they have the new equipment returned. They are crooks and will steal thousands of dollars from you. DO NOT do business with them!

We ordered a part for our pool vacuum and it never came. When we contacted customer service via email THREE TIMES, they sent us the same automated response. It wasn't until I sent an angry email that we actually got a different response. Long story short, they said we received the product (we didn't) and wouldn't refund our money or even work with us in any way, shape, or form. On top of it, they took TWO MONTHS to communicate it all with us, so according to Amazon, the time for refund passed almost a month earlier anyway. Horrible company. There are SO many other pool stores out there that going with this company is a waste of time and money.

I bought a pool cleaner using my amazon prime accoun. The pool cleaner just spread dirt around and didnt work at all! I dried it out and sent it back! The charged me over $100 dollars their so called restocking fee! Why the hell donyou charge a restocking fee for an item that doesnt

Backyard Pool Super Store literally stole $21.03 right out of pocket. I recently purchased Coral Seas Green Aid, that did not work. II followed the instructions to the letter and this product did nothing to get rid of the green algae. If anything the algae grew more after using this product. Because it did not work I returned the empty container.

Backyard Pool Super Store is not giving me a refund. The total of the purchase was $23.01, and they are charging a $12.71 restocking fee, which is hysterically stupid because there is nothing to restock I returned an empty container, where are they going to restock that? The remaining $10.75 they are giving to me on a gift card for use on their website, however I have no desire to do business with them in the future. I paid for a product that did not work as advertised, and I feel that I should be given a refund. Instead Backyard Pool Super Store chose to rip me off, and keep my money for a product that did not work.

Horrible product, but an even more horrible company.

They send out defective products and the customer has to pay to ship it back and ALSO has to pay a restocking/warranty fee on top of that! They say there is nothing they can do. YOU MUST PAY THE SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES ON PRODCUTS THAT DO NOT WORK! This is the worst experience I have EVER had! They will continue to make money when they ship out the same defective products to different people time after time. They need to be ban from selling on ebay and amazon! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. On top of that, they are rude and refuse to work with you! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR RATING, I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 IF I COULD.
