Over a year ago I bought a 4000$ treadmill from these con artists... The item was never received they never never sent me a refund check! They told me I had to send them a pre paid fedex envelope which I did and atill no check! It's scum bags from safer wholesale that are posting the good reviews! I have contacted the attorney general in my area to close these clowns down! I also have contacted the fbi because this is complete fraud! They have nothing forsale but bull$#*!! If I was a con artist I could sit home and make up reviews all day for fake crap! Beware

Terrible experiance, bought certificates for services and the companies could never provide services... The company told me that it is not responsible if services are never rendered, and that they do not guarantee services for items purchased. That they will only give a refund if the company goes out of bussiness. I purchased massages from a massage therapist that would only do one deal purchased massage per month, therefore he was completly booked up when I tried to cash in my certificate. I called ZSPOTDEALS, the woman I spoke with was cordial, however she called and gave my name to the massage therapist person who in return called me and cussed me out! I was shocked, I called the woman back and let her know what transpired, she said she was sorry and she would offer me my money back just this once. I then again tried to purchase a deal for carpet cleaning. Much to my dismay, the person who owned the carpet cleaning service called me at 1130 pm at nite intoxicated, slurred speach and couldn't focus on the conversation. He then again called me the next morning not once but 8 times, he wanted to let me know that he couldn't come clean my carpets because his truck was broken down out of town. WTF dude, I told you last nite when you called me at 1130pm that I wasn't interested in you service you were unprofessional and just bizzare. My friend for my birthday in August purchased us spa packages at Spa Oasis in Cary, NC. This place is all about selling to make some money on the deals network. For the first month no one returned our calls for an appointment, then we final were able to book, but not until December... 3months out! We were on our way to our girls Spa day we called to get the address of the Spa Oasis and we were told by the girl who answered the phone that our names had been crossed out and there was someone else scheduled. They offered to rebook us in Feb. Another 3months out! Just imagine this place is so busy it is taking 3months to get an appointment, so tell me why... they are still selling deals on ZSPOTDEALS. I called and notified ZSPOT of the scam with SPA OASIS. No responce was received, my friend emailed them and requested a refund. We were told sorry no refunds and no gurantee of service, good luck.
