25 years in business, these are the best cleaners on the market after a small modification in the drive housing. Have shown manufacture this modification with no success on their part to change. Oh well, still best cleaner available. Nice website, easy to navigate, best prices. Thanks, Dennis Kentch - D&J's Pool and Spa

The worst ever!

The worst ever! I live in a town of 100 people! We only have po boxes! I've had no problem before buying from u. This is the worst experience with online shopping I've ever had! It's taken 3 days to get my order confirmed with u. I need those filter bags now. At least give me expidited shipping please. Or I will never order with u again. I'm so disappointed since I have shopped with u before!

So far so good. Haven't received the stabilizer yet. Update: stabilizer came just as stated by the tracking information. I was surprised at the packaging- the powder was in a giant bag, with a twistie-tie, inside the box. While it is tricky to use this way, I did pay the least per pound over any other store or website.

Easy to use, but the packages that arrived looked as if they had been sitting on a shelf for years. The packaging was completely flattened and looked ruined, it would never be put on a display shelf in the conditions the boxes were.

Ordering is quick and straight forward

Ordering is quick and straight forward.
Good prices even though I'm in Florida and have to pay sales tax.

Delivery sucked! I ordered from them because I thought I would get it quickly being in Florida.

It took them 7 business days to ship even though I called twice to expedite.

Probably not a repeat customer.

I was forced to use different credit card after trying to make this order for 2 days using my Discover card. After checking w/discover - no issues w/card - tried again today and order would not process with discover card. NOT HAPPY about having to use a different card (MC).

Also, had to buy local supply - a frame gasket and seal kit. Frame gasket sent was either the wrong size or had been stretched, not a good fit. The paired seal kit leaked and part nr couldn't be reconciled with any part nrs searched. I did receive a credit for the GO-KIT-3 but took several days to do my repair because of above issues and trips to local pool store.

Easy to find what I needed

Easy to find what I needed. Great customer service. Shaft seal was not the correct one,for my application. Luckily I found a spare I had ordered a while back. Error was probably on my part for not paying attention to what was in the kit. Thanks again for an easy and smooth transaction, start to finish. 5 Stars

I have ordered from this company before. Great prices and quick delivery. I am a very satisfied customer! This order came in with the box really beat up, I have to blame the shipping company, not the Backyard Superstore... but it made a mess... with pool chemicals, that can be a problem. But overall, I'll still be a loyal customer.

Thank you for following up on my mistakes. I'm sure the cleaner will work perfectly.

Im having trouble making it work, I will contact you if I can't figure it out but I plug it in to my skimmer and nothing happens. Yes the pools on and the pump is working fine but I must be doing something wrong because the cleaner not moving at all.

One of the items that I ordered was wrong. I placed the wrong order. I didn't open the package I have been trying to return the item to you as instructed in your shipping instructions. It is new, never been opened and your phone person, Sonia who I spoke to on 7/26/2016 was not helpful or very kind. I'm still waiting for a reply from your return department after your own statement claims that I would receive a reply in 1-3 business days.

So far, so good... Only issue was that the items were not packed/sealed well and leaked inside the box. It made a mess but was not excessive enough to warrant returning them. I'd like to see a better job done of packing the items and ensuring they are well sealed prior to shipment.

So far it's fine

So far it's fine. Hope it replaces the existing equipment correctly. I had tried to confirm the size of the panel I ordered but could not get that info. The picture appears to look like what I have. What I got is roughly the size of a shoe box and does not perform the functions the original panel did. I would like to return this and buy the correct panel. Ordered a Pool Cleaner on 5/4/16

Ordered a Pool Cleaner on 5/4/16. Received a shipping notice on 5/6/16, saying the item was shipped. The tracking number indicated the item was being shipped FedEx and a shipping label had been created. The status never changed. The following week I contacted customer service and after a long wait on hold was informed that the shipping supervisor would need to be contacted to get the status. A second call the following day did not provide any additional information. A email also went unanswered. Waited until 5/16/16 and attempted to contact them again and was disconnected after being on hold for an extended period of time. The item was finally delivered on 5/16/16 by UPS not FedEx. I am glad I finally received what I had ordered; however, the customer service I received from this company will deter any future orders.

The service was ok the shipping sucked the sent me a tracking # that gave me a date which was good, we started out hot tub on that day and it didn't show up for a week, so hot tub running no chemicals. Plus it was sent to 4 states going the wrong way across the USA! Finally got it.

Quick and easy online experience

Quick and easy online experience. Best prices online! The only issue I had was a piece of the plastic on the top of the filter was broken off upon opening the box. But this didn't interfere with the installation or the product working. Will order from this company again!

Waited too long on the phone re a question and hung up. I left my name and tel number and no one called me back to tell me that a specific part was not included. I had to go to a pool store and purchase it before hooking up the motor!
