Bought a pump from BackyardPool Superstore that supposedly had an 18 month warranty. Within a month the bearings went bad. I have been working with the company for over 3 weeks. They have various extenmsive delay and deflect tactics, and are doing nothing to process the warranty claim. Many other customers have noted the same problems. I had been a customer of theirs for pool chemicals and solar covers for many years, but will never do business with them again.
As soon as our daughter began to walk we needed a satefy pool cover. Price was less of an issue but the main concern is a perfect fit for the pool so to protect against an infant falling in the pool at any location. Back Yard Pool Superstore was the only company I found that had a big variety pool covers that had a tight fit to our pool. Prices are very competitive.
We ordered a Hayward pool heater for our pool as a surprise for the grandkids. They canceled our sale today leaving us to order it last minute from Hayward through Amazon for the same price but now we'll after Christmas
I bought a pool vacuum from this store. It was in stock. On the day after it was supposed to arrive they canceled the order and said it was out of stock. Unprofessional. Would never buy from them again. Amazon of course was no help.
I did receive part of an order but not all of it. That has put me a week behind getting someone to open my pool.
Received the correct part. The only thing that was a little trouble some was it took 8 days to get the part.

No significant problems. However, one concern. Your shipping policy states that orders over $300 will require a signature at delivery. That did not occur. Fortunately I was home at the time of delivery but, was close to leaving for an appointment which would have left a clearly marked box (contents wise) in a highly visible/vulnerable position on my porch.
Several items are Out Of Stock / Ad read Free Shipping on the cartridge that I ordered. After committing to order, saw a shipping charge was added. Then received no follow up confirmation that order was received or being shipped - it just showed up in our mailbox. First time ordering from this company and expected better communication.
Locating products is simple, the check out process is straight forward, and delivered in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider that the cost of my filter cartridges are over $100 each if bought at my local Pool Supply store and buying them online, I got all four for a little more than what one would cost me. Granted you have to wait for them but considering the cost difference it's well worth it.
No question. This is a far better product. Comparing it to all the rest is a waste of time. They can't even come close. Please send a reminder in 6 months so I can get another set then. Thanks, Thomas.
