Pump being installed by service guy 2/12/15. Therefore I can not comment on the pump operation today (2/11). However, the order was easy to place, your guys were really very helpful on the phone and the delivery was super fast - 3 days. I will certainly continue to buy from the Backyard pool Superstore.

Shipping took longer than expected and when I called to check on status of the order, they never returned my call and didn't respond to my email. I finally did receive the product, but their customer service is lacking.

So far so good. Price was less than 1/2 local pool store so i saved a ton. I bought an LED light - it was sent in just the regular packaging. I would suggest packing something this breakable in a bigger box with packing materials to protect it. The box looked pretty beat up - haven't installed it yet but it doesn't look broken. Only got the light yesterday, was going to install this weekend.

First time customer. I ordered the tune up kit for a Polaris pool cleaner. It arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality of the parts and they fit perfectly. Instructions were very good. My Polaris is now working fine.

My order did not arrive as I had ordered it. I ordered 2 (two) 25 lbs containers of product an received 1 (one) 50 lbs container. This was an order was not all being used at one house but two houses we have and it is extremely inconvenient to have to divide it up (this still hasn't been done). I expected to receive the order as I had ordered it. Therefore, I will not be using your site in the future.

Well. I had to get a PayPal account to set up for you do not take P.O. Box as Billing, though it is my billing of my cards since my Physical address is on a private road and U.S. Postal does not service. Kind of annoying since I deal with many other companies and they have Billing and Separate delivery address if needed.

Yea, the requirement to do PayPal was still annoying...

Ordered from a different company, took two weeks just to be told we couldn't get the filter without paying almost $300 more for freight. Ordered with Backyard on a Thursday, the truck pulled up and dropped off my filter before noon on Tuesday. Crazy fast, not outrageous shipping costs etc. will definitely be ordering here again!

My relatively small order was shipped in three parts that arrived over the course of two weeks. I would rather have waited to get everything in one shipment, but I know the coronavirus is making things difficult for shippers. Other than that, great products at great prices!

So far,so good. We'll have to wait for delivery to see.

OK, I received my order and must say, I'm impressed. Ordered Tuesday morning and received shipment Thursday afternoon. The filters I received are identical to the ones I have been buying locally, but at less than half the cost. No complaints here!

So far so good. Wish you would have had the ceramic bearing parts for the polaris pump this motor attaches to. Will need it to swap out motors.However, an excellent overall experence. Thanks, Backyard Pool!

More shipping information ie, ground, 2 day etc would be good to see on website prior to ordering. I called and got the info I needed and ordered. Thanks

This wasn't company's fault but delivery was made to house on another street. Thankfully they were honest people and they brought if over.

Pretty good so far. However order page locked up for a while and wasn't had to wait to complete order. Not sure if it was your site or my computer at fault.

Installed the new cell and ran the generator at maximum since the chlorine level was low and after running more than 8 hours chlorine level has not increased. Cell may be bad. How can I have it checked?

It's been quick & easy...so far. I just hope my pump motor gets here as quickly! Received the motor. The only task left to finish this project is to install the motor. I will hopefully accomplish that installation today 1/10/2017.

The price I paid is tremendous. At my store in my neighborhood it is outrageously priced. I won't tell you how much they charge in case these people figure they are to cheap and start raising theirs; prices, that is.

Great prices hopefully shipping is fast. I ordered pool shock, 12 bags, 3 of which were completely torn open so I opened up the box to have pool shock go everywhere. I won't be buying pool shock from here again.
