I ordered olive oil and paid shipping. I called after several weeks and the customer service rep was no help at all and very dismissive. I have never experienced such incompetence in a company. Never ordering again!

The jury is still out, but I will say they lost the first order for my entire region, and would do nothing to rectify this. They do not communicate to the customer when items are unavailable. You just get surprised when you go to pick up your order. They did not charge for the unavailable items, I must say.

Nevertheless, if they get their customer service glitches worked out, they stand to be a good source for organic food ordering online.

We love shopping with Azure Standard and they have become our main sources for groceries and health products. I love that we can rely on Azure to always provide quality non-GMO products, and the majority of their organic selection is much more affordable than at our local grocery stores. We can afford to buy 100% organic on groceries now!

Very bad experience
December 5, 2022

I just pay for red bean from this company. Although I add coconut in cart, but never pay for it. They actually forcibly added coconut to me and deducted more than 100 dollars. After communicating back and forth for a month, it took more than two months to get a refund. Extremely ridiculous seller.

Disappointed
June 4, 2020

I picked up my first order today. It will most likely be my last order. I purchased a mix box of produce. I was disappointed to find the cucumber was soft, the carrots were so soft and rubbery that my kids could bend them. The coconut had mold and nearly all other produce showed signs it was spoiled.

Not happy

I think their products are good quality. Their prices are comparable to other places. HOWEVER, their inventory process is horrible. You place an order and only God knows IF you will get your complete order. You find out when you go to pick it up. Their excuse is that they mainly do business with distributors. So what kind of stores would do business like this? If they deliver beans. Then the local store would not have beans for its customers for a month? This makes no sense. The customer representative always answer with "if...". If they cancel the order, if we have the product, if we deliver... always if. Too bad. I do like the quality of their products but IF I get my full order I am lucky. IF not too bad for me. I am done!

I bought a bag of 50 lb sunflower seeds from them for harvesting. They claimed it's organic. After planting in about 10 days just about 5-10% grow. After that I tried on different ways, longer soaking, put in trays, keep in the germination room etc. Always the same results. I wrote company about that, and you gues, no answer. So they are just a company that sells garbage.

Very Disappointed
January 21, 2021

I'm very disappointed with how this service works. I made an order and waited for it for a whole month. 3 days before delivery, I was informed that my product was out of stock. ( when I placed this order my product was available)

Because customers can start building out orders several months before the orders packed and delivered, we encourage customers to review orders for any items that have gone out of stock prior to the order cutoff closing. Stock is more accurate on the day of your cutoff, since your order will be packed the following day. We understand our ordering and fulfillment is different than e-commerce companies. What can I say, I placed my first order. Everything was in stock as of the cutoff period. I paid or so I thought, then I get an email that my complete order is now a partial order (even though every thing was in stock when I ordered). Then comes the delivery is not coming on its scheduled day but another and now early in the morning, well I have a doctors appointment with COVID 19, it can be difficult to get in to see any physician. Then the delivery is changed again, now just after my doctors appointment. So I paid for a delivery I am unable to get to and pick it up. Be vary afraid of this Company and its business practices. I do not think I will ever see this order, but they were sure fast in taking my money.

Because orders are delivered through our distributorship to buying clubs via semi-truck, there are times when a delay may be experienced on the route due to mechanical issues, traffic issues or other extenuating circumstances that drivers encounter on the long haul from Oregon. Poor handling of Problems
September 18, 2020

I purchased a product from this company that was for Human Consumption... The packaging was as poor at its get, a plastic bottle inside a simple padded envelope... The delivery was left in my front yard under the Sun... I tried to contact the product manufacturer to ensure that the product was still safe to consume and the company was not to be found and every phone that was given to me by Azure was not even in service. I decided to return the product just because I do have any confidence on it... I had to ship it on my own expense, and still today, after they received it 4 days ago, my refund is not done yet! I contact Azure again and they give the crap that it will take over 10 more days to have a refund... This is what I call the worst customer service and product handling I have ever experience... I will never purchase any other Item from Azure again! I strongly recommend you all to think twice before ordering something with this company...

The products that I have actually received I have had no problem with but there is a glitch in their system - when you order something that is available and you even pay for the item it does not necessarily mean you will get it - it depends on what order your drop is not who was the 1st to order and pay for an item - my drop being almost last on the list ensures several items are always out of stock even tho they were in stock when I purchased them - did talk to customer service about this and she kindly told me how their failed system works - looking for another company that is actually fair.

Hi Kim. For customers who choose to order to one of the 2,900 community drops in the U.S., it is true that items may not be available by the time a drop order ships, however, we do not charge customers for orders until after the orders are packed and shipped. This ensures that a customer doesn't receive a charge for an item that we ran out of before the order shipped. Because we allow customers to order up to three months before their order ships, and the grocery items are perishable, items may go out of stock before it comes time to pack your order and ship it on the delivery truck to your drop. We encourage customers to check order on the day your order cutoff closes to see if anything has gone out of stock or if stock quantities have changed. Doing this provides customers with the opportunity to select an alternative item for an item that may no longer be in stock.

For customers who would like immediate delivery, rather than waiting for an order to be delivered via our community drop delivery system, we do have mail delivery options that pack and ship out within 24 hours of a placed order.

We used to shop here for years because of the great selection of organic foods, especially bulk quantities. They also have a truck drop that you can meet once a month so you don't have to pay shipping.

But their site constantly lets you order what they don't have. They send you the wrong items. They claim each drop location has to have $550 worth of orders for them to stop but sometimes they'll deliver anyway. You never know what will be on the truck and when the truck will be at the location until the day before it comes. Once we didn't find out until we called them that same day. The last time, the truck went to a location that hadn't been used in over a year, while I waited at the usual location. If you miss the truck or they send the wrong item, you have to call and explain 50 times. Then they make you wait a month for a refund or replacement.

Basically, they're super amateur and take customers for granted. We finally had enough and won't shop there again.

First and last

Ordered safflower oil for daughter. Rec'd invoice showing organic fruits and Vegas for twice original order. Call to cancel the latter. No one there to answer phone. Left two voice messages with phone number…no call. Poor customer service. Last order for me!

Pick up order
October 20, 2022

Azure needs a driver assist person for every truck that delivers to consumers. Why should the clients unload the truck and everybody's else order? Makes no sense. Pay someone to hand the orders to every single client from the truck. The driver doesn't do it. Your customers are doing it? What for?

Love the product!

The deliveries have always been punctual. There are time that there inventory is out and I do not get everything I order but I know that going in and they are great at communicating with me. I have never been charged for something I did not receive and they have never made a mistake on an order. I love this company!

I have attempted to purchase several items that are either in stock and don't show up or charged for and don't show up. Then have to contact the company.
I purchased a bread starter it came with incomplete instructions. I emailed twice and never got a response on how to take care of or use the bread starter. It ended up in the trash.
I have received mashed and molded produce. Also completely solidified crystallized, supposedly fresh, honey. Their explanation is that the honey is heated and then poured into jars and then kept cool. I was instructed to reheat the honey to liquify it. Heating honey destroys the beneficial properties. My purpose of using honey is for the beneficial properties.

Hi Donna, We're sorry to read that you had difficulty with your order. In reviewing your account, it looks like your first email arrived to us on April 21st, at 9:08 am and that our representative, Hannah, responded to you on April 22nd, at 3:13 pm to help you. Hannah provide a credit for the oranges that were smashed by the honey jars and shared that because our delivery trucks are refrigerated, the honey can get thick or harden, and recommended letting it sit at room temperature or warming at a low temperature using a slow cooker to control the water temperature and to preserve the raw properties. We could certainly offer you a discount for your honey if you are not satisfied with the product.

To share a little more information about honey: real, raw honey crystallizes.
The crystallization of honey is often misunderstood. Many assume that crystallized honey has been adulterated, is of poor quality or unnatural, or has spoiled or gone bad. This is simply not so. And actually, the exact opposite holds true.
If a honey does not crystallize for a long time, with the except of certain types of honey that naturally crystallize slower or not at all (such as Acacia or Tupelo), it is often a clear indication that the honey has been adulterated, diluted, or pasteurized.
The crystallization process is natural and spontaneous. Pure, raw and unheated honey has a natural tendency to crystallize over time with no effect on the honey other than color and texture. What's more, the crystallization of honey preserves the flavor and quality characteristics of your honey.

If you want you want your honey back in that nice syrup-like state, there are a few things that you’ll need:
Your crystallized Honey
Your glass jar of honey
A sauce pan or pot
Water
And lastly your stove
1. Put your glass jar of honey into the pan of water on the stove. You do not want to completely submerge the jar in the water, you want just enough water to sit at or slightly below the line of honey in the jar. Now turn the stove to low-to-medium heat. You want it barely simmering, no boiling. If it is boiling not only will your jar start to thrash about but high levels of heat will start to destroy the natural properties of the honey.
2. Let the jar of honey sit in the water for between 20 and 30 minutes. You will want to occasionally stir the honey up to help it along. Once you no longer see any crystals, you can turn off the stove and carefully remove the jar from the water to cool. Your honey shouldn’t recrystallize at this point but if you are worried about that you can place the jar into a warm bowl of water so that it does not cool too quickly. (If the honey cools too quickly, it will recrystallize)

Now all that’s left is to enjoy your honey!

I have been a member of a drop off location/ delivery in our area for a short time 99% of the time the delivery has been delayed. Sometimes they deliver on a weekday during work hours. I am not sure how many people can change their work hours at the drop of a hat. I sure can't. Do not recommend their services. To top it all, even when their customer service has limited time. I had another issue with their emails-not receiving it- but all their customer service could say is they are not sure why? Such poor response in customer service and delivery.

Their website sells all the items they carry reguardless if they have the stock. What ever stock they do get in goes on the first truck that ships instead of going to who ordered the items first. So basically only people who happen to be the destination of the first few trucks can hope to get any of their order filled. I put the same order in every month and it does not get filled even though the product pages show plenty of inventory at the time of order placement. Who ever is running this thing is so freeking lackadaisical with their business model. Its so unethical to run a business this way. People who anticipate food wait 30 days and never get it while they could have ordered from an actual company and not wasted their time.
