Very easy - they respond quickly to questions through email.
If you get them, all answers are "I am sorry". They don't even try to ask me number of my order, and check what is real problem. Just a huge greedy company that sell low quality with organic labels.
Easiest and fastest is to call but you can email. They do respond. It won't do you any good though. I've never had a positive satisfactory encounter from their customer service reps.
Get answers from the Azure Standard staff and other customers.
