I ordered chocolate for my grandmothers 100th birthday but sadly it arrived 20 minutes too late as I had to leave for the flight for her birthday party. It took over a week to arrive. Anyway the chocolate is great.

I will be buying from the store again. Our family grew up with crunchies and flakeys annd all kinds of British food because our mother was British. I was so happy to find this website for my sister's birthday. She was delighted to receive this box of goodies! I will be buying again!

It's hard to be a tea drinker in the US. The stores have few choices and they are often stale. I was delighted to find delicious fresh teas that were delivered to my door.

I can't get Barry's tea at my grocery store, so I'm glad I found it here. Same goes for some of the shortbread options. US shortbread brands don't have the rich, buttery flavor you get in the UK, so it's nice being able to order them from here to enjoy at home. The tea box I ordered is really handy and of good quality and value. It fits A LOT of tea. I'll definitely come back when I need to restock on some tea related items.

Although Bonne Maman are ALWAYS superior products, our customer service experience with "English Tea Store" was mediocre. Either the website needs to be updated or customer relations needs to inform clients of shipment status. I placed my order on 3/19/25. It shipped on 3/28/25. The time I spent on follow up of this order was entirely too much (two calls and one email).

I have never ordered from English Tea Store before. I was pleased with how quickly filled and shipped the order. As silly as this may sound, I was VERY glad they used a box. I've occasionally ordered tea and other crushable items from a major online presence and they ship them in a plastic envelope.

I received my tea, kind of. FedEx dropped my package off at a neighbor's apartment since FedEx was too lazy to check the apartment number and of course you can't get through to a living person to complain...only the shipper. Glad I live in an area now where I know my neighbors. Either way, i ZERO complaints about your website or shipping experience and I am enjoying my teas. Sadly I don't think there is really a good shipping alternative since they all suck these days and usually charge too much for their service.

I love English Tea company offers smaller samples to try first as well as lb bags for my favorites. Ordering is easy and the shipping has been on time. I love free shipping is offered on larger orders.

Great idea for no shipping charge when you purchase over a specified purchase amount. I often looked elsewhere in the past for those products elsewhere because of your higher shipping charges which made a moderate purchase on your site too expensive.

We recieve evverthing so far in great shape, thanks too the way it, s packed with bubble wrap& the box is MARKED careful contains breakables, ordered things elsewhere with no markings and poorly wrapped, of course they was broke and had too send back, which takes time, hassle. I have ordered a few varieties of teas from here. They have all been delicious. I highly recommend ordering from here. Last summer I hosted a tea party and had dinner of the loose leaf tea out for people to fill their own bags. It was a huge hit. Plus everyone received a Buckingham Palace Garden Party tea bag as a parting gift. Recently I ordered more of the Buckingham Palace Garden Party tea for another party.

I enjoy drinking loose leaf tea but finding good, quality loose leaf is somewhat difficult. I like these teas because the loose leaves are big enough that they don't steep into the tea and the flavors are excellent.

I also appreciate how I can buy tea products in bulk, rather than small tins since we drink so much tea in our house. The foil lined paper bags used for storing tea are strong, durable and appear to lack any plastics.

Three sets of four plates arrived very shortly after I ordered them, packed in tight flat boxes of four, each plate separated from another with a quality packing material. Fine bone china, exceptional quality, very well protected. Great job! 👏

I've recently decided to end my relationship with Amazon and Whole Foods, so I was delighted that I could order this tea from another source. It was easy, less expensive and it came quickly. I will keep reordering.

I have been ordering this tea for years. It was hard to find. Fairways used to carry a version of this, but discontinued. It is really an Earl Grey tea but with some mild flowery notes. A couple of my friends who drink this tea, are ordering this now as well.
