Our initial order of 6 jars were returned to the store because of damage in shipment. We were notified immediately and were able to reorder. Only 3 jars were left in stock, which we received, and we wre My husband loves them?refunded for the other three jars. We were very pleased with the great service.

The initial shipping was with UPS -- I received a tracking number and was able to see the initial shipment. The shipping method was a hybrid: started with UPS and continued with USPS. However, the USPS shipping number was not immediately apparent. So, the UPS tracking was showing the deliver day as the same day that I was checking tracking. After five or so days, I was able to find the USPS package number and track the shipment on the USPS website. I would prefer full shipping info from the start.

I ordered Arctic Raspberry on a whim. It has been a long winter for me. You can definitely smell and taste the raspberry flavor. If you need a winter lift, order this tea!

I drink Green Tea with Jasmine Flowers everyday, and have for more than fifteen years. Since I drink so much of it, I like to buy it in bulk, so I am grateful to have that option here at The English Tea Store!

No problem with the order. The merchandise ordered was VERY poor. No tea drinker could be satisfied with the lack of tea leaves or lack of flavor. Red Rose (for instance)is MUCH tastier. The cost is much too high for the value.

I have decided to stop shopping on Amazon. It was going well until I ran out of my Yorkshire Gold tea. But a quick internet search led me to the English Tea Store! I was able to purchase my favorite tea and try some new jam without handing my money over to Bezos's empire. Shipping was excellent! Care was definitely put into making sure my items arrived in good condition. I will shop here next time I need a taste of "home".

I have purchased from here before, and I got a few samples last time. I got some samples and a full bag this time too! I love that I can try so many of the tea options before I purchase a full bag! I love the quality of the teas and the taste is phenomenal! I love the variety and the different kinds of flavors.

Except sometimes the manner of ordering and checking out to finish the order gets a bit compounded. Otherwise I will order again.

I enjoy the Whiskey honey and tea when I have a cold. This is my second order with this company. I place my order and it arrives on time and in one piece, no broken containers.

The English tea cake that I ordered was extremely moist and delicious! I mean if I had to complain about something it would be it is a tablet on the small side. Especially for the price that they charge.
