Tea I ordered was delicious but no instructions on how long to steep. Also shipping was a bit slower than some other places I have ordered tea from before. Prices were good.
The delivery was good. I would say that some of the product had expired dates, but overall I loved the tea and honey.
I placed an order on 02/21/2025 and received it very soon after. The cakes came four count to a package. I was a little disappointed with the size of the eccle cakes (very small, like a cookie) and the consistency of the dough that surrounded the raisins, which was rather on the hard side. I'm used to an eccle cake being large and a little flaky.
I ordered 2 teas, clotted cream and jam. The package arrived intact and properly cooled. I love all the products! I would highly recommend this seller!

I ordered some lovely English chocolate gifts for my family to enjoy on Christmas Day. I placed the order on December 14 and was assured the gifts would be delivered in time for Christmas.
After placing the order, I was told my delivery date was December 24 by 9 p.m., which would have worked. On December 24, the delivery date was changed to December 25 by 9 p.m., which would technically have still been Christmas. However, the order was delivered on Christmas 26 in the late afternoon.
English Tea Store did not communicate with me at any time regarding the delay, nor was any apology made. I'll remember this next Christmas!
Ordering was easy but receiving my order on time before Christmas didn't happen. Was suppose to receive my order by 12/20 but received it 12/28. Couldn't make Christmas cookies without what I had ordered.

I was delighted to receive exactly what I had ordered. The treats were exactly as advertised. The qualtiy is super. I was surprised to see that the packing box did not have 'fragile' or 'food' on it. My order was shipped promptly and quickly.

I like to mix the english tea bags of chai tea with Taylor chai tea bags. It makes a tea that is excellent with archay's almond windmill cookies. The flavors compliment each other in a very pleasant way.
They're amazing in what they carry from cookies to teapots and so many teas. Orders are filled and shipped in a timely manner, arriving ready to enjoy the moment you open the box. Their jam/preserves selection is great with reasonable pricing. Hard to resist temptation thus one visit is not enough.

Decent economy shipping process and time frame during the holiday season. No delays and packaging still arrived in good condition. But would still suggest paying for the faster shipping if you're buying for a gift—just to be safe.
