English Tea Store was very good to deal with. Some of my product was broke in shipping and they made it good in very little time. My product was a very good price and easy to order on line.
The delivery of my large order was pretty quick and came perfectly packed. It was a gift for my daughter but as we live in the same house we share. The flavors have been amazing and we are already forming our list of repeats to order.
I thing ordering is not the hardest thing to do, I think deciding on what tea's to get and how muck is harder
Ordering Tea is still so easy with so many choices to choose from and checking out is just as easy!

This was the first time visiting the English Tea Store's website and it was a positive experience. I ordered three items for Christmas gifts and went back a second time for myself. The first package arrived, well-packed and on time. The website was easy to use and the prices were reasonable. I miss some of the English foods that I grew up with so now I know where I can go to shop.
The Web site was easy to get around and the products were easy to find. It was easy to checkout with PayPal.
We used these as favors at a baby shower and they were a hit! They arrived in a timely manner unbroken and not to mention they tasted great!
The website was easy to follow. They had my favorite tea, PG Tips which I find difficult to find in the local stores. I would purchase from English Tea Store again.

I was delighted to find the teas I enjoy most but which are harder to find. The prices were very reasonable, and I certainly intend to come back as a regular customer. I might suggest a little faster shipping, however, as there was an unexplained delay.

I was pleased with most of the items, but was truly shocked at how bad the quality of the "organic Darjeeling" tea tasted. Of course I could not return it, as it is a "food". Excellent selection of English favorites, reasonably priced for imported items. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but being as though it was in December that is likely to be the case. Items arrived well packaged.
Everything went well. Disappointed the teabags aren't individually wrapped, as I was hoping to use them as additions to gift bags with mugs I was putting together for Valentine's Day.
Excellent as always, though I did not know that the 15% off sale would end as soon as it did (which is my own fault for not searching out that answer, not the fault of English Tea Store). I sincerely hope that English Tea Store continues to preserve the wonderful aspects of the British Isles' culture, as expressed through their food and tea.
Truly, a charming online shop. I did not think that I would find such a welcome alternative to Amazon in such short time before Christmas (with speedy delivery options, no less). It is difficult to find the authentic, European versions of many different goods from the British Isles, which makes this site a very enjoyable and surprising blessing.

I though I was to get free shipping through 3/19/25 but this did not show up at the time of the order. I could not find any codes or other ways to make my final order show no shipping charge.
