Excellent as always, though I did not know that the 15% off sale would end as soon as it did (which is my own fault for not searching out that answer, not the fault of English Tea Store). I sincerely hope that English Tea Store continues to preserve the wonderful aspects of the British Isles' culture, as expressed through their food and tea.
Truly, a charming online shop. I did not think that I would find such a welcome alternative to Amazon in such short time before Christmas (with speedy delivery options, no less). It is difficult to find the authentic, European versions of many different goods from the British Isles, which makes this site a very enjoyable and surprising blessing.

Was happy to find this site. Easy to find the items I was interested in. Had many items and offered great prices. Items were packaged well and shipped quickly.

I though I was to get free shipping through 3/19/25 but this did not show up at the time of the order. I could not find any codes or other ways to make my final order show no shipping charge.
It's a gift that hasn't been opened yet, but it came quickly. I'm still going to make a lemon curd sauce for it and surprise my husband for Christmas. It was also wrapped wonderfully, so that the pudding wasn't damaged.
Tea I ordered was out of stick however I recieved one of the two boxes quickly and the second box arrived shortly after it was re-stocked. Excellent customer service and communication.

There are so many interesting things to see and consider. I have not been disappointed yet! Whether it is the food or the bone china, it's all been great. Receive orders in a timely manner too.
Overall the experience was very good one of the 4 jars of marmalade I ordered was smashed (not just broken but completely shattered)let customer service know and they took care of it quickly so it turned out ok. In future I hope they think wrap multiple glass jars separately though.

I ordered a case of 6 Bonne Mamon fig preserves that arrived with 4 of them broken. All I had to do was give the English Tea Store a phone call and George sent out replacements in a flash! I will certainly be doing more business with this establishment and very highly recommend the English Tea Store!
I have subscribed to the monthly tea variety pack for over three years, a Xmas present for my girlfriend. She loves the variety of samples, the ease we can switch from tea bags to loose tea. The extra treat each month is great, biscuits, chocolate or flavored honey sticks. Billing and shipping has never been a problem, support is first rate.
This last holiday season when I asked if there was anything special she'd like, she asked "you ARE renewing the tea again, right?".
These teas represent rarefied tastes from all over the globe…the tea leaf quality is excellent and the tastes are sublime! Sipping English Tea Store tea is like a trip around the world!

Not your company's fault but the package was wandering around my location for almost a week. So from order to delivery took two weeks. Of course it was not Emergency tea.
