Part 2 after delivery.
Not your company's fault but the package was wandering around my location for almost a week. So from order to delivery took two weeks. Of course it was not Emergency tea.
The Pumpkin tea, I bought it for myself, was excellent!
Great teas! Easy ordering, and fast shipping. A couple of the tins in the order were dented -I'm happy they were not gifts or I would have sent in a customer service report on the website.
Decided to have High Tea to celebrate Valentine's Day for 15 gal friends. Discovering English Tea Store online was so awesome. Trying to purchase Clotted Cream nearly impossible locally. I ordered bottles of Henderson's Relish from Amazon. It did not turn out well. The first order they destroyed in shipping and then the replacement order was lost. The English Tea Store got it right. Next year I'll order all my Anglocentric Christmas gifts from here.

I ouldn't find Barry's Tea anywhere and I found it 20 miles from my house, but they don't have a store front so I had to order online... nice to know I have a place so close :).
I ordered a bit of this, and that, and enjoyed everything. It arrived as described, and on time. I will be ordering again, especially the Butler's chocolate!
I was looking for larger tins of Irish Breakfast Tea in a 200g or larger amount and also Teavana's Zingiber Ginger Tea but, I couldn't find either item. I can buy Twining's Irish breakfast tea in my local grocery store in the 100g size but I need a larger amount since I use it up so fast! I love the Zingiber ginger tea that I bought a long time ago at a Teavana store and I've almost used it all up! I am trying to find someone who still has it available.
I opened my box and saw all the things I ordered, I was so happy. The cute gingerbread cookies tin, the tea and condiments. All the things I ordered, I had so much fun. I loved it.
The teas received were satisfactory, but the delivery was very slow, and I would not order again. There are so many places on the internet to order tea, such as Teadog, where the delivery is very fast, as fast as Amazon.
Thank you for carrying the 1 oz containers of clotted cream. It is the right amount for me when I have an occasional scone. I used to get the large jars at the grocery store but it would always spoil before I could finish it. The 1 oz is perfect and no more $poilage.
I get a bulk order of the coffee pu'erh approximately 1x/year and it's always good, fresh, and consistent. It's my favorite coffee pu'erh and you can't beat the price.
Shame on you! Everything has cheapened so much that we buy. This is my favorite tea. Now I can't even stir it without worrying about breaking the bag!

I have not recieved three boxes that were supposed to have been delivered on the 17th Dec? Only the 6 boxes were delivered today and they were in good condition.

Everything is well priced, carefully packed, fresh and delicious. So convienient. The mini-preserves make up as charming table favors for my holiday gatherings. And I will definitely be returning for more specialty teas.
One of my favorite tea stores! Long time customer. We really enjoy almost everything we have bought here. Sales are good and there is a lot to choose from in the non-caffeine category which is very helpful.
