I get a bulk order of the coffee pu'erh approximately 1x/year and it's always good, fresh, and consistent. It's my favorite coffee pu'erh and you can't beat the price.
Shame on you! Everything has cheapened so much that we buy. This is my favorite tea. Now I can't even stir it without worrying about breaking the bag!

I have not recieved three boxes that were supposed to have been delivered on the 17th Dec? Only the 6 boxes were delivered today and they were in good condition.

Everything is well priced, carefully packed, fresh and delicious. So convienient. The mini-preserves make up as charming table favors for my holiday gatherings. And I will definitely be returning for more specialty teas.

Wow! So impressed with the options for flavored BLACK teas! Really nice to find so many options for LOOSE black teas. Pricing and packaging were excellent, and shipping was speedy.

English Tea Store focuses on trendy specialty blends, and is often out of stock of black or red teas. Some tea drinkers are not into fruity/herbal blends...just saying.
I get tea for the caffeine and go loose leaf to avoid the weirdness around teabag paper. ETS does a fine job.
The English Tea Store has reasonable prices, and a huge selection of teas and sundries. I get all my supplies from this shop.
