I've recently decided to end my relationship with Amazon and Whole Foods, so I was delighted that I could order this tea from another source. It was easy, less expensive and it came quickly. I will keep reordering.
I have been ordering this tea for years. It was hard to find. Fairways used to carry a version of this, but discontinued. It is really an Earl Grey tea but with some mild flowery notes. A couple of my friends who drink this tea, are ordering this now as well.

Ordering was easy and items were shipped fast. I am not super happy with some of the replacements, especially since I ended up with 3 Earl Greys, which we do not care for. Other than that, we are enjoying the teas and will be reordering some of our favorites. It is nice to get sample sizes to try, so you know what you like best. Hoping some of the things I wanted to order that were out of stock will be available again when we are ready to reorder. It would also be nice to have a bigger selection of bagged teas, instead of mostly loose leaf. I ordered a bigger bag of the black currant and I'm glad I did--it makes delicious hot or cold tea. Best I've ever tried.
I was looking for an alternative source for tea bags to use with loose leaf. I still prefer my previous ones, but in case of supply issues, knowing I can order from here will be helpful. I also enjoyed the peach flavored rooibos I bought here.

I just tried the Earl Gray Metropolitan Blend. The tea is clearly of good quality. However the bergamot flavor is a bit overwhelming for my taste. Admittedly, I have only had Earl Gray Tea from a low priced tea bag so I may not be educated as to what a good quality blend should be. I'll make it a bit weaker next time and see if it grows on me.

Your website is very frustrating. It doesn't retain items in the order. If I have to answer a phone call or stop for a few minutes while ordering it wipes out the entire order and I have to start ordering all over again, On average I need to replace my order in progress 3-4 times every time I place an order,

I was in England in the 70's, living there for 4 years during my college days. I grew up reading English Literature and have fallen in love with everything English. So when I happen to find your website I was elated. The very things that I love: scones and tea. So thank you for your website. I will be visiting regularly for sure.
The quality of tea that I receive is top notch. I enjoy every cup, and I am very picky about my tea. I have tried many brands of loose tea and I have continued to be a repeat customer of The English Tea Store.
I ordered 24-1oz jars of clotted cream for a bridal shower. The product arrived quickly but it was spoiled. It was not packaged well enough to maintain the cold temperature needed to maintain freshness. The ice pack that was in the box was not only melted but warm. The jars were in no way cold. We opened one up to smell it and it was terrible! I reached out to request a refund as the product was unusable. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. I was told that it "looked fine" to them and to go ahead and use it. I am throwing it all out because I am not risking us having a Bridesmaids moment at my daughter's bridal shower. I won't be purchasing from this store again.

This was my first time buying from this site. It was easy to navigate and the items came quicker than expected. I'll be buying my tea from you from now on! Your variety is much more varied than the other big online place. Next, I'll be testing out the baking and pastry supplies!
The English Tea Store was very responsive to my questions. Package arrived by the promised time. My gift recipients loved their biscuits! I also enjoyed my selection immensely.
It was great to scroll through the various items and find some I had not seen for a long time. I was not disappointed when the parcel arrived and everything tasted just as I remember. Delivery seemed to be slow and notifications about shipping were not great, but it all made it in the end.

A friend brought me some tea from Ireland that I've never had before. English Tea Store had some plus I ordered the Sencha Cherry Rose loose tea that is absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to add some to my brewed iced tea in the summer. Soooo refreshing.
Loved everything the teas and the snacks! I wanted a healthier version (loose leaf) of a tea I only was able to buy in bags locally. Then found some yummy tea snacks as well.
I received these a day or two earlier than expected so I was pleasantly surprised! Everything is great. I should have ordered a bigger size on the clotted cream as I didn't realize it was so small, lol.

Answer: I bought the ETS brand and was surprised it had a black pepper taste, not sweet and spicy like every other chai I've ever had. I reported this to customer service and got NO REPLY. Very disappointed in their product and customer support.
