I have never ordered from Azazie before and my experience with their customer service has been stellar. I have had a lot of questions and have gone back-and-forth with the reps and each one has provided excellent and informative service. I have tried on seven dresses at home and the quality for all was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised.
Using Azazie has made shopping for the bridal party so easy. We all live in different states and are able to search a wide selection together, video chat instead of having to worry about traveling to one store and looking through stuff hoping they have something for all of us.
Love Azazie. The trial dresses is the way to go. I've purchased for my wedding dress, a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding, and my mother's dress! The quality of the dresses is very good. I'm always satisfied with the range of colors, price, and styles.
If you are looking for a good quality guess for any occasion, Azazie is the place to go. I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and she decided to use this site so everyone could find a dress they liked and still have it be the same color. I got this dress for a STEAL & it fits like a glove. I was so surprised to find out it actually will fit better despite my measurements being bigger than their sizing guide. This was a clearance dress also, so I couldn't believe when I received it that it had ZERO flaws! And I received the order in less than a week. Beyond impressed with every part of this company!
The quality of these dresses are amazing and so beautiful. I was hesitant at first to order a try on dress and when it finally arrived, I was shocked. I placed an order for a wedding dress that same day and I can not wait to get it and wear it on my big day!

Azazie is such a wonderful company. They have beautiful products, fast shipping, and the option to customize your dress. This company has amazing customer service. I have tried on a few dresses from their try-on line and it was an amazing feature. It was a cheap way to make sure you love your dress before buying it. I will never buy a bridesmaid dress from any other company. I love this company.

I ordered 2 dresses from the site to try on before buying a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding. I ended up not loving the complete style of either one, but was able to order one with a similar bodice to the one I liked, and a more simple bottom half. There were so many to choose from that even though I only tried on 2, I was able to find a dress that checked all the boxes of what I was looking for!

My daughter turned me on to Azazie when she was looking for her wedding dress. I was so surprised to see so many beautiful dresses, for every occasion. The convenience of trying the dresses before you buy is one of the best things they offer. To put the cherry on top, they can actually custom fit them to you. Did I forget, they also have for men and they can match your colors to the ties, bows, etc.

I have been an Azazie customer for a few years now, even recommended multiple brides to use this company. The dress quality is okay. It matches the affordable price, and there are lots of options for bridesmaids. But I will never use or recommend Azazie again after dealing with their terrible customer service. Recently, I shipped 2 dresses back that didn't fit with the company's return label, and in their box at the start of January. A week into the package's journey from NJ the package was delayed in WA state. FedEx lost the package/interrupted the return. Once the package didn't move for a week, I contacted Azazie and they began an investigation. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks of no communication I had to contact them and they said that FedEx could not confirm losing the package. Then that was it. Regardless of the error on FedEx's part they refused to reimbursement me for my $178 dollar return. A good customer service would reimburse me because I did my part in the package's return. An error occurred that was out of my control. I will not be using or recommending Azazie again. Terrible customer service.

Would definitely caution future brides against using this site. I'm in between sizes and ordered a couple dresses to try on (2 sizes in 2 cuts). After placing my order, I was notified of a restocking fee if you returned 3 or more dresses. I contacted Azazie multiple times to try and change the order but never received a response. All four dresses were made of terrible quality; I kept the one that fit best but will still need significant alterations. After returning the other dresses, I was charged $130 for a dress that was $79.99. Customer service told me it was due to shipping and restocking. No one has responded regarding why my initial two attempts to alter the order went unanswered.
Definitely do not recommend this site. Poor customer service, hidden fees, and terrible quality of dresses!

We’re terribly sorry for any confusion regarding our return policy. As clearly stated in our policy, which all customers are required to confirm they have read and agree to before they can check out, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of 3 or more dresses (this will be reduced to 2 or more dresses in the near future). This is so we can do our part to combat unnecessary waste as we are a made to order company. We do our very best to ensure have all the info they need before they check out. Our return policy is available on every page of the website, we include a link to the policy in multiple emails we send out, and the policy is linked at checkout for customers who have not had a chance to read the policy.
After a thorough check of our system, I can confirm that excluding a recent exchange regarding your refund amount, we have no record of any previous communications or requests with you through the name, email, or phone number on file for you. When we asked for any additional information that may have been used to contact us, we received no response. Instead, we received this review.
In the email I did find, you never shared that you encountered any kind of quality issue with your dresses. When you reached out, your only questions were in regards to your refund. We take quality issues very seriously so if you had let us know you were experiencing any kind of quality issue, we would have done our best to make it right.
Two scenarios bring me to this review. One, I was a bridesmaids and wore a dress from here. Two, I was a bride to be who ordered swatches from here. Scenario 1: many bridesmaids in the party had problems with the top half of the dresses ordered from here. Their sizes are so disproportionate, not accounting for boobs, rib cages, and shoulders.
Scenario 2: I wanted to give Azazie the benefit of the doubt. People seem to have good experiences here maybe it's cuz they don't really do well with certain dresses? Well I ordered 10 swatches from here which was mailed to an old address I had on file. That apartment complex sent it back and I was told they won't be able to find it again when I asked if I could get it sent to my updated address. I was only given a 10% discount for next purchase, truly just incredibly sad. I paid 22$ for swatches because I was indecisive of what color I wanted. And the package can't be traced back? I've received replacements for far more. Well that's 8 bridesmaids who would have gotten their dresses here, for a stupid situation that shouldn't be a thing. This experience showed me how I don't want to shop here at all. And should have just stuck with avoiding it rather than waste 22 dollars on swatches they couldn't remail RIDICULOUS

The agent, who is new, was simply following procedure and since everything was done correctly, except for you using the incorrect address, they thought they were doing what they should. I ordered a size A0 from Azazie and it was too big for me (this is their smallest size). So I ordered a
Custom size dress from them instead and after a month, they sent me a dress that was 4 sizes bigger than me! The waist alone was 9 cm too big! They basically gave me no option other than sending me a dress in the correct size that would take another month to get to me (which they knew my event date would have passed by then). They refused to make my correct size dress faster for me and did not take any responsibility for their mistake! I was so stressed and furious and had to go to tailor shop 6 times to get it fixed. When I returned the A0 dress they also deducted 10% restocking fee from me! Bottom line: they don't care about customers at all and don't have any empathy with you or care about you, they just want to get your money! I would definitely stay away from them!

Check out Azazie for your dress! They are affordable, hang hundreds of styles and colors so everyone got to choose what they were comfortable in.
Azazie did a wonderful job on my bridesmaid dresses. We received them in about 4 weeks and were impressed by the quality. I ordered a dress from Bjs Bridal and received the wrong color and counterfeit fabric. When I reached out to Bjs Bridal for a return they did not reply to any of my requests. Avoid them at all costs.

Sent in measurements for a custom dress. Dress is immense, and cannot be worn. Only customer service is thru online queue with long wait, or email. Any poor fitting is somehow your cost responsibility despite being "custom" fit. Others need to understand this before ordering. Likely stock fit would be a way better option which although apparently is an option it's not quite clear, does not contain standard sizes only measurements as well. Have no idea how much over the $100 cost of the dress will cost this alteration, and the process is quite frustrating.

The service is excellent. You can ask clothes with your measurement specifications. There are many options and accessories, The dress looks like the picture and the quality was good.
I placed an order for 3 dresses once they arrived they did not fit as well as I was hoping. I decided to return them all back and without any problems I received a full refund plus the shipping cost!

Answer: Hello Wendy, Other than taking the dress to a local drycleaner and have the pleats pressed the best at home way we've used to properly iron pleats are as follows. Follow these tips to iron pleats with ease: 1) Turn on your iron and set it to the appropriate setting for your fabric type. 2) Have your iron's sprayer filled or a spray bottle of water handy if needed to use during ironing. 3) Fold and/or arrange the pleats the way they are supposed to appear. As you hold them in place, you must iron over the arranged pleats beginning at the top of the pleat and working your way downward. For stubborn fabric, it may be necessary to pin the pleats in place. However, do not iron over the pins. Pull them out one at a time as you iron. Remember to iron in a top-to-bottom manner. 4) Another way to get a crisp finish is to separate the pleats and run the iron up the material hidden by the pleats. The pointy side of the iron should get up into the intersection of fabric that forms a V due to the pleat stitch. Then arrange the pleats they are supposed to appear and go through Step 3, so you can emphasize the intentional folds in the pleats with the iron. 5) When you are done ironing pleats, hang the item from its top to keep the pleats hanging straight. Many of the independent tailors we work with are family-owned businesses and come with decades of combined experience in the garment industry. Each tailor must also meet a set of quality craftsmanship standards and we work hard to ensure that our workshops are ethically responsible to become part of the Azazie family.
