I have been an Azazie customer for a few years now, even recommended multiple brides to use this company. The dress quality is okay. It matches the affordable price, and there are lots of options for bridesmaids. But I will never use or recommend Azazie again after dealing with their terrible customer service. Recently, I shipped 2 dresses back that didn't fit with the company's return label, and in their box at the start of January. A week into the package's journey from NJ the package was delayed in WA state. FedEx lost the package/interrupted the return. Once the package didn't move for a week, I contacted Azazie and they began an investigation. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks of no communication I had to contact them and they said that FedEx could not confirm losing the package. Then that was it. Regardless of the error on FedEx's part they refused to reimbursement me for my $178 dollar return. A good customer service would reimburse me because I did my part in the package's return. An error occurred that was out of my control. I will not be using or recommending Azazie again. Terrible customer service.
