My niece who is getting married recommended Azazie since her bridesmaids needed afford dresses. I had my daughter measured for an Azazie dress by a professional seamstress. Based on my daughter's measurements she would need a custom dress which requires contacting Azazie. I have tried for several days at different times throughtout the day to reach Azazie. I also left several messages requesting call back as their system prompted me to do. I still haven't heard from Azazie so I'll be getting a bridesmaids dress elsewhere. Also reading other reviews since my experience; I've discovered others have problems with their Customer Service. Definitely not using them!
Azazie did a wonderful job on my bridesmaid dresses. We received them in about 4 weeks and were impressed by the quality. I ordered a dress from Bjs Bridal and received the wrong color and counterfeit fabric. When I reached out to Bjs Bridal for a return they did not reply to any of my requests. Avoid them at all costs.

Very easy and convenient way of buying special occasions gowns. It eliminates the hassle of driving to several places to try on gowns as you can do it at the comfort of your home. The selection of styles are amazing and true to size. The prices are affordable especially when you want your sizes customized. Loved it!
I ordered 2 dresses, checked the status a few weeks later only be told the order was canceled due to non payment. I paid at the time of the order via credit card and never even received an email that the order was canceled. This card is not anywhere near the limit, so there should not have been any issues.
I was going to re-order them and give this company a second chance, but the price went up $50 per dress and Azazie won't honor the original sale price. This is a horrible way to do business and horrendous customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

I was hesitant at first due to there not being a try on option since the dress was so new, but I'm glad I did.
The dress arrived a few days early, which I was happy with. The sleeves are a little tight at the shoulders, but I have broad shoulders so that's not Azazies fault, though shoulder width options for custom sizing would be nice. The bust is also a bit loose, but not a big deal, it can be altered.
Otherwise the dress is perfect. I'd definitely order a custom dress from Azazie again.
Just received the dress I ordered from Azazie. I did the custom measurements, which is a free option. The dress arrived two weeks before it was scheduled, it fits like a glove. You are warned by the company that you may need to have adjustments made but this will not be required for this dress.
I will also share that when I was about to this order I did a live chat and Brandi was very helpful and knowledgeable about the system for measuring.

My friend is getting married in December. Each girl got to pick their own dress. We ordered custom fitting and mine barely hits my ankles. It is way to big in the chest. I'm happy to alter my dress but I don't have enough fabric to make the adjustments (like adding length to a skirt). I tried to talk with them about a possible error in making my dress. It has taken three months for them to "quality check" my dress. I have four months. The dress feels cheap. I was really looking forward to ordering from here since you usually hear good things but the more I look into reviews - the more I notice this is a repeating issue. Maybe you will be one of the many with no problems but I would say ordering here is definitely a risk. I will not be getting dresses here for my wedding. No one should have to jump through the hoops their quality team makes you jump through. Even though customer service people here are nice (shout out to Holly).

The quality of these dresses are amazing and so beautiful. I was hesitant at first to order a try on dress and when it finally arrived, I was shocked. I placed an order for a wedding dress that same day and I can not wait to get it and wear it on my big day!

One of my bridesmaids bought a dress before the other two in my wedding party. Shortly after she bought hers, they discontinued that color, then refused to refund the money for the dress that could no longer be used. There was no warning that the color was going to be discontinued, so there was no way to plan ahead. After reaching out to the company, they would not let her return the brand new dress or refund the money for that dress. I HIGH recommend you find another site to get your dresses off, unless you want the chance that your bridesmaids will have to wear different colors.
Hello Felicia, this is incorrect. Your dress was not accepted for return because the dress was received over 130 days ago, well outside the 30 day return window. The dress was ordered in August 2022, received in September 2022. The color Red was retired in December 2022 and our site was well as our KB under the Retiring Colors and Styles article was updated to reflect this in November 2022. Your bridesmaid reached out in January 2023. The team did offer great solutions to help you including finding a dress from our Try-On program at a steep discount in the color needed or 10% off a new dress. Both were refused. I recently got a dress for a wedding I am in and I am nursing. I loved that I was able to select through a TON of options to find nursing friendly ones. Also when the dresses came they were all well made and the material (I chose chiffon was great). Lastly - there's lots of options with pockets too, a big plus for a nursing mom!
I loved getting my bridesmaid dress from Azazie! I found their sizing chart super helpful and my dress didn't require much for alterations. The dress was super comfy and I got lots of compliments on it!

I bought a bridesmaids dress and inspected it upon arrival as suggested by the company. However when I went to go get it altered the seamstress noticed that the seam near the slit was ripped underneath and it made the dress look punchy. It's not some thing that I would've been able to say myself. I thought the dress looks fancy because it needed to be altered but the seamstress was going to charge me to fix it. I contacted Azazie and they said because I didn't contact them within 30 days there was nothing they could do. I understand that's their policy but I did inspect the dress and then was informed that it was damaged and now I can't wear it and they won't do anything to rectify it. I tried to call customer service but every time I called the call drops and I'm not even able to reach them. I'm going to have to buy a whole new dress in a different style because this was so poorly made. How do you send a damaged dress?

I cannot even believe how many hours and how much stress this company has cost me. Bear with me - my original order was lost in the mail, and they wouldn't answer my calls or emails. UPS wouldn't help, so I made a claim through my bank. I still had two other orders with Azazie pending at the time. A few days later, I get an email threatening me that if I don't cancel the claim with my bank, they will refuse to honor my other orders or refund them, essentially holding my money hostage. They said if I did cancel they would work with me to resolve it. I was extremely scared, and nervous as these dresses were for both my sister and my best friend's weddings that are in a few months, both of which I am the maid of honor for. After I did what they asked and cancelled the claim, they still refused to give me my original money back, offering me a 10% discount on a future order instead for my troubles...unreal. They also refused to refund my two other orders even though I showed them proof from my bank that the original claim had been cancelled. Absolutely atrocious customer service, not to mention I am now down at least $300. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Also - the dresses the other bridesmaids did get from there are horrible quality, so you are not missing out.

We want to clarify we did not refuse your refund, we initiated the refund process and were hindered by the chargeback that you filed with your bank. We show that your two other orders were refunded on 2/17. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred.
We previously communicated that your original order ZZ0329342628 was delivered to the address provided on 1/6. We understand that you may not have received the package, but unfortunately, since the delivery was confirmed by the carrier, USPS, and you waited to contact us 25 days later on 1/31 we were unable to initiate an investigation or claim.
Additionally, filing a chargeback is never recommended and can cause a lot of problems for both the merchant and the customer. In this case, the chargeback not only added roadblocks to the refund process with our company but also with your financial institution.
Regarding the discount that was offered to you, we understand that this may not have been satisfactory.

Azazie processed the wrong refund amount, thus, shorting me money. "Customer service" refused to acknowledge the wrong refund amount. I will never shop with Azazie again. Do not support this company that is willing to swindle their customers.

I am so happy to have found a site that let's you try on a dress before you buy it. For just a small fee, you can try the dress on. Everything they send you is set up for you to send back. Just drop it off to the nearest FedEx drop off. Perfect to say yes yo your perfect dress!

I will be a bridesmaid in two weddings this spring and began to freak out knowing how expensive it is to be in a wedding. However, both of the brides picked Azazie as their company for bridesmaid dresses and I was stoked! I was able to get both dresses for under $200 in total and the original company we were going to pick was beyond that price for just one dress. The dress I order from Azazie fit me perfectly and am beyond excited for wedding season! Definitely will be using them for my wedding one day!

I've been a bridesmaid 9 times so I've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of dresses over the years. This was the first time that I actually really liked the dress and was happy with the price. $60 for a bridesmaid dress is such a relief as I've often had to pay 3x that amount. I got this dress for a STEAL & it fits like a glove. I was so surprised to find out it actually will fit better despite my measurements being bigger than their sizing guide. This was a clearance dress also, so I couldn't believe when I received it that it had ZERO flaws! And I received the order in less than a week. Beyond impressed with every part of this company!

Answer: Hello Wendy, Other than taking the dress to a local drycleaner and have the pleats pressed the best at home way we've used to properly iron pleats are as follows. Follow these tips to iron pleats with ease: 1) Turn on your iron and set it to the appropriate setting for your fabric type. 2) Have your iron's sprayer filled or a spray bottle of water handy if needed to use during ironing. 3) Fold and/or arrange the pleats the way they are supposed to appear. As you hold them in place, you must iron over the arranged pleats beginning at the top of the pleat and working your way downward. For stubborn fabric, it may be necessary to pin the pleats in place. However, do not iron over the pins. Pull them out one at a time as you iron. Remember to iron in a top-to-bottom manner. 4) Another way to get a crisp finish is to separate the pleats and run the iron up the material hidden by the pleats. The pointy side of the iron should get up into the intersection of fabric that forms a V due to the pleat stitch. Then arrange the pleats they are supposed to appear and go through Step 3, so you can emphasize the intentional folds in the pleats with the iron. 5) When you are done ironing pleats, hang the item from its top to keep the pleats hanging straight.
