I ordered 2 dresses, checked the status a few weeks later only be told the order was canceled due to non payment. I paid at the time of the order via credit card and never even received an email that the order was canceled. This card is not anywhere near the limit, so there should not have been any issues.
I was going to re-order them and give this company a second chance, but the price went up $50 per dress and Azazie won't honor the original sale price. This is a horrible way to do business and horrendous customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
Hello Nanette, I'm so sorry about that. Our payment system will cancel a pending order if payment is not received after a week of adding items to your cart. Notices are sent to the email address on the account. I do see you reached out to customer service and that is the best route as they can provide you with more details and options for last minute needs.
