This new site is horrible. Who would do this and who would allow this? You don't fix what is not broken. Years ago someone decided that New Coke was a good idea too.

The mobile version has been useless for years... no calendar or clear location... now the full website version has been downgraded to the mobile version... sad

PLEASE bring back the calendar. You have ruined auction zip, it's a disappointment and is now ruined. I can't understand why you took the calendar away! I beg of you to bring it BACK!
I wish I could give no stars. I accidently bid on a ring during my first online auction and tried unsuccessfully to resend my bid (touch screen computer). I called leaving messages and sent several emails to the company for help. A representative emailed me and said there was a 20% restocking fee. Ten minutes later I received an invoice with charges for 2 of the same ring. I sent an email questioning why I was being charged for 2 rings and asked how that was possible. I decided to purchase one of the rings since it was my mistake and sent an email to that effect. I felt lucky that the second ring was being removed from the invoice. I paid for the ring on 1-7-2021 and had not been sent any emails about when the ring was being delivered until 1-18-2021. At that time, I received an email with a FedEx tracking number which I checked on daily. The FedEx website said the label had been created but the package hadn't been sent from the company. I sent a couple emails to the representative with a copy of the FedEx website tracking page showing they had not received the package. Still no response until I asked for the ring or my money back yesterday. Then of course got an instance response fill with spelling errors as if it had been hastily written because I was angry. I waited all day and continued to check the FedEx website to see if the package was on site to be delivered. Finally gave up after 5PM and sent and email to the company representative demanding my money back. I then called my credit card company to file a dispute. I got a text late last evening from FedEx that the ring would arrive in 3 days even though I stated in an email to the representative I didn't want it earlier that evening. I have lost all trust in this company and don't want their merchandise.

The people at Hur-Brow Auction house in Gloucester, Virginia are crooks. They play the bait and switch game. Would not go back to their auctions.
Have been using Auctionzip for over 10 years. They recently changed there format, and now its about the worst auction there is to navigate.
The new web page tells you how far away the auction is. But it doesn't show a map anymore of where it's at.
Why have the new owners gone and screwed up a good site. If you don't change it back I hope you go bankrupt!
Absolutely hate that auction zip got rid of calendar. Whose bright idea was that? Made the site a pain to use. Looking for new site.
Always used auction zip to find auctions in my area or if I was traveling to another area. It is impossible to use the new format. BRING THE CALENDAR BACK FOR THE EASE OF USE BY CUSTOMERS.
I uploaded an auction through hibid it was a nightmare! The customer service at auction zip has no idea! Of anything! They are rude, and no help!
Auctionzip used to be an awesome site. They decided to change their business model and have laid an egg!
